Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya tingkat partisipasi politik pemilih pemula dalam pemilihan umum legislatif disebabkan karena kurangnya sosialisasi oleh KPUD Ciamis iu sendiri tentang pemilihan umum legislatif, kurangnya pengetahuan pemilih pemula mengenai pemilihan umum legislatif, kurangnya kesadaran pemilih, kurangnya informasi yang diterima pemilih pemula mengenai profil keseluruhan para calon anggota legislatif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka rumusan masalahnya adalah: 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan sosialisasi oleh KPUD Ciamis tentang pelaksanaan pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2014 dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik pemilih pemula di Kecamatan Pamarican Kabupaten Ciamis? 2) Apa saja hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi oleh KPUD Ciamis tentang pelaksanaan pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2014 dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik pemilih pemula di Kecamatan Pamarican Kabupaten Ciamis? 3) Bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi oleh KPUD Ciamis tentang pelaksanaan pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2014 dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik pemilih pemula di Kecamatan Pamarican Kabupaten Ciamis? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 48 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data reduction, data display, dan Conclusion verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh KPUD Ciamis tentang pelaksanaan pemilih umum legislatif tahun 2014 dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik pemilih pemula di Kecamatan Pamarican Kabupaten Ciamis masih rendah. Dari 10 indikator yang diteliti semuanya pnuis jadikan sebagai hambatan, diantaranya yaitu: pemilih pemula mengetahui siapa saja para calon anggota legislatif, pemilih pemula memahami arti pentingnya berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pemilihan umum legislatif, pemilih pemula mengikuti kegiatan mengkuti kegiatan pemilihan umum legislatif, dan sebagainya. Uapaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan para calon sebaiknya bersosialisasi secara face to face kepada pemilih pemula, memberikan pemahaman baik guru disekolah, orang tua, atau relawan demokrasi tentang pentingnya berpartisipasi aktif, menyediakan sarana transportasi dan panitia pemilihan lebih kreatif sehingga mengundang pemilih untuk datang ke TPS.

Abstract

Digital learning resources were indispensable in today's mathematics learning, both offline and online, to support abstract mathematical concepts and train critical thinking skills. This research was intended to produce web-based learning multimedia products with a contextual approach using Adobe Flash CS6 software to facilitate XI grade high school students' critical thinking skills and determine its feasibility. The research method was research and development (RnD) using the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model. The validation results of multimedia development products by material experts and media experts meet the valid criteria with an average score of 4.09. The practicality test by two teachers and six students showed an average score of 4.48 and was categorized as very practical. Evaluation of the practicality of implementing multimedia products found that the average critical thinking ability of students had exceeded the minimum completion limit, namely 64, and exceeded 75% of the number of students. The average difference test and the comparative proportion test showed that the students' critical thinking ability in the experimental class was better than in the control class. The results of this multimedia development could be feasible as a learning media because it meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. Students' critical thinking skills increased after using multimedia with an average gain of 0.47. Web-based interactive multimedia learning is effective in facilitating students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

Introduction: Static contraction is a form of contraction exercise in muscles that uses static principles, where the muscles trained will experience changes in muscle length while the joints remain in a static or stationary state. Static contractions are useful for reducing pain, one of which is for perineal pain due to tearing during childbirth. Perineal pain is pain felt in the genital area associated with lacerations or tears in the perineum. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving static contraction exercises on reducing pain in spontaneous birth postpartum mothers with perineal tears. Method: This study utilized a quasi-experimental design involving 20 respondents, who were divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group was given static contractions 2 times a day and the control group was given stretching 2 times, the pain level was measured using NRS (Numerical Rating Scale). Results: based on the results of the paired t test for the treatment group showed a p value = 0.000 while in the control group showed a p value = 0.000 which indicates an effect. The independent t test found a value of p = 0.001 indicating a difference in influence between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: there is an effect of giving static contraction exercises on reducing pain in spontaneous birth postpartum mothers with perineal tears. The results of this study can be used as a reference in conducting subsequent research on larger samples and populations.   Pendahuluan: Statik Kontraksi adalah suatu bentuk latihan kontraksi pada otot yang menggunakan prinsip statis, dimana otot yang dilatih akan mengalami perubahan panjang otot sedangkan sendinya tetap pada keadaan statis atau diam. Statik kontraksi bermanfaat untuk mengurangi nyeri, salah satunya adalah untuk nyeri perineum akibat robekan pada saat proses melahirkan. Nyeri perineum merupakan nyeri yang dirasakan pada area genital yang berhubungan dengan adanya laserasi atau robekan pada perineum. Metode: Penelitian ini  menggunakan desain penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan  sampel yang berjumlah 20 responden yang dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok perlakuan diberikan statik kontraksi 2 kali sehari dan kelompok kontrol diberikan stretching 2 kali, tingakat nyeri diukur menggunkan NRS (Numerical Rating Scale). Hasil: berdasarkan uji paired t test pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 dan pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 yang menandakan adanya pengaruh. Sedangkan pada uji independent t test didapatkan niali p=0,001 yang menandakan bahwa adanya perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan: terdapat pengaruh pemberian latihan statik kontraksi terhadap penurunan nyeri pada ibu post partum kelahiran spontan dengan robekan perineum.
