Abstract

 Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation teacher’s perceptions of transformational leadership style principal and performance of kindergarten teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatera Province. The population of this research is a kindergarten’s teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatra as many as 94 teachers, of this research sample as many as 48 teachers were taken using Taro Yamane formula. The method used is Pearson Product Moment to see the relationship variables on teacher’s perceptions of transformational leadership style with the school head teacher performance. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for windows Ver.23. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there is a significant positive relationship and teachers perceptions of transformational leadership style and performance of kindergarten teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatera Province. It can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.318 and 0.028 significance level of <0.05. The level of teachers 'perceptions about the relationship of transformational leadership style of principals with teacher performance are included in the low category with determinant coefficient in the amount 10,11%, meaning that teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership style of the principal influences on teacher performance as much as 10,11% .

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted at TK Permata Hati, Sub-District of Inuman during April 2017. The research used experimental method that was one group pre-test post-test design with 15 samples (sample size was 15 children). The instrument type used in this study is using observation sheet to record the activities that occurred during the treatment. Based on hypothesis test results obtained there was the effect of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district. Obtained t count value was 23,367 with sig 0,000, because sig <0,05 hence can be concluded that there was influence of cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children. In Hypothesis test can be seent count = 23,367> t table = 2,145. cube number media on the comprehension of the number concept in children aged 4-5 years at TK Permata Hati, Inuman district of 66.66%.Keywords: Comprehension Numbers Concept, Cube Numbers Media

Abstract

Abstrack: The aim of this research is to know whether there is any correlation between students’ adversity quotient and academic procrastination in education program of Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education and Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University of Riau year 2014. The population of this research is the students of Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education in Faculty of Teacher Training at University of Riau year 2014 that consists of 83 students, the samples of this research are 63 students. Method of this research is quantitative correlation to know the correation between independent variable and dependent variable. The technique of collecting data used quistioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analitical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver.17. Based on the hypothesis there is any significant negative correlation between sudents’ adversity quotient and academic procrastination in Teacher Education Courses for Early Childhood Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University of Riau year 2014. It could be seen from the result of correlation cooficient that rxy = -0,324 and significant level is 0,010 < 0,05. The correlation between students’ adversity quotient and academic procrastination is in the medium level which is the KP = r² x 100% = 10,50%, it means that adversity quotient affect the academic procrastination as much as 10,50%.Key Words: Adversity Quotient, Academic Procrastination

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of observations in the field can be seen that the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children aged 4-5 years has not developed optimally. So that should be the application of media locker numberr. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of media locker numbers toward the ability to know the concept of numbers. This research was conducted in Islamic Kindergarten Akramunnas Pekanbaru. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design with 20 samples of children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Technique Data analysis using t-test test by using program SPSS 17.0. Result of data analysis obtained tcount = 23,126 bigger than ttable = 2,093 with sig.0,00 <0,05. It can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to know the concept of numbers before and after the using media locker numbers. Influence given by media locker number based on formula N Gain equal to 69,61%.Keywords:Concepts of Numbers, Locker Numbers.

Abstract

Abstrac: Based on the observation at school there were founded some problems as bellows: 1) There is some child who are afraid to show up/ perform in of the class, 2) some of them don’t want to share their ideas, 3) there are the ignorance of child to do the activities, 4) the child are also afraid to answer the question, 5) there is also child who doesn’t want to join with other child. The population and the sample that used in this research are 15 children. The data collection technique is observation sheet. The data technique is T-Test by using SPSS windows ver. 22. Hopefully this research’s result is useful as broad insight to increase child’s self confidence in TK An – Nisa in Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru. Based on the first description of the analysis in TK An – Nisa in Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru is the low level, it shown based on the Pretest is 179 by the average 13, 33. After gave the animals’ movement treatment, so to the next is to determine Post test that found 301 by the average 20,067, the child before the animal’s movement treatment is “Good” level by 0% and “Enough” level by 33,33% meanwhile in “Low” level is 66,67%.Keywords: Movement feature, self confident

Abstract

Abstract: this research constive descriptive, This descriptive research aim is toknow the description of child’s learning style at 5 – 6 years old in RA Jannatul IlmiTampan Pekanbaru. The sample is al the children at 5 – 6 years old in RA Jannatul IlmiTampan Pekanbaru 20 children. The data collection technique is observation sheetthere is a statement about child’s learning style in early age. Based on the result, it canconclude that child’s learning style at 5 – 6 years old in RA Jannatul Ilmi is good level(65,72%), meanwhile based on each indicator visual learning style is good level(78,89%), auditory learning style is good level (75,55%), on kinesthetic is good level(72%), meanwhile on the multisensory learning style is good enough (58,14%). It meansthat basically is not all the children have been applied on their own learning style.Keywords: learning Style
