Abstract

Structural dysfunction will occur on the road such as cracks after passing the design life that can reduce the safety and comfort to the rider through it. It can be fixed by adding overlay. This research was conducted on road sections of Rangau - Duri Bengkalis Regency Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to calculate the overlay thickness using Pd T-05-2005-B method based on the deflection data obtained by using Benkelman Beam. Other than that is to calculate the resilient modulus and stability of the pavement with pick up first the stations that have good subgrade based the deflectometry have been made. This study generate overlay thickness from 4 cm to 13 cm with the design life of 5 years. While with the design life of 10 years, generated overlay thickness from 4 cm to 13.1 cm. Asphalt resilient modulus values obtained is from 1201.95 to 2403.90 Mpa and the stability value is from 1151.29 kg/0.01 in to 2302.59 kg/0.01 in.Keywords: Overlay thickness, Design Life, Pd T-05-2005-B Method, Deflectometry, Resilient modulus, Stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the budget plan obtained from the overlay calculation using Pd T-05-2005-B and the Asphalt Institute MS-17. Studies were conducted on roadsections of Jurong-Mandau in Bengkalis, regency using design life of 5 years and 10 years with traffic development rate 5.165%, which is projected from the linear regression. Theresults of this study with Pd T-05-2005-B methods design life of 5 years, segment 1 sta 00+000 s/d 00+500 by 7.770 cm, segment 3 sta 02+500 s/d 03+000 by 8.467 cm with a total cost of Rp. 2,873,439,898.00 and a design life of 10 years obtained overlay, segment 1 sta 00+000 s/d 00 + 500 by 10.624 cm, segment 3 sta 02+500 s/d 03+000 by 11.201 cm, the segment 9 sta 06+000 s/d 06+500 by 3,810 cm with a total cost of Rp. 4,003,870,931.00.And then with Asphalt Institute MS-17 method design life of 5-year and 10 years does not require an overlay and budget plan calculations, because from the calculations obtained overlay value is 0. Based on the results of the study indicate that working on overlay design life of 10 years is more economis and effective than the design life of 5 years. Keywords: Overlay, Budget Plan, Design Life, Pd T-05-2005-B Method, Asphalt Institute MS-17 Method.

Abstract

Employees were considered critical organizational assets that required professional management to ensure optimal contributions to organizational sustainability and development. One important form of contribution was prosocial voice behavior, defined as employees’ willingness to express constructive ideas, opinions, and suggestions to organizational authorities. Such behavior functioned as a positive indicator of organizational effectiveness, whereas employee silence reflected the opposite condition. Accordingly, identifying factors that fostered prosocial voice behavior was essential. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on prosocial voice behavior through the mediating role of psychological ownership. The study further explored this mediating mechanism within governance practices of public education institutions, both state-owned and private, in Indonesia. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed, involving 194 respondents drawn from employees of public and private formal education foundations who had worked for more than one year and were not currently bound by permanent employment contracts with other organizations. Primary data were collected through self-administered online questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling was applied to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that transformational leadership has a statistically significant and positive effect on prosocial voice behavior. In addition, psychological ownership partially mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and prosocial voice behavior. While previous studies had examined various antecedents of prosocial voice, this study extended the literature by highlighting the role of psychological ownership in the educational sector. The findings offered practical implications for foundations and similar organizations and contributed empirical evidence to the literature on transformational leadership, psychological ownership, and prosocial voice behavior.
