Abstract

bstract : Learning to use the principle of early childhood learning, play, and sing. Early childhood learning to be realized in a way that can make children active, happy, free to choose. Children learn through interaction with tools and supplies as well as a human game. Gross motor development is very important for children kindergarten for gross motor development affects the development of the other. Motor skills of kindergarten children will not develop without the maturity of motor control, motor control will not be optimal without physical fitness, physical fitness can not be achieved without physical exercise. TK Pertiwi Benai Benai located in the Village SubDistrict of Benai, this is one of the early childhood education institutions are experiencing some problems with regard to the learning gross motor skills in children with methods of game ball relay. Problem 1. Some children may not be able to observance perturan game. 3. Some children are difficult to perform motion bounding. 2. Child difficult to throw directionally. 3. Children are not able to catch the ball. In addition there are some children who still lack the coordination capabilities such as hand and eye coordination. Based on the formulation of the problem that has been presented, it can be seen the purpose of this study was to determine the increase in gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten through ball game Pertiwi relay. How is the implementation of a ball game relay to improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pertiwi and knowing how high the increase in gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through the game ball in the kindergarten relay relay PertiwiDengan ball game can improve gross motor skills of children ages 5 -6 years in TK Pertiwi Benai Subdistrict Regency Kuantan Singingi especially on the aspect of speed, agility, and hand-eye coordination in children TK Pertiwi Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi. The game is done by following the steps to play a relay which was carried out so that the results become more optimal, it is seen when a child is asked to go from house to fhoto copy to memotocopy book, of a copy home turns out the child is able to do it well and correctly capability children are developing as expected (BSH) which saw gross motor skills of children before treatment only (30.27%) and then after being given treatment (cycle 1) turns gross motor skills of children increased first cycle that an average of 43.69 and continued an increase in Cycle II reached an average percentage of 75.36%.Keywords: Game Ball Relay, Rough Motoric

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations of the gross motor development of children is still before the treatment is given in the form of traditional games jump rubber activity (yeye) is low and teachers are still using methods that dominate and not varied. This means that the need for stimulus is given to children to improve gross motor development activities in the form of a rubber jump (yeye). This study aims to determine the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Baitul Makmur village-Tebing subdistrict Benai Regency Kuantan High Singingi before being given a traditional game of jumping rubber (yeye). The sample in this study amounted to 20 children comprising eight boys and 12 girls aged 5-6 years. In this study, researchers gathered data from the measuring instrument research, observation and documentation. Statistical test with t-test = -24.903 and p = 0.000. Because p <0.05 then can researchers conclude that there is a difference in gross motor development of children is very significant between before and after the application of rubber jumping activities (yeye). So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no difference before and after treatment. According to the table in the value of the t distribution, when df 19, to test the p ihak with a standard error of 5%, then the price of the t-table = 1.740. If the t-count fell to the reception area Ha, Ha stating the gross motor development of children after treatment is higher than before the treatment received. Based on the calculations, it turns out the price of -24.903 t fall on acceptance or rejection Ha Ho. Thus it can be concluded that there are significant differences in gross motor development of children before and after treatment, in which the gross motor development of children is higher after treatment than before treatment

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted at TK Permata Hati, Sub-District of Inuman during April 2017. The research used experimental method that was one group pre-test post-test design with 15 samples (sample size was 15 children). The instrument type used in this study is using observation sheet to record the activities that occurred during the treatment. Based on hypothesis test results obtained there was the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district. Obtained t count value was 23,367 with sig 0,000, because sig <0,05 hence can be concluded that there was influence of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children. In Hypothesis test can be seent count = 23,367> t table = 2,145. cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district of 66.66%.Keywords: Comprehension Numbers Concept, Cube Numbers Media

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is: to determine the role of PAUD headmaster as managers in UPTD district Tampan city of Pekanbaru. So it can be formulated problem of this research is: How role of principal of PAUD as manager in environment UPTD district Tampan city of Pekanbaru? Theoretically, this research is useful to give thought contribution to scholarship related to the role of PAUD headmaster as manager in UPTD environment, Tampan sub-district, Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted in PAUD Sekecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The time of this research was conducted in June to September 2016. This research was conducted at PAUD Sekecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. This research is conducted in June to September 2016. This research type is descriptive research that is research which try to tell problem solving that exist now based on data, and also present data, analyze and interpret. Measurements of PAUD headmaster role as manager in UPT district environment Tampan city Pekanbaru using questionnaire as many as 34 duplicate, highest score for each statement is 5 and lowest score is 1 which is disseminated to 34 subject of research. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the role of PAUD headmaster as manager in UPTD environment of Tampan city of Pekanbaru is very good because it has an average of 81,07%. That is, the principal of PAUD has been acting as manager in UPT district district Tampan city Pekanbaru very well.Keyword: The Role Of PAUD Headmaster

Abstract

Abstract:. This study aims to determine the increase in moral behavior of children through a hand puppet storytelling in children aged 4-5 years. The number of subjects in this study were 12 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. This study includes quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitatively, the data were analyzed descriptively percentage. Level changes measured by percent, while qualitatively explain the activities of children and teachers obtained through observation, interviews and performance during the study. The study hypothesis is the application of hand puppet storytelling method can improve the moral behavior of children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the analysis of the data obtained, before the given action (preliminary data) the average value of the child's moral behavior amounted to 40.97 Start Developing criteria (MB), and then after the first cycle with a hand puppet storytelling average experience an increase of 48.30 Developing criteria Start (MB). Improvement of cycle 1 is equal to 17.89%. Meanwhile, the activities of teachers in cycle 1 was the criterion Enough with the average value of 51.11. While the child's activities in cycle 1 earn a percentage of 42.22% with a sufficient criterion. Furthermore, after the second cycle increased to 78.32% Developing criteria Very Good (BSB). Improvement of cycle 2 of cycle 1 that is equal to 62.15%. While the activities of teachers in cycle 2 are the criteria for Good with an average value of 80%. While the child's activities in cycle 2 84.44% with criteria Good. Then to find out of that increase occurring in the cycle, the analysis of data beginning with cycle 2. From the data processing obtained an increase of 92%, this study should not be continued again for the next cycle.

Abstract

Abstract: This research purposed is to know the effect of the use of letter gloves on the ability to recognize letters of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD As-Shifa Citra Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were 15 students. Method that use is experiment One Group Pretest –Posttest Design. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 17.0. According to result of experimental hypothesi there is effect of media use of letter gloves on the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4 - 5 years in PAUD As-Shifa Citra Kota Pekanbaru. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 10,954 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability to recognize letters of significant after the use of media use of letter gloves on the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4 to 5 years in PAUD As-Shifa Citra Kota Pekanbaru. So it is necessary to use flash card application This study aims to determine the effect of using flash cards the ability to recognize the number symbol 4-5 years old children at Irsyadul Ummah kindergarten District Kuantan Mudik District of Kuantan Singingi. The sample used in this study 15 people protégé. The data collection techniques were used that observation and documentation. Were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 16.0. The study hypothesis is the use of flash cards activity has an effect on the ability to recognize the numeral symbol 4-5 years old children at Irsyadul Ummah kindergarten District Kuantan Mudik District of Kuantan Singingi. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 10.879 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to recognize the numeral symbol the epitome of a significant of children after the use of flash cards for learning. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment to apply the use of flash cards. The effect of using flash cards to the ability to recognize the number symbol 4-5 year old children at Irsyadul Ummah kindergarten District Kuantan Mudik District of Kuantan Singingi amounted to 33,5%.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observation, the development of children in kindergarten Pertiwi Teluk Kuantan found any constraints on fine motor activities that most children are still difficulties in fine motor activities, especially folding or origami. There are some children who are reluctant to perform fine motor activities there is also a crying study results should be given to children less optimal. Because of that learning that can improve fine motor skills anak.Penelitian aims to determine the effect of origami activities against the fine motor skills Children ages 5-6 year in the Gulf of TK Pertiwi Kuantan. Sampel used in this study 15 children. The data collection techniques used are observasi.Penelitian including quantitative and kualitatif. In quantitative research collected data were analyzed descriptively presentase. Hipotesis research is found influence signifikan terhadap fine motor skills of children after conducting this origami. Hal can diketahui daari analysis results average obtained that before action is taken at 28.89% after the action in the first cycle an average yield of 40.56% of the traffic system and after the action on the second cycle of the traffic system increased by 84.35%. So we can conclude that there are differences in the fine motor skills of children significantly after conducting origami. So, the means origami activities may increase the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years grouped B TK Pertiwi Singingi Kuantan District Kuantan bay.Keywords: Fine Motor Ability, Activity Origami

Abstract

 Abstract: Based on observations of the initial studies in the field of emotional intelligence, shows that a child's emotional low. This looks uncontrolled children's emotions, irritability and often beat her. If mistakes did not apologize, do not seem to want to know about what he had done, tends to be moody and jealous of his friend. Based on the existing problems, the purpose of this study was to describe the use of role-play method can improve emotional intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Permata Hati Benai Subdistrict Regency Kuantan Singingi. This study uses classroom action research that is designed in the form of two cycles, the cycle 1dengan 3 meetings and cycle 2 to 3 meetings. In each cycle consists of four phases: Phase Planning, Implementation Phase Action, Phase Phase Observation and Reflection. Subjects in this study were 5-6 years old children early childhood Permata Hati Benai Subdistrict Regency Kuantan Singingi totaling 12 children. The technique of collecting data through observation and documentation, while data analysis using descriptive statistics. From the data analysis, Emotional Intelligence before the cycle of children at an average of 40.41%. This suggests that emotional intelligence of children still low at under 50%. This study followed by one cycle with a yield of 46.10% with criteria began to grow and continued in cycle 2 with the result of 78.46%. Based on these results prove that there is an increase emotional intelligence of children through role-play method. This study therefore declared successful.

Abstract

Abstract:This study has to determine disipline of teacher working in the subdistrict bangko area rokan hilir. Population in this research is all teacher in subdistrict bangko area rokan hilir as many 34 teachers. All the population sampled (saturated sampling). This type of reseach is descriptive with quantitative approach. The technique used was a questionner (questionnare). The results showed that the work discipline analysis kindergarten teacher in subdistrict bangko area rokan hilir is quite good with percentage 61,79 %. Intention is to work discipline teacher in kindergarten subdistrict bangko area rokan hilir of consciousness itself carry out his job, working in accordane with the guidance of the task, and comply with regulation is quite good. Thus the kindergarten teacher discipline all subdistrict bangko area rokan hilir needs to be increased again.Key Words: Analysis of labor discipline teachers
