Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted on May 7 to 15, 2014, aims to determine how much investment and operational costs and problems faced by farmers in the cultivation of fish in floating net cages in the village Untemungkur. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews respondents were 9 people divided into Category I and Category II From the research that has been conducted in the village of Muara Untemungkur on farming in floating net cages in mind that a large total investment of fish farming in floating net cages for category I Rp.161.935.000, with operating expenses of Rp.81.641.568, / harvest. Net income is farming Rp38.358.432, / harvest. As for category II total investment fish farming in floating net cage aquaculture transform Rp.130.905.000 category II, namely, - the operating expenses of Rp.61.701.778, - / harvest. The advantages are achieved net farmers in this village is supported by the ability of farmers in the supplementary feeding. Keyword : Village Untemungkur , investment , Business Advantage (π)

Abstract

ABSTRAK   This study Held on 20 August to 4 September 2014. The aims : 1) the cost of production, sales and profits by analyzing the processing of salted fish. 2) To know how much the contributions made from salted fish processing companies to the total household income of fishermen. 3) To know the limitations and problems in the processing of salted fish processing companies. Take census respondents to the salted fish processors that perform processing each month, amounting to 2 persons, while it done in a simple random sumpling on salted fish processors do processing depending on the season less than 14 respondents. The average incurred by the salted fish processing performed per month in the first year total cost of Rp 20.463.667 with revenues of Rp 30.38 million and the average profit earned Rp 10.036.333, average total cost spent by processing salted fish depending on the season is Rp 5.380.193 with a turnover of Rp 6.536.923 and the average profit earned Rp 1,118,378. Contributions average score given by the processing of salted fish, which depend on the season amounted to 19% and which is not dependent on the processing of regular season by 81%, wherein the contribution of salted fish processing company still shows very low because of the low contribution of the low production. Problems in the processing of raw materials salted fish depending on the season, the equipment is simple, the drying process depends on the weather and lack of hygiene.     Keywords: salted fish, cost, revenue , profit , contribution

Abstract

The research was conducted on 27 March to 3 April 2015 in the Village of West Berandan Tangkahan Durian Langkat District of North Sumatra province. The research goal is to investagate increase in business scale and increase revenues before and after the program. Of the various indicators of business as the implementation of business partnership program soft shelled crab cultivation triangle pattern has increased the scale of business of 252.5 kg/person/year, increase the production of 466 kg/person/year, and grow profits for beneficiaries an average of 22.168.500/ person/year. Business partnership program soft shelled crab cultivation triangle pattern has given the average rate of profit to the owners of capital of 0.54% per year or 4.5% per month and this has far exceeded the interest rates on deposits offered by banks, which only reached 7 to 12% per year. Controllers aspect of the program also provides a profit of Rp. 66.97431 million or 58.2% per year and has opened up jobs for two people with a minimum salary of each of Rp. 2,000,000 per month.Of the various aspects that have been evaluated, we conclude that the business partnership program soft shelled crab cultivation triangle pattern appropriate to proceed and the business opportunities that provide benefits to both the beneficiaries, the owners of capital and controllers.Keywords : evaluation, partnership program, triangle.

Abstract

Research on the aquacultur of Jelawat fish (Leptobarbus hoevanii) in the cages held in February 2015 at the Ranah village and Kampar subdistrict Kampar Regency. This research was aimed to find out how much production costs, how large the contribution costs of seeds and feed costs to the total cost of production as well as how large the profits obtained from the cultivation Jelawat fish in the cages. Based on the results of the research the costs of production incurred amounting to Rp. 40.608.500, the average contribution to the total feed cost is 80.5% while seeds cost total contribution towards total cost was 9.99% and the average profit earned by farmers is Rp. 6.515.500/harves. Thus the business in the cages of Jelawat fish profitable and useful the continued.Keywords: Jelawat Fish, of production contribution, advantage

Abstract

Sumber belajar (learning resources) adalah semua sumber baik berupa data, orang dan wujud tertentu yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta didik dalam belajar, baik secara terpisah maupun secara terkombinasi sehingga mempermudah peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan belajar atau mencapai kompetensi tertentu.  Belajar berbagai pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap atau norma-norma tertentu dapat melalui lingkungan sekolah yakni dari guru, dosen, teman sekelas, buku, laboratorium, perpustakaan, dan lain-lain. Abstract

Etika TIK berkaitan erat dengan etika profesi, keterhubungan tersebut terutama dalam memahami dan menghormati budaya kerja yang ada, memahami profesi dan jabatan, memahami peraturan perusahaan dan organisasi, dan memahami hukum. Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to improve the soft physical motoric skill of kids in coordinating eyes and hands movements through the implementation of playing strategy by using busy book media. The subjects of this research were 16 kids at group A Nafilah Kindegarten Malang City. The results of the observation concludes that the soft physical motoric skill of kids experiences improvement from classical average in the amount of 50% at the first cycle then it improves to be 100% at the second cycle. This improvement can be achieved through the implementation of playing strategy by using busy book media conducted by the teachers until it gives progress on the aspect of kids soft physical motoric skill in coordinating eyes and hands movements.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fisik motorik halus anak dalam mengoordinasikan gerak mata dan tangan melalui penerapan strategi bermain dengan menggunakan media busy book. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 anak di kelompok A TK Nafilah Kota Malang. Hasil observasi menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan fisik motorik halus anak mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata klasikal sebesar 50% pada siklus I kemudian meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 100%. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dicapai melalui penerapan strategi bermain dengan menggunakan media busy book yang telah dilaksanakan guru sehingga memberikan kemajuan pada aspek fisik motorik halus anak dalam mengoordinasikan gerak mata dan tangan.

Abstract

The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) has had psychological and health impacts on people's lives around the world. On a psychological aspect, this pandemic has caused anxiety due to low mindfulness. To increase the potential of mindfulness, one of the ways taken is by counselor psychological intervention. The authors used an Islamic counseling approach to reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness. Therefore, the research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. Participants in this study were 14 students consisting of 7 students for each experimental and control group. Participants were invited after filling self-report the anxiety scale facing COVID-19 and indicated that they were in the high category. The data analyzed with the Wilcoxon sign rank test to determine the impact of before and after the intervention was given, then used the Mann Whitney to find out the mean differences between the experimental and control group, and the Rank Spearman to determine the correlation between mindfulness and anxiety. The results showed that Islamic counseling intervention is effective to increase mindfulness which impacted on reducing anxiety in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, the results of correlation analysis using the Rank Spearman show that there is a correlation between mindfulness and anxiety.

Abstract

The study aims to assess the development and fisheries subsector contribution tothe economy (GDP) Rokan Hilir district. In order to achieve these objectives, the an-nual data collected (series) GDP and fisheries data Rokan Hilir district during the peri-od 2006 to 2010. Based on these data, the fisheries sector contributed 21.62%. Andseen his contribution to the fellow agriculture, fisheries subsector is the largest contrib-utor (41%) among the other sub-sectors (crops and hotikultura, tree crops, livestock,and forestry). Fisheries in Rokan Hilir district dominated by fishing in the ocean. Fish-eries production in 2010 was recorded 59808.43 tons, up from the previous years pro-duction. The increase in production occurred primarily in aquaculture production.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the state of smoked catfish processing business,with particular regard to production and marketing systems. Research conducted inthe Penyasawan village Kampar District, Riau. There are nine smoked catfishprocessors, the processor uses all of the raw materials and other supporting materialsin the same amount, relative to the same production capacity in a single productioncycle, which differ only in frequency processing. Of the nine processors, twoprocessors to produce 1 time / week, six processors to produce 2 times / week, and aprocessor to produce 3 times / week. 500 kg of raw materials has resulted in 150 kgof smoked catfish, with production costs Rp 7.060,000, - or Rp 47,066.66 per kg ofsmoked atcfish. Smokedcatfish is sold at Rp 55,000 per kg. Smoked catfish sold bydirect marketing by a processing system to the nearest markets around the county,and the system of indirect marketing (distribution channels) through traders tomarkets outside the district. The main problem is the problem faced by processingabsorption smoked catfish market is still low and the credit ratings of traders.
