Abstract

Salah satu bidang yang sangat penting dalam Kesekretariatan yaitu bidang Administrasi, bidang ini berfungsi sebagai penanggungjawab administrasi dalam seluruh kegiatan surat-menyurat. Saat ini data arsip dari setiap kegiatan masih hanya berupa hardcopy. Hal tersebut menyebabkan resiko kehilangan maupun kerusakan arsip menjadi semakin tinggi. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Solusi yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola arsip dalam bentuk digital. Aplikasi tersebut akan dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel yang merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja dalam pemrograman web berbasis MVC (Model View Controller). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi pengarsipan surat yang berbasis web yang nantinya bisa digunakan untuk penyimpanan file surat masuk dan surat keluar berbentuk JPEG dan PDF. Dari hasil kuesioner 20 responden prosentase yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tingkat kepuasan terhadap aplikasi pengarsipan ini adalah sebesar 82.5%.

Abstract

Air pollution gets worse every year; one of the contributing factors to the worsening of air pollution is the increasingly busy delivery of goods between regions and within regions. PT X is a distributor that delivers goods in the form of flour products. Every day. There are 40 consumers in several areas and not close to each other. The vehicles used are several trucks. The problem faced is the high cost of penalties because they often experience delays in the delivery, and the use of fuel is quite high, automatically it will be directly proportional to the air pollution produced. This is one of the cases of the Green Vehicle Routing Problem Time Windows (GVRPTW). These problems include NP-Hard, which means that it takes a lot of computational effort to find the best solution. One method that can be used for this problem is the Ant colony Optimization (ACO) method. The output of this algorithm is the fuel costs and the route that is passed.

Abstract

The implementation of this geographic information system development aims to present the distribution area of the poor in Probolinggo Regency in three dimensions in the form of a digital map. So that the information displayed is easy to analyze and can be identified the distribution of the population in a visual form. The method of developing this application uses the Software Development Life Cycle method, which consists of Planning, Analysis, Design, and Implementation. This application was created using QuantumGIS, P-mapper, and MapServer with the PHP programming language. This Geographical Information System can display the mapping of poor areas based on four levels of poverty, namely moderate poverty, near poverty, poor, and very poor. Thus, this application is very useful for the Regional Development Planning Agency of Probolinggo Regency to understand the meaning of the data that has been displayed visually on a map by looking at areas that have been grouped with the same poverty level.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang di alami Indonesia saat ini adalah terkait dengan kebutuhan energi. Solusi terbaik yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan energi tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan energi altenatif. Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) merupakan salah satu energi alternatif yang paling praktis di era modern saat ini. MFC ini memanfaat energi terbarukan yaitu biomassa. Tujuan penggunaan metode MFC pada penelitian ini adalah mengoptimasi tegangan dan arus listrik agar lebih stabil. Rancangan MFC yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah rangkaian Dual Chamber yang dirangkai secara seri. Elektroda yang digunakan dalam sistem MFC ini adalah logam tembaga dan seng. Pada rangkaian MFC ini dilengkapi juga dengan jembatan garam. Subtrat yang di gunakan pada MFC ini berupa feses sapi. Jumlah Feses sapi yang dijadikan subtract yaitu sebesar 250 gram dan 450 gram. Setelah rancangan MFC telah terpenuhi, maka energi yang diperoleh metode ini berasal dari aktivitas bakteri yang melepas energi dan dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik oleh elektroda akibat adanya beda potensial. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan tegangan secara optimal sebesar 2,17 V dengan berbagai macam variasi jumlah feses sapi sebesar yaitu 450gram dengan di rangkai MFC dengan menggunakan rangkaian seri.
