Abstract

This research is aimed to understand the political communication style of Ridwan Kamil as the governor of West Java province towards the urban spatial planning in West Java. This research utilises van Dijk's critical discourse analysis method because it is considered to be a clear method in the process of data analysing. Sources of this research will be gathered from spatial planning-related three online news (tempo.co, inilahkoran.com, pikiranrakyat.com) from September 2018 to July 2019. This research discovers that Ridwan Kamil has an equalitarian style, which he able to digest the situation with his two-way communication and idea acceptance.

Abstract

A brand is an inanimate object so that a living being is needed to represent it, on the basis of this, the brand is associated in the form of a brand ambassador (BA). BA is often massively published on the social media platform Instagram and the majority of brands use paid partnerships with Instagram. This pattern of influence will be interesting if it is associated with product purchase decisions with zoya cosmetic objects.This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador and Instagram Ads on purchasing decisions for Zoya cosmetic products (Case study on @zoyacosmetics Instagram follower). This study uses quantitative methods, and uses a sample of 115 respondents. To test the results of the questionnaires, the researchers used a validity test with a significance result of 5% or 0.005 and a reliability test with a Cronbach alpha result of 0.968 for brand ambassadors, 0.964 for Instagram ads, and 0.895 for purchasing decisions. belong to this study there are results from hypothesis testing with a significance value of 0.000. From the results that have been obtained, it shows that BA and Instagram ads have a significant and positive effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Zoya cosmetic products.

Abstract

Pemerintah dituntut untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam bidang pelayanan publik agar pelayanan tersebut semakin memuaskan. Upaya tersebut dapat dimunculkan pada berbagai macam praktik baik (good practice) dan inovasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik yang berperan penting dalam mendorong terselenggaranya tata pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik di daerah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial antara variabel kepemimpinan publik dan masyarakat progresif terhadap inovasi pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal Kota Surabaya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi dengan sample sejumlah 61 orang, yaitu masyarakat yang menggunakan fasilitas layanan publik Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel kepemimpinan publik dan masyarakat progresif terhadap inovasi layanan publik dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 90,611 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian taraf signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 maka hipotesis pertama menyatakan “Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Publik dan Masyarakat Progresif terhadap Inovasi dan Pelayanan Publik” dinyatakan diterima dan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 74,9%. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan publik dapat berawal dari kepemimpinan dan masyarakat yang progresif serta aktif dalam membantu pemerintahan.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss in depth the phenomenon of replacing change with candy that is widely practised by business actors in the buying and selling process from the perspective of sharia business ethics. Basically, buying and selling in Islam is a permissible activity. However, in the process there are interesting activities to be studied from an Islamic perspective, one of which is this phenomenon. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. While literature study is used as a data collection technique. The results of this study show that sharia business ethics sees that in th relations between humans (muamalah), all things can be done, unless there is clear evidence that prohibits it. In this case, when business actors do not pay full return, there are buyer rights that are not given by business actors. If the buyer is not happy with the return, then even very small change becomes bastard (haram) because it was taken in a bad way (batil). Not giving the full change, or the change is replaced with candy by the business is also not in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic ethics, which consist of Tawhid, balance, free will, and responsibility

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji inovasi PT. Gojek Indonesia dalam memberdayakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas fisik melalui program Go-Life. Sebagai perusahaan teknologi dan transportasi terkemuka di Indonesia, Gojek telah menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap para Penyandang Disabilitas dan keragaman ide melalui inisiatif ini. Program Go-Life menawarkan peluang kerja fleksibel bagi penyandang disabilitas fisik yg mempunyai tujuan dalam meminimalisir terjadinya pengangguran. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mencari data secara mendalam dan analisis dokumen untuk mengevaluasi dampak program tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Go-Life telah berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja yang bermakna bagi penyandang disabilitas, meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi mereka, dan mengurangi stigma sosial. Namun, tantangan seperti aksesibilitas infrastruktur dan kebutuhan pelatihan khusus masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang peran teknologi dan ekonomi berbagi (sharing economy) dalam pemberdayaan kelompok marjinal. Implikasi praktis dan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan program juga dibahas, menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sektor swasta, pemerintah, dan organisasi disabilitas untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih inklusif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis SWOT untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), dengan studi kasus pada Percetakan Mentari Jaya di Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) serta faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, disarankan penerapan strategi ST (Strengths-Threats) yang memanfaatkan kekuatan perusahaan untuk mengatasi ancaman yang ada di pasar. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing Percetakan Mentari Jaya dalam menghadapi kompetisi yang semakin ketat.Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Strategi Pemasaran, Percetakan.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and digital marketing. The integration of AI in CRM offers companies the ability to analyze customer data more effectively, improve service personalization, and automate customer interactions through chatbots, predictive analytics, and consumer behavior pattern recognition. AI also facilitates faster decision-making in digital marketing strategies, strengthens customer experience, and improves marketing efficiency. This study shows that the implementation of AI can increase customer loyalty and give companies a competitive advantage in an increasingly complex and dynamic marketing world.

Abstract

Purpose – This study intends to find empirical evidence regarding the influence of the democracy index, government expenditure on education, and income inequality on inclusive economic growth moderated by the open unemployment rate. Method – This research employs a quantitative methodology with panel data regression. Utilizing secondary data from Indonesia's report on inclusive economic growth. The data was generated in numerical form from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023. In this study, the number of observation data or samples used is 165. The data analysis used is the panel data regressions and moderated regression analysis (MRA) method with EViews 12. The selected model is the fixed effect model because of the Chow and Hausman tests. Findings – The research findings indicate that the democracy index and open unemployment rate negatively affect inclusive economic growth. Meanwhile, government expenditure on education positively affects inclusive economic growth. In contrast, income inequality does not affect inclusive economic growth. The open unemployment rate can strengthen the effect of government expenditure on education on inclusive economic growth. However, the open unemployment rate does not moderate the relationship between the democracy index and income inequality on inclusive economic growth. Implications – The study findings contribute to the scientific understanding of inclusive economic growth determinants in Indonesia, a moderate and low-income nation. This research can be a reference for the government in making policies and increasing justice in various fields, such as politics, social issues, and education.

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan inisiatif strategis Pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sejak usia sekolah. Program ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah gizi seperti stunting, anemia, dan kelaparan tersembunyi, yang berdampak langsung pada proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan MBG dan menelaah tantangan implementasinya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara terbatas di beberapa sekolah di Surabaya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MBG meningkatkan kehadiran siswa, kondisi kesehatan, dan menggerakkan ekonomi lokal. Namun, tantangan seperti distribusi yang timpang, kualitas menu, dan lemahnya regulasi masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kelembagaan, dasar hukum, dan sistem evaluasi nasional untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan memperluas dampaknya.
