Abstract

Background – Z Generation is a generation with digital native and multitasking characters who are surrounded by lifestyle trends and technological developments that are constantly changing rapidly, this makes the level of financial literacy and self-control low where saving behavior is necessary as an important aspect of financial life in order to achieve stability of finances and future preparation. Aim – The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control have an influence on the saving behavior of Z Generation South Jakarta. Design/ methodology/ approach – This research approach uses a quantitative approach by obtaining data from distributing questionnaires to 349 respondents which are then processed using data analysis techniques using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with SmartPLS software version 3.2.9 (Partial Least Square). Findings – Based on the results of the study proving that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on saving behavior, these results mean that the higher the financial literacy of Z Generation, the higher their saving behavior will be. Meanwhile, lifestyle and self-control do not have an influence on saving behavior, this can be interpreted that everyone has a different lifestyle and self-control, so whatever the lifestyle and self-control of Z Generation, it does not have an influence on the saving behavior of Generation Z, South Jakarta it can be caused by other factors. Conclusion - Gen Z's lifestyle does not have a significant influence on the savings decisions of individuals in Gen Z. Similar to Gen Z's self control which does not support saving behavior. Research implication – This research adds insight into the factors related to saving behavior, especially financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control of the younger generation. It is necessary to highlight these factors for generation Z in South Jakarta to be able to care more about their finances which will grow and improve behavior in saving for a controlled and peaceful future. Limitations – In this research, the limitation is that the area only took four sub-districts in South Jakarta, including Cilandak sub-district, Jagakarsa sub-district, Kebayoran Lama sub-district, and Pasar Minggu sub-district. In addition, the population and sample focus on Z Generation with the age chosen as a sample of 16-26 years, where future researchers are expected to use a wider number of sub-districts or research in one area and choose a variety of ages to provide even better results and able to provide more extensive information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi wakaf, pendapatan dan digital marketing terhhadap keputusan wakif untuk berwakaf uang pada wakif di Jakarta Timur. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan mettode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua wakif yang pernah berwakaf uang, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah wakif berdomisili di Jakarta Timur yang pernah berwakaf, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software smart partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya Literasi wakaf berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan wakif untuk berwakaf uang, variabel Pendapatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan wakif untuk berwakaf uang, variabel Digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan wakif untuk berwakaf uang. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif bahwasannya variabel Keputusan wakif dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi wakaf, pendapatan dan digital marketing sebesar 70% . Namun 30% sisanya dapat diterangkan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Research Originality: The study of strategic management and maqasid sharia in Islamic cooperatives is scarce. This study's originality includes maqasid sharia and decision-making styles in the framework of strategic management.Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the roles of strategic management, maqasid sharia, and decision-making style in the performance of Islamic cooperatives and to improve and embed Islamic values in organizations.Research Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to 124 employees of Islamic-cooperative. Furthermore, the study uses structural equation modelling to analyze the questionnaires data from respondents.Empirical Results: The study found that strategic management and organizational performance statistically affect financial performance. Meanwhile, the maqasid sharia and dependent decision-making style have statistically significant indirect effects on financial performance through strategic management and organizational performance.Implications: This study supports the implementation of Maqasid Sharia as the baseline for strategic management. This policy aims to improve the performance of Islamic cooperatives within the limits of Islamic principles. Abstract

The ever-growing era of globalization creates increasingly fierce competition in the world of work. To survive and excel, organizations need to encourage innovation through innovative work behavior. Some of the main factors that can influence this behavior include proactive personality, knowledge sharing, and openness, which contribute greatly to the creation of an innovative and productive work atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the correlation between proactive personality, knowledge sharing, and openness to innovative work behavior. The approach used was quantitative, involving 100 employees as respondents, while data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The results of the analysis show that proactive personality, knowledge sharing, and openness contribute positively and significantly to innovative work behavior, both in partial and simultaneous analysis. The findings confirm the importance of encouraging proactive personality, knowledge sharing, and openness in organizations to enhance employees' innovative capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Dalam hal ini dengan cara mendeskripsikan Analisis Determinasi Pemahaman Pemilihan Rekening Bank Syariah Pada Pengurus Masjid di DKI Jakarta. Rendahnya pemahaman pengurus Takmir Masjid akan pemahaman  produk bank syariah apalagi kemanfaatan rekening bank syariah bagi perekonomian umat. Untuk itu perbankan syariah harus terus melakukan sosialisasi lebih gencar lagi lewat media yang lebih populer di pengurus Takmir Masjid.  Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan rekening dalam bank syariah dari berasal dari pengurus/lembaga/takmir masjid sebesar 55,1 persen. Sedangkan rekening syariah yang dimiliki pribadi sebesar 50 persen. Berbeda sedikit dengan yang dikelola dengan menggunakan nama pengurus/lembaga/takmir.
