Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pelayanan pembersihan, memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada karyawan office boy dan Meningkatkan kemampuan cleaning service bagi karyawan office boy STP Mataram dalam memberikan pelayanan. Setelah pelatihan berlangsung diharapkan karyawan office boy STP Mataram memiliki kemampuan penguasaan cleaning service yang memadai, terutama dalam skill yang dilatihkan. Kemampuan ini diharapkan akan menunjang pencapaian tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya karyawan office boy STP Mataram. Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung selam tiga bulan. Lama waktu yang dibutuhkan ini terkait dengan alokasi waktu yang dimiliki karyawan office boy STP Mataram mengingat kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan tidak mengganggu kegiatan lainnya. Peserta berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan office boy STP Mataram. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Kegiatan ini disambut positif oleh karyawan office boy sebagai peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini. Secara umum kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar dengan tingkat kehadiran peserta 100%. Ketercapaian target materi pelatihan sangat baik karena materi pelatihan telah disampaikan secara keseluruhan, kemampuan peserta dilihat dari penguasaan materi cukup baik. Hal ini diakibatkan waktu pelatihan yang mencukupi dalam menyampaikan materi dan praktek langsung. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan tersebut, pelatihan ini secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan berhasil/sukses

Abstract

This study examines the human resource management (HR) strategy in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as they confront the global market via innovation and digital technology. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing an in-depth interview approach and case studies on numerous MSMEs that integrate digital technology into their HR management and product marketing processes. The study results show that MSMEs implementing digital technology in HR management have experienced increased operational efficiency, especially in employee data management, attendance, and payroll. However, the main challenges faced are the low digital skills of most employees and the high cost of implementing technology. In addition, the role of technology-savvy leadership is crucial in the success of the transition to a digital system. Using digital technology in marketing and product innovation also enables MSMEs to expand their market reach, including the global market. The results of this study show that the use of digital technology in human resources management and marketing is the most important factor for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness and survive in the global market

Abstract

This research examines the role of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) in tourism development, focusing on Impos Beach in Medana Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. The study highlights the Pokdarwis Sejahtera as an informal institution formed by community members, playing a significant role in promoting Tourism Awareness and Sapta Pesona. The research aims to answer two key questions: (1) What is the role of Pokdarwis in tourism development at Impos Beach? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for Pokdarwis in tourism development at Impos Beach? Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study reveals that Pokdarwis Sejahtera serves as a government partner in tourism development, encourages community engagement and hospitality, and promotes Sapta Pesona. Supporting factors include community collaboration, equitable distribution of benefits, and willingness to work with Pokdarwis, while inhibiting factors involve limited capital, social jealousy, inadequate human resources, and tourists' low awareness of cleanliness
