Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan teknik analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur. Populasi sebanyak 184 siswa, sedangkan sampel 72 siswa. Data dihimpun dengan teknik tes dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran 3D lebih tinggi dari pada yang diajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran 2D. (2) Terdapat interaksi antara media pembelajaran dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. (3) Pada siswa yang mempunyai minat belajar tinggi, hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran 3D lebih tinggi dari yang diajar dengan media pembelajaran 2D. (4) Pada siswa yang mempunyai minat belajar rendah, hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan media 2D lebih tinggi dari pada yang diajar dengan menggunakan media 3D.

Abstract

Abstracta.common problem in this study is the relationship of parenting. Parents with the social independence of children aged 4-5 years in the islamic district of the river district.This metlod in the research is de criptive method with gulitative reseach form.the subjects in this study were so student parents in islamic pope sungai raya.Data collection technigues are direct communication technigues and direct observasion.With data collection tools namely interview sheets,observation quidelines,and field notes.the data obtained is then processed and presented in the de sciption of the word throught three stages summarizing or colelleting data, then the data is presented and them dran conclusions.the resullts of interview and observation made show that efforts are being made to improve parenting parents inincreasing the social independence off 4-5 year olds by understandy, interraccting and staying in control, developing potensial, encouraging with skils.Learning patterns of rach student, carry out activities while playing to bring creativity, indepence and critical abiling,focus chidren’s attention, recognize the type and abiliting of children and establis a conducive relation shipbet wan. His ekpectied that as parents,they should continualy reflect activitas in improving and finding ways or innovations so that children can be independent in relation to their abilities. Keywords: Parenting will be the key to growing the child to self reliance.

Abstract

Learning vocabulary is an essential part of language development, as it helps students improve their communication and comprehension skills. Teachers play a key role in this process by using effective methods to teach new words in ways that are engaging and meaningful. Games such as Snakes and Ladders  is one of  tools  for teaching vocabulary, creating enjoyable learning experiences that enhance students' understanding and retention of new words. The study aims to explore whether this game-based learning approach can help students learn and remember new vocabulary more effectively. The research seeks to provide valuable insights into the role of interactive games in making vocabulary learning more enjoyable and impactful. This study uses an experimental design to investigate the effect of the Snakes and Ladders game on students’ vocabulary mastery. A sample  is divided into an experimental group, using the game, and a control group, following traditional methods. Both groups complete a pre-test and post-test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and a T-test to compare the scores, determining whether the game significantly improves vocabulary mastery. The results show a significant improvement in students' vocabulary mastery after using this game. The results revealed an average increase. Statistical analysis using the paired sample T-test confirmed that this improvement was highly significant . These findings highlight the effectiveness of this game as an engaging tool for enhancing students' vocabulary skill. This study demonstrates that this game significantly enhances students' vocabulary mastery. Keywords: The Effect, Snack and Ladder Game, Vocabulary Mastery
