Abstract

The Adonai application is designed to make it easier to submit insurance and claims for customers by Kosppi employees, but the level of acceptance still needs to be researched. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the influence of perceived usefulness (9.92%) and perceived ease of use (35.04) on application acceptance. Analysis of data from 53 respondents shows that the two variables simultaneously contribute 66.8% to application acceptance. The results of this research support the validation of TAM as a technology evaluation model in the financial services sector and provide practical recommendations to increase the ease of use and benefits of the adonai application.

Abstract

Education is one of the important factors that are highly considered. Starting from the selection of quality schools and also the background of good teachers. However, sometimes in order to get good facilities, of course, it is also balanced with a lot of costs. Maybe only parents who can afford it will not be a problem, but not so with parents of students whose economic conditions are middle to lower. SMK Dastamaco continues to strive to provide the best service and quality for students, so that parents feel safe and comfortable having entrusted their children to go to school. Usually, it is rare for schools to evaluate students' satisfaction with the service and quality of the existing school. Therefore, the school also lacks information about which side needs to be improved so that the school can be even better later. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to hold a differentiating classification to find out how many students are satisfied with the service and quality of SMK Dastamaco. And to classify it can use the Naive Bayes method, where later several criteria are used to be able to find out whether students are satisfied or dissatisfied with the service and quality of the school. From the test results conducted with 191 data, and as many as 27 as test data. An accuracy pattern of 0.556 stated Satisfied, and 0.222 expressed dissatisfied and also dissatisfied.   Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang sangat difikirkan. Mulai dari pemilihan sekolah yang berkualitas dan juga latar belakang pengajarnya yang baik. Namun, terkadang agar mendapatkan fasilitas yang bagus, tentu pula diimbangi dengan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Mungkin baru para orang tua murid yang mampu tidak akan menjadi masalah, tapi tidak begitu dengan orang tua murid yang kondisi perekonomiannya menengah ke bawah. SMK Dastamaco terus berupaya untuk memberikan pelayanan dan kualitas yang terbaik bagi para siswa, agar para orang tuanya merasa aman dan nyaman telah menitipkan anaknya untuk bersekolah. Biasanya jarang ada sekolah yang melakukan evaluasi terhadap kepuasan para siswa terhadap pelayanan dan kualitas sekolah yang ada. Maka dari itu, pihak sekolah juga kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang sisi manakah yang perlu diperbaiki agar sekolah bisa jadi lebih baik lagi nantinya. Berdasarkan masalah di atas perlu diadakannya klasifikasi pembeda untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak siswa yang sudah merasa puas terhadap pelayanan dan kualitas dari SMK Dastamaco. Dan untuk mengklasifikasikannya dapat menggunakan metode Naive Bayes, dimana nantinya digunakan beberapa kriteria untuk dapat mengetahui apakah siswa merasa puas atau tidak puas terhadap pelayanan dan kualitas sekolah. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan data sebanyak 191, dan sebanyak 27 sebagai data tes. Didapatkan pola akurasi sebesar 0, 556 yang menyatakan Puas, serta 0, 222 yang menyatakan kurang puas dan juga tidak puas.

Abstract

Pemilu tahun 2024 di Indonesia merupakan titik balik penting dalam perkembangan demokrasi negeri ini. Perubahan iklim, kerusakan lingkungan, dan kelestarian sumber daya alam menjadi tantangan besar. Oleh karena itu, pemilu 2024 memberikan peluang bagi warga negara untuk memilih pemimpin yang memiliki visi dan komitmen kuat terhadap perlindungan dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penting isu kewarganegaraan dan lingkungan hidup dalam pemilu Indonesia 2024. Sementara itu, peran lingkungan hidup terhadap isu lingkungan hidup menjadi perhatian utama dalam platform pemilu dan calon pemimpin yang berkomitmen menjaga lingkungan hidup. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan hidup. Selain itu, adanya konflik kepentingan antara aspek ekonomi dan lingkungan juga dapat menjadi kendala dalam menyelaraskan kebijakan berkelanjutan. Melalui partisipasi aktif warga, termasuk masyarakat sipil dan organisasi lingkungan hidup, serta dukungan penuh dari para pemimpin terpilih, diharapkan hasilnya berupa kebijakan lingkungan hidup dapat lebih ditegakkan dan langkah-langkah konkrit dapat diambil untuk melestarikan alam dan sumber daya untuk generasi mendatang. Dengan demikian, pemilu 2024 merupakan kesempatan bagi Indonesia untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai demokrasi, kewarganegaraan aktif, dan komitmen terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) memberikan peran yang sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu bidang yang dapat merasakan kehadiran teknologi yaitu bidang pendidikan organisasi kemasyarakatan, demikian juga dengan Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Sosial IRMA yang berada di bilangan Tegal Parang, Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengelola data maka organisasi diperlukan kemampuan administrasi yang baik, juga dengan anggotanya dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah yang juga memerlukan kecapakan dalam membuat tulisan, sehingga data dan materi bisa tertata dengan baik dan harmonis bagi kegiatan organisasi. Dalam rangka menunaikan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, maka Universitas Bina Saran Informatika melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar dan memberikan pelatihan beberapa aplikasi Artificial Intelligence atau AI secara ringan dan menyenangkan. Aplikasi AI ini dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan proses belajar dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan juga sebagai media belajar dalam pengembangan kemampuan dalam memaparkan program kerja Yayasan, seperti digunakan sebagai media promosi dan publikasi organisasi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan juga tahap yang terahir adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Adapun peserta kegiatan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Sosial IRMA yang mengikuti pelatihan komputer secara offline. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta merasakan manfaat kehadiran teknologi dimana dapat membantu kegiatan sosial, pendidikan dan keagamaan bagi organisasi. Pemanfaatan AI dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah bagi anggota dan sebagai alat kerja bagi pengurus organisasi yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat presentasi yang menarik dalam slide yang bisa dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Science and technology development (IPTEK) plays a very significant role in improving the welfare and economic standard of living of the community. One of the fields that can feel the presence of technology is the field of education, community organizations, as well as the IRMA Orphan and Social Foundation which is located in Tegal Parang, South Jakarta. To manage data, the organization needs good administrative skills, as well as with its members in doing school assignments which also require skill in making writing, so that data and materials can be well organized and harmonious for organizational activities. In order to full fill one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Bina Saran Informatics University carries out Community Service in the form of Training to introduce basic concepts and provide training on several Artificial Intelligence )AI) applications in a light and fun way. This AI application can be used to facilitate the learning process in doing schoolwork and also as a learning medium in developing skills in explaining the Foundation's work programs, such as being used as a promotional media and organizational publication. The community service method consists of 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and also the last stage is monitoring and evaluation. The participants of this activity were administrators and members of the IRMA Orphan and Social Foundation who participated in offline computer training. With this training, participants feel the benefits of the presence of technology which can help social, educational and religious activities for organizations. The use of AI in doing schoolwork for members and as a work tool for organizational administrators that can be used to make interesting presentations on slides that can be modified as needed.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process is a critical gateway for educational institutions. However, SMKS Jakarta 1 Pondok Kopi faced a significant 35.4% decline in applicants between 2021 and 2024 due to an inefficient and fragmented PPDB system. Key issues included an outdated information platform, a complex multi-platform registration flow, error-prone manual payment verification, and an insecure online exam system. This research aimed to develop a web-based integrated PPDB information system that consolidates all stages: registration, digital payments via a payment gateway, an online examination with anti-cheating features, and centralized announcements. Using the Waterfall development model, the system was evaluated in two stages. Black Box testing confirmed that all functionalities performed as expected. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) revealed a very high acceptance rate, achieving average scores of 4.48 out of 5.00 from student proxies and 4.50 from the committee, yielding a final interpretation of “Very Good.” The practical implication of this system is a significant improvement in administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and modernization of the school's services. This research contributes by providing and validating an effective integrated PPDB system model, proving it to be a comprehensive solution for vocational education institutions.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly influenced various sectors, including the trade industry. One sector experiencing notable growth is the fashion industry. The increasing use of the internet and digital devices has changed consumer behavior, with many people preferring online shopping for its convenience, efficiency, and accessibility. This trend has encouraged fashion businesses to adopt digital platforms such as e-commerce websites to expand their market reach and improve customer service. This study aims to design and develop a fashion e-commerce website that facilitates online buying and selling transactions. The system is expected to help fashion business owners promote and market their products more effectively while providing consumers with greater convenience in accessing product information and completing purchases. The system's development process uses the waterfall method, comprising the following stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. This method is chosen because it provides a structured and systematic approach to software development. The results of this study indicate that the fashion e-commerce website was successfully developed, featuring a product catalog, shopping cart, payment system, and order management. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, demonstrating that all features function properly in accordance with the specified system requirements. Therefore, the developed website can support digital marketing and enhance the online shopping experience for consumers.

Abstract

Currently, companies, organizations and institutions are in dire need of the development of technology and information systems, especially information technology through the internet. The American Indonesian Education Institute, the Cijantung Branch, which until now has not yet been computerized. Currently, the registration process to become a student at the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch is still manual, both from filling out forms provided by the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch to becoming a student. Usually the data collection process is a bit hampered because the number of applicants is more than customer service and it is too difficult for customer service to read prospective student forms. This causes the service from the customer service of the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch is not optimal. This study uses the waterfall model as a software development model. From the research conducted, it is expected to produce a new student acceptance control system that can assist customer service in collecting data on prospective students and managing prospective student forms. The design of the new student admission system is expected to be more effective and efficient. So it's good when registration can be completed in a short time. This system is also expected to minimize data collection errors made by customer service.
