Abstract

Germas, or Movement for a Healthy Living Society, dealing with health problems is still a serious challenge in Indonesia. The transformation of an increasingly modern society's lifestyle into one of Germas' basic principles for reproductive health is of paramount importance, especially for adolescents. The purpose of this activity is to successfully promote the Germas which has been promoted by the government, especially to teenage princesses. The target of this devotional activity is a teenage daughter of 100 people in MAN 4 Kediri. The method of activity is in the form of morning exercises together and the administration of blood supplement tablets to teenage daughters. As for the results achieved in this activity, teenagers 100 % follow the morning exercise together and 2 teenage girls initially do not want to take blood supplements tablets, but in the end, 100 % of teenagers drink blood tablets. Morning gymnastics and blood supplementation pills are some of the gifts that are given to the young girls' community to maintain reproductive health in teenage girls so that they can support the optimization of the health of teenage daughters in Indonesia.

Abstract

There's a delay in reaching the pregnant mother K1 causing the information or data of pregnant mothers to disappear. Cadets as the length of the hand of the maid are enabled to perform screening filling of the Pudji Rohyati Score Card (KSPR). This dedication activity is carried out using mother and child health monitoring material Through health of both mother and child Care Network which discusses early detection of high-risk pregnancies and how to fill KSPR. Used media are power point, laptop, mic, KSPR and LCD. The event was held in the village hall of Gadungan UPTD Working Area Puskesmas Wates Kediri District on March 4-6 2024. The target of the activity is the target of 15 people. The level of knowledge and ability of cadres in carrying out KSPR filling on most post test results there was an increase of 46.5% from the category enough to be good after given socialization and simulation of 88.5%. Achievement of the purpose is the success of the implementation of devotional activities. The cross-sectoral and cross-programmatic cooperation between cadres, midwives and Puskesmas Wates is very supportive in efforts to detect high-risk pregnancies early in order to maintain mother and child health.

Abstract

Natural disasters can disrupt and threaten environmental damage, property loss, and psychosocial impacts on disaster victims. Unpreparedness for community mitigation and psychosocial imbalance affect their physical condition, environment, emotional development and behavior in their survival. The purpose of this service is to provide education on psychosocial and spiritual support in disaster-prone areas and disaster mitigation. This service activity is carried out using psychosocial and spiritual support materials. The media used are kit materials, power points, laptops, mics, and LCDs. This activity was carried out at the Sempu village hall in the working area of ​​the Ngncar Health Center UPTD, Kediri Regency on October 14 - November 02, 2024. The target of the activity is the Village Head, Village Midwife and 33 village cadres. The level of knowledge and ability of participants in understanding educational materials in the post-test results mostly increased to 60.6% from the good category which was originally 0%. Achievement of the objectives is the success of the implementation of community service activities. Cross-sector and cross-program collaboration between education, village heads, midwives and cadres greatly supports efforts to improve the quality of community resources related to disaster management before, during and after disasters as well as handling psychosocial and spiritual imbalances due to the impact of disasters.

Abstract

Pregnant women with high risk can experience complications in labor, as a condition that can threaten the mother's life during the birth process. This emergency must be handled immediately, because if it is slow in handling it can result in maternal death. The purpose of this research was to determine the description of the incidence of labor complications in pregnant women with high risk at the Dukun Gresik Public Health Center. This research design is descriptive to describe the events that occur with a retrospective cohort approach, with a single variable or independent variable, namely the incidence of labor complications in pregnant women. The research was conducted at the Dukun Gresik Public Health Center, Population All mothers giving birth with a history of high risk whose data was recorded at the Dukun Gresik Public Health Center, 1 year data of 178 mothers. total sampling technique obtained a sample of 178 respondents. Data was taken on January 13-17, 2025 with medical record instruments. Using frequency and percentage distribution. Based on the results of the research from a total of 178 respondents, it was found that most respondents, 91 respondents (51.1%) did not experience complications and almost half of the respondents, 87 respondents (48.9%) experienced complications. The type of labor complications, the most were 28 respondents (15.7%) prolonged labor, then complications of premature rupture of membranes 26 respondents (14.6%). And the lowest complications were 2 respondents (1.1%) complications of infection. Prolonged labor is the most significant complication in the delivery process.
