Abstract

Abstract – This research was carried out to fulfill the curiosity about how the influence of training and competence in influencing teacher performance, especially during PJJ (Distance Learning) which took place at Gunung N 32, Jakarta. Using quantitative research methods in its implementation, as well as the population and samples were taken using a saturated sample purposive sampling technique involving 33 teachers as respondents, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study partially show the effect of the training variable having the original sample value of 0.368 so that it is declared to have a positive and significant effect and the competence that has the original sample value of 0.546 which can also be declared positive and significant on the teacher's performance during PJJ with a coefficient of determination of 0.605 or 60, 5% and 39.5% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is quantitative in nature which aims to determine how profitability, leverage, stock trading volume, and interest rates affect stock prices. Companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX in 2020-2022 were used as samples in this study. Purposive sampling was used to determine sample selection and 38 companies were used as research samples. Panel data regression analysis using the E-Views 12 program and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was used in testing the hypothesis of this study. The test findings show that (1) there is no effect of profitability on stock prices, (2) there is an effect of leverage on stock prices, (3) there is no effect of stock trading volume on stock prices, and (4) there is no effect of interest rates on stock prices. Abstract

Pesantren is a traditional educational institution rooted in Islam, which focuses on the study and application of Islamic religious practices as the core of its education. As times evolve, Islamic boarding schools must develop innovation by integrating the general education curriculum into the Islamic boarding school curriculum. The aim is that the students not only have religious knowledge, but also gain general knowledge to compete with graduates from different educational backgrounds. This applies both in the context of everyday life and in the academic realm. Eco enzyme or environmentally friendly enzyme is made from residue or household waste such as vegetable waste, fruit peels and other household waste. This enzyme has commercial value if processed with the right knowledge. Therefore, the main aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and provide training on eco enzyme processing to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of Islamic boarding school members. This community service also has a questionnaire and provides positive feedback for Al Misbah boarding school students. The results of this activity are a real contribution in making independent and empowering Islamic boarding school students through the implementation of ecoenzymes by producing soap products

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the use of electronic payment systems. In this study, active students of the Management study program of the Veteran National Development University of Jakarta in the 2023 academic year were used as the population and a sample of 100 respondents was taken using random sampling techniques. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through google forms. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that financial literacy has an effect on the use of electronic payment systems and financial attitudes have an effect on the use of electronic payment systems. Abstract

The problem faced by women in Limo, Depok is limited access to economic opportunities and specific skills for business development. This program aims to empower women through training and mentoring in ecoprint batik techniques, enabling them to establish self-sustaining, environmentally friendly creative businesses. The methodology includes outreach, intensive training, business management mentoring, and evaluation of results. Conducted over three sessions in June 2024, participants were taught technical Ecoprint skills and received business management guidance. Results show significant improvements in technical skills and business understanding, increasing participants' confidence in running independent businesses. The program has had a positive impact on the local economy and empowered participants for the long term. It is recommended that the program be expanded to include advanced training and broader collaboration to support the sustainability of participants' businesses

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektivitasan penerapan whistleblowing system dalam pemenuhan nilai-nilai dasar Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Republik Indonesia serta mengetahui tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana dan auditor BPK RI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada saat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi kepada informan kunci serta informan pendukung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan sudah melakukan upaya yang cukup baik dalam meningkatkan keeftivitasan whistleblowing system dengan berbagai macam cara serta sudah dengan giat mengupayakan agar tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana BPK menurun. Whistleblowing system yang dibangun oleh BPK sejak tahun 2012-2013 merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya implementasi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan integritas pada Badan pemeriksa Keuangan. Penerapan whistleblowing system di BPK sudah terlaksanakan dengan baik namun belum optimal antaranya dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga di whistleblowing itu tersendiri dan masih ada keenganan pegawai BPK untuk melakukan pengaduan melalui whistleblowing system. Oleh karena itu BPK masih dapat melakukan peningkatan secara kualitas terhadap whistleblowing system yang sudah dimiliki.

Abstract

The objective of this community service initiative is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the risk management strategies employed by Coze Coffee Shop, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating within the coffee shop sector in Indonesia. The primary objective of this study is to identify, evaluate, and formulate risk mitigation strategies that can enhance business sustainability. The approach employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including interviews and direct observation. The findings of the study suggest that Coze Coffee Shop is confronted with a multitude of operational, market, financial, and human resource risks. Mitigation measures that have been implemented include product innovation, service improvement, the use of social media for marketing, and more efficient cash flow management. The results of this community service provide recommendations for improving risk management that is more adaptive and responsive to dynamic market changes, as well as the importance of strengthening human resource capacity to address the challenges of the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry. It is hypothesized that the results of this community service will contribute to the development of effective risk management strategies for MSMEs in the coffee shop sector and have a positive impact on their business sustainability amid intense competition. Pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko yang dihadapi oleh Coze Coffee Shop, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di sektor kedai kopi di Indonesia. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko yang dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Coze Coffee Shop menghadapi berbagai risiko operasional, pasar, keuangan, dan sumber daya manusia. Beberapa langkah mitigasi yang telah diterapkan meliputi inovasi produk, perbaikan layanan, penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran, serta pengelolaan arus kas yang lebih efisien. Hasil PKM ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar yang dinamis, serta pentingnya penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia untuk menghadapi tantangan industri kedai kopi yang semakin kompetitif. Hasil PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen risiko yang efektif bagi UMKM di sektor kedai kopi, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis mereka di tengah persaingan yang ketat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning, tunnelling incentive, debt covenant, and intangible asset on the decision on transfer pricing in mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2019. This research uses quantitative research methods with secondary data from company financial and annual reports. The hypothesis testing used is panel data with random effect model. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that tax planning, debt covenant, and intangible asset has no effect on the decision on the transfer pricing. This indicates that the amount of the effective tax rate, the interest ratio, and the sale of intangible asset do not affect the company’s decision on transfer pricing. Meanwhile, tunnelling incentive has positive effect on the decision on the transfer pricing, which indicates that the amount of the tunnelling incentive activities affect the company’s decision on transfer pricing.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that affect the capital structure of food and beverage sub-sector companies and transportation services sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2022 period. The study also examines the comparison of the capital structure of food and beverage companies with transportation services during the 2020-2022 period. Sample determination technique using the purposive sampling method, the selection of samples from 25 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector resulted in 15 companies being accepted. Then from 36 companies in the Transportation Services sub-sector, 15 companies were accepted. Data analysis was carried out using Microsoft excel, Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and differential test using Indpendent sample t-test with SPSS 23 program with a significance level of 5%. The test results were obtained that the profitability variable had a negative effect on the capital structure of the food and beverage company and transportation services. Next, the sales growth variable has no effect on the capital structure of food and beverage companies and transportation services. For food and beverage companies, the size of the company has no influence on the capital structure. However, unlike transportation service companies, the company size variable has a positive influence on the capital structure. The results of the study also show that there is a significant difference in capital structure between food and beverage companies and transportation services. Abstract

Kesadaran menabung dan berinvestasi syariah secara syariah merupakan fondasi penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan keluarga dan pendidikan anak. Namun literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan wali murid dan guru RA masih rendah, sehingga diperlukan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai perencanaan keuangan yang halal dan sesuai nilai Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman guru serta wali murid RA Permata Tangerang Selatan tentang pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai keuangan sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-test, penyajian materi secara interaktif, diskusi, simulasi praktik, dan post-test. Edukasi dirancang dengan pendekatan partisipatif, menyenangkan, dan kontekstual agar mudah dipahami oleh peserta yang sebagian besar berlatar belakang non-keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep menabung dan investasi syariah, yang tercermin dari peningkatan skor pada post-test dibandingkan pre-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dapat membentuk dasar literasi keuangan syariah di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, sekaligus mendorong peran keluarga dalam mendampingi anak mengelola keuangan secara Islami. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun kesadaran finansial yang halal dan berkelanjutan di masyarakat.
