Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan knowledge sharing terhadap prestasi belajar. Budaya organisasi adalah persepsi umum yang dimiliki oleh anggota organisasi (Robbins, 2005). Knowledge sharing adalah tindakan dimana karyawan menyebarkan informasi yang relevan didalam organisasi (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). Prestasi belajar merupakan hasil-hasil belajar yang dicapai mahasiswa dengan kriteria tertentu (Nana Sudjana dalam Ariwibowo, 2012). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menemukan : (1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi belajar, (2) pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap prestasi belajar, (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi dan knowledge sharing secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode correlational research. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi belajar, (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif knowledge sharing terhadap prestasi belajar, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi dan knowledge sharing secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Bisnis online telah menjadi bagian dari kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat Indonesia. Hanya dengan bermodal perangkat gadget, siapaun bisa berbisnis online, tanpa perlu tempat seperti toko yang memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Kami mengadakan pelatihan bisnis online kepada anak anak Yayasan Rumah Harapan Karawang. Ada 20 peserta didik yang terlibat dalam pelatihan bisnis online. Kami menyediakan laptop, modul dan wifi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Pelatihan diadakan selama dua hari. Tujuannya untuk memperkenalkan dunia bisnis online kepada para peserta didik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berdampak positif untuk anak anak di Yayasan Rumah Harapan, mereka memiliki skill membuat akun email, akun media sosial dan pengetahuan tentang bisnis online, sehingga bisa menjadi bekal hidup mereka dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a forum for college students or alumni to work and practice the knowledge learned in college. However, in practice, many students have not yet entered into entrepreneurship. Why this happens, the writer tries to find the answer by surveying student respondents to find out their obstacles when talking about entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to determine the points that become obstacles for students to start entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method and using a purposive sampling technique, where the authors randomly distribute questionnaires to respondents from among active students totaling 120 people. The survey period was conducted for one month in the period April 2021. Of the 120 questionnaires distributed, all of them were returned and filled in by respondents. The result was that the survey statement regarding capital was chosen by the majority of respondents as many as 49 respondents as the variable that most inhibited students' interest in starting entrepreneurship and the lowest variable was the variable prohibited by parents which was only chosen by 5 student respondents.

Abstract

In the world of business, especially for service businesses, there are many strategies to make a business successful. In addition to a reliable marketing strategy, a business also needs excellent service so that it can make consumers comfortable and happy. Each company will compete to provide the best service for its customers which makes customers satisfied so that it can improve other aspects such as sales, profit. In this study the authors analyzed aspects of the web service service available at PT Tratana, namely by analyzing the excellent service system to consumers with Using the Webqual4 model and data processing with the Pls-Sem method from the results of this study it is expected to know the extent to which the effectiveness and satisfaction of consumers after buying the products they buy from the analysis results obtained by many variables that are not significant to customer satisfaction..

Abstract

Quality control on reject products at PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in Bekasi is quite good, because it is in accordance with the theory of quality control, at least reject products can be minimized. Documents that are available are functioning properly by HR and the functions of the relevant division are still not maximal in carrying out their duties and authority in quality control in reject products. There are still obstacles. Machine factors that cause the production of goods with reject short material, incomplete documents that hamper the production process goods, as well as unintentional errors in data recording and processing, the solutions that have been made by PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in overcoming these obstacles is as follows: Provide guidance on the types of raw materials to users so that users understand the types of raw materials needed and separate the place of raw materials by type, Make a different identity or lot card for each type of raw material production , from the identity color or lot card and the place where the identity or lot card is separated each type, Solution to overcome unintentional errors in the production process of goods so that the product is rejected because of several factors including creating work instructions and installing them on each table or production machine and giving directives to all machine users to follow the standards of the machine production process procedures.

Abstract

The background of this research about the effect organizational culture and leadership roles through knowledge sharing. Organizational culture is a common perception held by organization’s members (Robbins, 2005). Leadership roles are classified into eight types; monitor, coordinator, director, producer, innovator, broker, facilitator and mentor roles (Yang, 2007). Knowledge sharing as the action in which employees diffuse relevant information to others across the organization (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). The objectives of this research was to find out : (1) the influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) the  influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) the influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing. This research uses survey method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is conducted in PT. Pupuk Kujang, with respondent amount 130 personnel of employees. In this study, all variables were analysis with Multiple Regression. The results shows these following result : (1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) there is a significant influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) there is a significant influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This paper investigates on student perception of characteristics lecturers. The lecture is one of the oldest and, maybe still, the most widely used teaching method in tertiary educational institutions. It has been a primary component in the teaching and learning programmes of Universities since the very early days of university education (Bligh, McKeachie in Marmah 2014). Perception is a process whereby individuals organize and interpret their impression of sensory impression to give meaning to their environment (Robbins and Judge, 2009). The character is understood as the level of power in which the individual is able to handle the condition (Koesoema in Manalu 2014). The research method used descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in this study by questionnaire. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique. This research is conducted in BSI Cibitung with respondent amount 49 personnel of student. The objectives of this research was to find out student perception of lecturers characteristics.

Abstract

Abstrak: Citra MJ merupakan perusahaan yang mempunyai suatu usaha penjualan berupa pakaian. Dimana Citra MJ dalam proses usahanya masih terkendala dalam hal pengelolaan data. Selain itu sistem pembayaran transaksi yang dilakukan oleh kasir masih bersifat manual sehingga menyebabkan banyak waktu yang terbuang. Sistem yang masih manual dalam pengelolaan data menyebabkan kasir kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari data produk, data pelanggan maupun data transaksi. Karena itu untuk mempermudah hal tersebut toko Citra MJ membuat pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan administrasi sistem kasir, Toko Citra MJ memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi salah satunya penggunaan teknologi komputer dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi program kasir untuk toko Citra MJ. Tujuan dari perancangan program ini adalah membantu kegiatan kasir dalam hal pengolahan data seperti pengolahan data produk, data pegawai, data transaksi, data pelanggan serta pembuatan laporan di toko MJ. Aplikasi program ini sementara ini di peruntukkan untuk kasir saja ke depannya tidak menutup kemungkinan mengembangkan menjadi aplikasi yang berbasis web. Sistem kasir ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang mana metode ini dilakukan secara berurut mulai dari analisa, rancangan, pengkodean, pengujian sampai implementasi. Dalam perancangan program kasir di toko MJ bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah java, database xampp dengan software pendukung adalah NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan melihat dari hasil pengujian yang menggunakan metode kuisioner diperoleh tngkat kepuasaan pengguna aplikasi program kasir sebesar 82,12 %, hal ini berarti bahwa pengguna sangat puas dengan aplikasi program kasir. Where Citra Mj in its business process is still constrained in terms of data management. In addition, the payment system for transactions carried out by the cashier is still manual, causing a lot of wasted time. The system that is still manual in data management causes cashiers to have difficulty and takes a long time in finding product data, customer data and transaction data. Therefore, to make this easier, the Citra Mj store makes data processing and makes administrative reports for the cashier system, the Citra Mj store utilizes One of the uses of technology is the use of computer technology by designing a cashier program application for the Citra MJ store. The purpose of this program design is to assist cashier activities in terms of data processing such as product data processing, employee data, transaction data, customer data and report generation. This program application is currently intended for cashiers only, in the future it is possible to develop it into a web-based application. This cashier system uses the waterfall method, where this method is carried out sequentially starting from analysis, design, coding, testing to implementation. In designing the cashier program at the Mj store the programming language used is java, the xampp database with supporting software is NetBeans IDE 8.1. By looking at the test results using the questionnaire method, the level of user satisfaction of the cashier program application is 82.12%, this means that the user is very satisfied with the cashier program application. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the desire to shop and consumer decisions. And for the focus of this research is how usability and convenience variables that directly affect the desire to buy and consumer buying decisions. In online purchases, the population is all consumers who have ever shopped online, therefore in the study the number of populations is large and the number is not known precisely, so the researcher decided to make a sampling using random sampling method which is part of the quota sampling technique using respondents aged over 19 years and resides in the Jakarta area. The sample taken amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that usability and convenience have a significant and significant effect on consumer spending. Usefulness of use is a variable that has a contribution and influence on the decision to spend. While the desire to buy has a significant and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy. So that the usability factor of a better way and the convenience of the shopping system directly affect consumer decisions.
