Abstract

This research was conducted on October 2013 was, held at District of Meranti Islands in Riau Province. The research location was determined intentionally (purposive) and the method that used was a survey by analyzing secondary data, researcher used the time series data from 2008 to 2012. The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of the fisheries sub-sector regional gross domestic product (GDP), to know the base and non-base fisheries sub-sector, determine the impact of fisheries sub-sector of the regional income and employment of District of Meranti Islands in Riau Province.Fisheries sub-sector consists of the catching, aquaculture and processing. The results of the fisheries sub-sector contributing on 2008 to 2011 has increased from 3.89% to 4.11%, meanwhile in 2011 to 2012 has decreased to 4.09%. Based on the results of Locationt Quetient (LQ) sub-sector of the fishery in 2008-2012 is sector basis with LQ values ranged from 2.67 to 2.90. The result of the multiplier effect of the fisheries sub-sector 2009- 2012 ranged from 18.49 up to 25.49.

Abstract

This study was conducted on 26 January to 9 February 2016 on the Village of Lake Toba Haranggaol Haranggaol Horison Simalungun District of North Sumatra province . The method used in this study by survey method . Based on research result that the Business floating cages in the Village Haranggaol annually require seed is 164.352.000 Tilapia fish tail, fish seed Mas ie 242.000 a year tail, catfish fish seed is 90.000 tails year, and Patin of 60.000 head a year. The amount of feed for tilapia fish each year is 46.224.000 kg, feed the fish Mas is 96.600 kg a year, fish feed catfish is 8.100 kg a year, and Patin fish feed is 36.000 kg a year. Production of tilapia in floating net cages every year is 28.761,6 tons a year, the production of carp that is 64.4 tons a year, the production of catfish 9 tons a year, and the catfish production of 24 tons a year. Abstract

Research on the business of cultivating system analysis fish keramba buoyant net carried out in february 2015 spikes in the village the kecamatan kampar left kabupaten Kampar provinsi riau .This study aims to to see how investment large kicked out at a venture the cultivation of fish, to see how large net income obtained cultivator of the and to know business feasibility in keramba a net buoyant. Based on the results of research the average investment and production costs that kicked out to venture baung 20.492.500 fish as much as rp, while to venture nila fish who kicked out as much as rp .18.817.000 , the average income that net in can be of an effort as much as rp 5.352.300 baung fish, while to venture nila fish as much as rp. Abstract

This research on the cultivation of ornamental fish in Kelurahana Simpang Tiga was held in January 2016, ornamental fish breeding place in the village of Simpang Tiga subdistrict Bukit Raya Pekanbaru in Riau province. The purpose of this study was to determine the investments, the net income and the feasibility of cultivation of ornamental fish. The method used is the method of determination of the survey respondents were census. Respondents are drawn is the overall ornamental fish farmers who grow ornamental fish, amounting to 4 respondent. The results of the research effort buddidaya menjukan that ornamental fish farmers in the village of Simpang Tiga with total investment ranging between Rp.8.933.800 until Rp.11.641.800, net revenues received by farmers for harvest once every three months ranged between Rp.5.291. 402 up to Rp.7.270.989, based on investment criteria then obtained RCR ranges - RCR ranged from 2.35 to 2.82, FRR ranged between 52% - 72%, PPC ranged from -2.04 to 1.57. From these data show that the cultivation of ornamental fish in Kelurah Simpang Tiga is appropriate to proceed and have a very favorable prospects.Key word: Cultivators, Investment, Net Income, Level Eligibility

Abstract

PERMEN-KP No.2 Tahun 2015 Policy has caused the pros and cons in the society. This study aims to determine how big the impact of these policies on the economy of Fishers as well as the right solution to minimize negative impacts. The research was conducted in February 2016 by 14 Fishermen as respondents in the village of Raja Bejamu, Sinaboi District Riau Province. This study use field survey by interviewing fishermen and their responses before and after the policy. Data shows 21% of fishermen pro and 79% cons with the policy as well as 3 of the 14 fishers claim there is a decrease in their income as a result of the implementation of this rule. The grants to switch catching tool and the grace period is considered to be one of the appropriate solutions to minimize the negative impact. From the results of this study concluded that this policy does not impact to the economy significantly,but there are some obstacles such as the high cost of switching the catching tool and the societies that have been so dependent on the use of cantrang.So it takes a proper solution that the policy should not be a clash between the interests of the government and fishermen.Keywords : Economic Impact, PERMEN-KP No.2 Tahun 2015, Responses of Fishers, Solutions

Abstract

The research was conducted on 7th February until 14 th February 2013. This study aimed tothe implementation of this study is the know how large the total investment with a different scale inan effort to fish rearing African Catfish ponds in terms of aspects of financial tarpaulin. The methodused in this study is a survey with four respondent .The survey results revealed an effort tarp in the village is divied into three business scalewich is a small scale an 50 m widw, 96 m medium scale enterprises, and large businesses scale an320 m. African catfis aquaculture in the pool tarp several advantages wich have adequate technicaland maintenance more effective African catfish produced a cleaner and more uniform in size. Thehigh price of feed is currently making the amount of catfish farmers in particular to the business ofenlarging the wane when the potential market share fore catfish consumption is still wide open.Total Investment is widely used in small scale enterprises of Rp. 13.842.000,-, while the broadmedium size enterprises amounted to Rp. 26.114.750, and on a large scale enterprise wide Rp.79.538.500,-. Of the third scale, feasibility analysis calculations are profitable and financiallyfeasible to continue to start in medium scale enterprise wide.Keyword : Pool tarp, African catfish, Hangtuah village

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the production of , productivity cultivator of the carp, the cost and profit by each institution the marketing of carp in the subs-district Rao Selatan District Pasaman the Province of West Sumatra.Based on the results of research , cultivator of the pool with a broad 3,500 m2 an average of producing 4.461,25 kg per harvest , productivity 1.27 kg per square and the cost of Rp 70.672.000 with profit of Rp 9.630.500 / harvest .Cultivator of the pool with a broad 5,000 m2 producing 6.240 kg per harvest , productivity 1.27 kg per square and the cost of Rp 103.972.000 with profit of Rp 8.848.000 / harvest . With broad cultivator of the m2 kolam7.500 as many as 8.532,5 kg per harvest , productivity 1,14 kg per square and the cost of Rp 143.372.000 with profit of Rp 10.213.000 / harvest .Intermediary traders 1 issue the average cost as much as Rp 149.330.000 to the advantage Rp 15.420.000 per month .Intermediary traders 2 issued the average cost as much as Rp 120.830.000 to the advantage Rp 13.170.000 per month .Intermediary traders 3 spend money an average of Rp 107.250.000 to the advantage Rp 10.020.000 per month .While traders a retailer issued the average cost as much as Rp 8.552.000 to the advantage Rp 1.447.000 per month.Key words: production, productivity, cost, profit

Abstract

This research was conducted on 3-14 may 2015. The purpose of this research is to know the development the fish hatchery. Start from the wide of pull the number of production development, the income, and extension of region trade for Sejahtera Group. This research was used survey method. The determination responded was taken with a simple random sampling the population in research was the member of Sejahtera Group who has their own job as hatchery. The number of member is 22 persons. Remembering the characteristic the job of population is relative homogeny so in taking in responden was enough 50% for is hatchery.The result of this research showed that the fish hatchery was done by the member of Sejahtera Group has a good development after accepting the assist from government. The wide of pool before accepting the assist in 2011 was around 909 m² but after get the assist in 2014 the wide of pool becomes 2,672 m², the number of seeds of production which gotten before getting the assist was around 68,091 seeds per year after got the assist from government the number of production increased become 200,454 per year. The income fish hatchery before get the assist 15.403.773,- and after got the assist from government the income is increased to be 47.378.745,- the wide of trade region before got the assist just to region they were Siantar, Balige, Parapat, Porsea, Haranggaol, and Salbe.Key Word : The Impact Of Government Assist, The Business Development, And Fish Hatchery

Abstract

Usaha penangkapan ikan dengan gillnet di Pandan dengan menggunakanbeberapa kriteria investasi masih layak untuk dikembangkan. Armada gillnet denganukuran 24 GT diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp 887.907.000, BC Ratio sebesar 1,48 danIRR sebesar 39%. Permasalahan yang dihadapi nelayan adalah semakin menurunnyapendapatan karena areal penangkapan ikan yang semakin jauh, sehinggameningkatkan biaya operasional. Selain itu semakin mahal harga armada barudisebabkan semakin sulitnya mendapatkan kayu untuk galangan kapal. Pemerintahdiharapkan dapat memberikan solusi, misalnya dengan memberikan kemudahandalam mendapatkan dan pengangkutan kayu.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in February 2014 held at the farmer group of Ar-Rahman. The research location was determined intentionally, the method that used was asurvey by analyzing primary data, the respondents in this research were selected bypurposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 7 peoples. The purpose ofthis research was to knowing the application of agri-fishery system in farmer group of Ar-Rahman, knowing the development of each subsystem, and knowing the constraints in theimplementation of each subsystem in farmer group of Ar-Rahman.Application of agri-fishery system in farmer group of Ar-Rahman on the inputsupply subsistem has been running well, the farming subsystem is not good, theagroindustry subsystem is not bad, and the marketing subsystem is good. The developmentof agri-fishery system at a standing start in 2007 to 2010 has been running well, but in2011 the start of the conflict in the farmer group has made the farmer group of Ar-Rahmandeclined in each of subsystems until the 2014’s. Constraints in the input supply subsystemis a farmer group can not make food of the fish. Constrainst in the farming subsystem isthe irrigation which is often problematic when the rains come and the limited skills ofmembers to handling cultivation. In the agroindustry subsystem are constrainst on the lackof skills to use a fish processing tool. In the marketing subsystem does not happenconstraints, but is highly dependent on the production of farming and agroindustry.
