Abstract

Sorting algorithm in the computational process makes it easy for users when the data sorting process because the data is sorted by the process quickly and automatically. In addition to speed in sorting data, memory efficiency must also be considered. In this research, a retesting of two sorting methods is conducted, namely the bubble sort method and the insertion sort method based on the comparison of two programming languages, Java with Visual Basic 2010 using the decision tree method. This research aims to find out which algorithm has lower memory consumption in the sorting process using Java or Visual Basic 2010. The results of the comparison show, in Visual Basic 2010. insertion sort algorithm which has the lowest average memory consumption of 4.3243KB for .vb extensions and 2.0145KB for .exe extensions. while the bubble sort method with a consumption amount of 4.4358KB for the .vb extension and 2.0352 for extension.exe. Furthermore, if you use the Java programming language. So the bubble sort method still consumes the highest average memory, which is 546,242KB for the .jar extension and 4,337KB for the .exe extension, whereas from the insertion sort method, which has a low average memory consumption of 543,578 KB for extension .jar, and 4,381KB for extension .exe.

Abstract

Raisins are one of the processed grape products that are often found in the market, raisins are one of the processed grape products by drying. The color and quality of raisins are usually determined by the type of grape and the drying process. To assess the quality of raisins, many methods can be used, one of which is the traditional method carried out by humans manually. However, since traditional methods are considered to tend to take a long time and errors often occur due to human error. Currently, machine vision systems can be used to assess the quality of raisins. In addition to assessing the quality of raisins, this method can also be used to identify and classify raisins. One way to classify raisins is to use data mining with classification algorithms. This research applies 5 data mining classification algorithms namely naïve bayes, decision tree, random forest, neural network and SVM. From the modeling results of the five algorithms, the neural network algorithm has the highest accuracy of 86.81%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT- The District Court is a judicial institution within the General Court environment domiciled in the regency or city capital. Submitting information for permits to enter and leave work manually is considered less effective in terms of controlling employee activities, especially going work obligations during working hours for personal or other interests. with the submission method only giving reports verbally to Sub Personnel and Ortala, without any written submissions/reports that must be known by the head of the Agency to apply the SOP that applies to the Agency Observations are made by visiting and observing directly to the research site to see the ongoing process The interview was conducted with one of the employees of the Ciamis district court. Interviews were conducted by asking several questions to determine the system running there. This literature study is used as reference material in doing this final project. Literature studies are used by searching for material through books, the Internet, and journals related to this research. We are designing an information system for entering and leaving work permits (sikasja) to streamline activities in the work environment. So that research results can be utilized by agencies as a primary reference for solving existing problems. As a step of adaptation and use of technology in the current era of digitalization.
