Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan bahasa inggris merupakan sebuah bahasa internasioal yang saangat dibutuhkan di era jaman sekarang ini dan materi pelajaran bahasa inggris sudah disesuaikan dengan kuruikulum 2013 agar siswa lebih mudah dalam memahaminya Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di SMK Raudlatul Mutaalimin Wonoasih Probolinggo ditemukan permasalah yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas X tahun ajaran 2018/2019.Lebih dari separuh siswa yang masih rendah dalam memahami materi bahasa inggris sehingga memperoleh nilai kurang dari KKM 65-70.Untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar dibutukan sebuah media untuk membantu siswa agar lebih mudah memahami pelajaran bahasa inggris.Berdasarkan dari pemasalahan tersebut maka dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media audio visual yang layak dan efektif untuk siswa kelas%2 pada pelajaran bahasa inggri dengan materi speaking. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk, menguji kelayakan dan menguji keefektifan media Audio visual agar siswa lebih efektif dalam memahami mata pelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran bahasa inggris materi speaking untuk kelas X SMK Roudlatul Mutaalimin Wonoasih Probolinggo dan untuk mengukur kelayakan dan keefektifannya. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan R&D menurut Borg and Gall dalam Sugiono. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Analisis data pada hasil belajar siswa kelas control dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil matei memperoleh hasil persentase 93,75% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan dari hasil post-test dan post-test yang dilakukan pada kelas control dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan analisis data uji tes diperoleh adalah 4,121 dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh =2,110, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Media Audio visual, Video, Hasil belajar, Modul Bahasa Inggris that is needed in today?s era and English lesson material has been adapted to curriculum 2013 so that student are easier in understanding it based on preliminary study in SMK Roudlatul Mutaalimin Wonoasih Probolinggo found the problem is low student learning outcomes classX academic year 2018/2019. More than half the students who are still low in understanding English material so as to get less value from the KKM 65-70. For help solve problems in the learning process require a medium to help student to more easly understand the English lesson. Based on these problem then from the result of this study is to produce a decent and effective audio visual media for student to more easily understand the English lesson. This development aims to produce the product, test the feasibility and test the effectiveness of audio visual media so that student are more effective in understanding the subjects especially on the subjects of speaking English speaking material for class X SMK Roudlatul Mutaalimin Wonoasih Probolinggo and to measure the feasibility and effectiveness. This development uses the R&D development model according to Borg and Gall in Sugiyono. The type of data used quantitative. Data collection method used in the form of interviews, observation, and tests. Data analysis on student learning result of control class and experiment class. Result materi obtained result percentage 93,75% including category very good. While the result of post-test and post-test conducted I control class and experimental class using test data analysis t hitung count is 4,121 by using t-test distribution table with significant level 5% 0btained t tabel = 2,110 thus Ho rejected Ha be a accepted. Abstract

Law No. 16 of 2019 is a law that changes one of the articles in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, namely Article 7 which relates to the age limit for marriage. The essence of the change is changing the minimum age limit for marriage for women from 16 years to 19 years. The Office of Religious Affairs as the executor of the amendment to the law must of course implement it effectively, especially the KUA Kec. Diwek Kab. Jombang. Not to mention, besides having to implement it, KUA Kec. Diwek Kab. Jombang must also try to provide legal protection, especially for women with all aspects that include it because of the enactment of the law. To find a way out of these problems, the researcher uses a field research type with a qualitative approach, where the researcher acts as a full observer by collecting interview data and related archives and analyzing using descriptive analysis methods. The discussion of the data obtained from the research findings can be revealed that: (1) The implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 has been implemented effectively through outreach activities carried out by the Head of KUA, extension workers and also assistants to the penghulu. (2) KUA's efforts in providing legal protection, especially for women, have been carried out to the maximum through several suggestions and also solutions for those who are going to marry, especially those who are underage.
