Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Profesional guru dan motivasi orang tua dalam Pembelajaran Aswaja di MA Siswa Kelas XI IAI MA Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa. Teknik atau metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dan jenis pendekatan yang peneliti gunakan melalaui penedekatan Studi Kasus, deduktif dan indiktif dalam menganalisa data yang telah diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan analisa kualitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah (sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trianggulasi (gabungan), analisa data bersifat induktif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Temuan hasil penelitian di lapangan masih adanya guru yang tidak profesional tetapi masih memegang jam mengajar, namun dengan berbagai pertimbangan masih tetap di pertahankan karena guru tersebut sudah sarjana, dan mengampu pelajaran yang tidak diujikan dalam Ujian Nasional, seperti pelajaran Aswaja. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa profesional guru dan motivasi orang tua mampu meningkankan hasil belajar pembelajaran Aswaja. Dengan kata lain amaliyah Aswaja peserta didik menjadi lebih baik karena adanaya profesional guru dan motivasi orang tua. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data dokumentasi dan hasil wawancara peneliti, sebagaimana data terlampir pada lembar lampiran. Kata Kunci: Profesional Guru, Motivasi Orang Tua, Pembelajaran Aswaja

Abstract

In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic Education materials in developing students' tolerant and integrative attitudes. The research method employs a qualitative approach with library research that analyzes relevant literature from the 2021-2025 period. The research findings indicate that Islamic Education materials have comprehensive dimensions in forming students' tolerant character through the concept of tasamuh and universal Islamic values. The implementation of religious moderation in Islamic Education learning proves effective in developing balanced and inclusive religious attitudes. The development of integrative attitudes occurs systematically through the internalization of contextual Islamic values. Factors influencing the success of implementation include teacher competence, institutional support, student characteristics, and socio-cultural context. This research recommends curriculum reform, teacher competence enhancement, and strengthening the synergy of educational tri-centers to optimize the contribution of Islamic Education materials in forming students' tolerant and integrative character sustainably.

Abstract

Pendampingan, pemberdayaan dan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai upaya agar siswa-siswa madrasah memiliki kemampuan manajemen riset sebagai penguatan riset siswa pada madrasah, memberikan dukungan penuh pada terwujudnya madrasah riset di Kota Balikpapan. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pendampingan yang berbentuk Partisipasi acrtion research (PAR), kolaborasi guru dan dosen dalam pendampingan riset pada siswa madarsah. Tempat kegiatan berada di Kota Balikpapan. Peserta berjumlah 45 siswa MTSN 1 dan MAN Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa siswa madrasah MTs N 1 dan MAN Balikpapan memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen riset, yakni kemampuan dalam membuat perencanaan, pengorganisasian atau pembentukan tim, pelaksanaan dan juga evaluasi atau membuat laporan hasil penelitian. Melalui pendampingan siswa mampu melakukan kegiatan riset sesuai dengan langkah-langkah dan jenis riset yang didapatkan pada kegiatan pendampingan.

Abstract

Reward and Punishment is a very important element of management in education. Likewise, Islamic Education. The author will examine these two things in two Islamic boarding schools in East Kalimantan, namely Ibadurrahman in Tenggarong and Al- Mujahidin in Samarinda. This research will use field data with interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The validity of the data will be triangled over the data that has been obtained. The results of this study reveal that the process of granting rewards and punishments in the modern Islamic boarding school Ibadurrahman in giving punishment to students through several processes, starting from the warning in place, called to care until given punishment by the caregivers. The implementation of the punishment has its own officer. While in the Al Mujahidin Islamic boarding school in giving punishment to students starting from the warning, the summons to the security office until given the punishment while the process of providing direct punishment carried out in security based on the specified time.
