Abstract

This study examines the effects of the market anomaly on Indonesia's LQ45 companies' stock returns. This research uses descriptive and comparative methods with a quantitative approach. Data processing and analysis techniques include quantitative analysis in multiple linear regression analysis without interception (through multiple regression). The variables used in this study are dummy variables. The dependent variable of this study is daily stock returns. The results showed that The Day of The Week Effect affected stock returns. The Week Four Effect variable shows that the lowest return (negative) on Monday in LQ45 is not concentrated on Monday the last two weeks of each month. The Monday Effect variable indicates that it is not only negative Friday returns that drive negative Monday returns. The Rogalsky Effect variable indicates there was no Rogalsky Effect in April.

Abstract

The Research will confirm that the differences between the Islamic Economic System and the Conventional Economic System should generate differences between the sharia market and the conventional market. Conventional Market clearly is influenced by banking interest rate, speculation, and permit gambling, disobedience, and other bussiness that are prohibited by Islamic values. However, Sharia Market should be free from banking interest rates, speculation, and not permit gambling, disobedience, and other bussiness that are prohibited by Islamic values. Through bivariate and multivariate analysis, the research conducted regression, correlation, and determination test to know whether conventional market influence on sharia market. The analysis is based on the investigation of Indonesia Stock Exchange datas from December 2006 to May 2017. In these cases, Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) Composite Index (Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)) and Jakarta Stock Exchange Liquid Index (LQ45) are classified as conventional market. Meanwhile, Sharia Market is represented by Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) dan Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The results show that Conventional Market has a strong and positive correlation with Sharia Market, which indicates that sharia market runs together with conventional market with the same character, in other words sharia market is still influenced mainly by banking interest rate and speculation. The research will observe specifically at the fluctuations of sharia stocks at JII and ISSI compared with the fluctuations of conventional stocks on IHSG and LQ45. The reseach quantitative methods are Least Square Bivariate Analysis dan Multivariate Analysis, serta Pearson product-moment correlation and determination coefficient. The next steps, the research will also accurately investigate the list of issuers on IHSG, LQ45, JII, and ISSI, and compare the specific sharia issuers with non-sharia issuers, so that the classification of IHSG and LQ45 as conventional market is corrected. Based on the results of the analysis of regression, correlation, determination, and investigation of datas, the research will formulate model of effective solution of sharia market stability.

Abstract

The role of government in the development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been proven by the issuance of Financial Accounting Standards for Non Public Accountantless Entities as well as Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs Standard) issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). The application of standards that have been made by the government requires the right mediator. The most higher education institutions (universities) have human resources (HR) that can help the government to transfer the information. This can be done through Community Service which is one of the Tri Darma Program in University. In general problems in business management for micro enterprises are very diverse. The problems that occur include: marketing (marketing), financing, location, security and making simple financial statements for their entity. Training of financial statement preparation is an offer to answer the problem. The number of micro enterprises in RW 06 area is potential to be assisted by the financial management. Good management requires the support of the business report, in this case is the financial statements. Society needs knowledge to make reporting in accordance with existing standards.

With a population of approximately 5,000 residents, Koleang is the most populated village of its population compared to other villages in the vicinity such as Karundang, Cicanggong, Silongong, Sampalan Kadu, Cisarua and other villages. Traditional food makers, namely Renggining and Dapros, snack-shaped foods are one of the drivers of the economy for most of the Koleang people. Abstract

Abstract

Background – Z Generation is a generation with digital native and multitasking characters who are surrounded by lifestyle trends and technological developments that are constantly changing rapidly, this makes the level of financial literacy and self-control low where saving behavior is necessary as an important aspect of financial life in order to achieve stability of finances and future preparation. Aim – The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control have an influence on the saving behavior of Z Generation South Jakarta. Design/ methodology/ approach – This research approach uses a quantitative approach by obtaining data from distributing questionnaires to 349 respondents which are then processed using data analysis techniques using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with SmartPLS software version 3.2.9 (Partial Least Square). Findings – Based on the results of the study proving that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on saving behavior, these results mean that the higher the financial literacy of Z Generation, the higher their saving behavior will be. Meanwhile, lifestyle and self-control do not have an influence on saving behavior, this can be interpreted that everyone has a different lifestyle and self-control, so whatever the lifestyle and self-control of Z Generation, it does not have an influence on the saving behavior of Generation Z, South Jakarta it can be caused by other factors. Conclusion - Gen Z's lifestyle does not have a significant influence on the savings decisions of individuals in Gen Z. Similar to Gen Z's self control which does not support saving behavior. Research implication – This research adds insight into the factors related to saving behavior, especially financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control of the younger generation. It is necessary to highlight these factors for generation Z in South Jakarta to be able to care more about their finances which will grow and improve behavior in saving for a controlled and peaceful future. Limitations – In this research, the limitation is that the area only took four sub-districts in South Jakarta, including Cilandak sub-district, Jagakarsa sub-district, Kebayoran Lama sub-district, and Pasar Minggu sub-district. In addition, the population and sample focus on Z Generation with the age chosen as a sample of 16-26 years, where future researchers are expected to use a wider number of sub-districts or research in one area and choose a variety of ages to provide even better results and able to provide more extensive information.
