Abstract

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems, that every Hospital is required to organize SIMRS. SIMRS regulation aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and hospital access and services. RSIA Gizar will start implementing SIMRS in 2021, but the current system is still not optimal because patient registration is still done directly at the hospital, cannot be done online, which makes patient registration services slow. The method of data collection used in the preparation of this Final Project is the method of observation, interviews, literature study and the software development model using the waterfall method. So that the Design of an Outpatient Patient Registration Information System uses the waterfall method. At RSIA Gizar, it was made aiming to make it easier for patients to register online through a mobile-based application and also to make it easier for admin staff to register patients, manage medical record data and in making patient registration reports so that more effective and efficient..

Abstract

The official report and certificates of receipt of b3 waste are a single document that must be issued by the waste transporter and collector to be submitted to the waste generating party, when the transporter has transported and placed the waste at a temporary b3 waste collection site. PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as a transporting party as well as a temporary b3 waste collection site, is required to issue an official report and certificate and hand them over to the party producing the waste. The purpose of making an official report and certificate of B3 waste is to find out that the waste has been received and placed in a temporary B3 waste collection site according to the permits owned, and as a condition for completing company documents as really needed when the company comes for an audit. The method of collecting data in the preparation of the Final Project is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. With the creation of an information system for official reports and certification of acceptance of b3 waste, PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as the transporting party and as a temporary waste collection site, can issue these documents to the waste generator quickly, precisely and accurately and can save costs in the document delivery process. You can also store these documents safely and neatly in the system.

Abstract

Memasuki Revolusi industri 4.0 perkembangan teknologi dan informasi terjadi begitu cepat. Dampak pada era revolusi industri 4.0 ini tentu sengat besar di dunia industri dan juga perilaku di masyarakat. Dalam hal ini Departemen Quality Assurance di PT Menara Terus Makmur memiliki berbagai jenis alat ukur yang harus dilakukan pengecekan atau kalibrasi dengan skala jangka waktu (frekuensi) yang berbeda beda dan dilakukan secara manual. Mengembangkan sistem yang ada di perusahaan dengan digitalisasi menggunakan metode waterfall dan mendigitalisasi manajemen alat ukur. Dengan membuat web untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam melakukan penyimpanan data dan kalibrasi alat ukur, dan juga merubah data pengecekan yang semula dicetak dan diinput dikertas, akan dirubah kebentuk tampilan web yang dapat diakses dengan smartphone ataupun tablet yang mudah dibawa ke lapangan atau tempat produksi. Web ini pun dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sehingga karyawan dapat melaksanakan pekerjaanya dengan lebih efisien dalam hal data maupun waktu, dan web ini dapat mendorong terciptanya paperless di lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Diera globalisasi saat ini, teknologi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kemajuan informasi, terutama di dunia pendidikan. Perpustakaan di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah membutuhkan sistem yang dapat menunjang administrasi dan memberikan pelayanan yang efektif kepada siswa. Saat ini, sistem perpustakaan di sekolah tersebut masih manual, dengan pencatatan menggunakan buku besar untuk data peminjaman, pengembalian, data buku, serta laporan mingguan dan bulanan. Metode manual ini kurang efektif karena jumlah data transaksi yang semakin banyak, sehingga menyulitkan pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penulis merancang Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan langsung di perpustakaan, wawancara dengan Ibu Nuryati,SE selaku Unit Tata Usaha Perpustakaan, serta studi pustaka dari buku, jurnal, internet, dan laporan terkait perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem perpustakaan di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah masih menggunakan sistem yang manual. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan dan pelayanan kepada siswa, yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah administrasi manual yang ada.

Abstract

The existing system at Sukasari Village Office is manual, starting from the collection of population information to archiving other data related to government service processes and report generation. Therefore, recording errors and inaccurate reports may occur during the process, and it takes too long to find the required data. This system design is the right solution to solve the problems in this village government. The research methods used are data collection methods, namely observation and interviews, software development methods, namely Needs Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, and literature study methods. Research shows that services to the community are less than optimal because the system has not been computerised. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based administrative service information system as a solution to the problems of the Sukasari village office. The results of the research are the design of the web-based Sukasari Village administration service information system.  Keywords  : Design; Information; Systems Services; Village; Administration.
