Abstract

Novel “Salah Pilih” karya Nur Sutan Iskandar mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai budaya meliputi wujud kebudayaan sebagai suatu kompleks dari ide-ide, gagasan, nilai-nilai, norma-norma, peraturan, dan wujud kebudayaan sebagai suatu kompleks aktivitas kelakuan berpola dari manusia dalam masyarakat serta wujud kebudayaan sebagai benda-benda hasil karya manusia.Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode yang bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah sekarang, mengklasifikasikan hasil penelitian serta mendeskripsikan data penelitian secara objektif pada novel “Salah Pilih” karya Nur Sutan Iskandar.Berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil analisis yang dilakukan terhadap novel “Salah Pilih” Karya Nur Sutan Iskandar dapat ditarik kesimpulan antara lain : (1) nilai budaya dengan wujud kebudayaan sebagai suatu kompleks dari ide-ide, gagasan, nilai-nilai, norma-norma, peraturan dijelaskan dalam novel ini bahwa dalam adat Suku Minangkabau ketika perempuan dan laki-laki sesuku maka tidak diizinkan untuk menikah dengan keadaan apapun. (2) Nilai budaya dengan wujud kebudayaan sebagai suatu kompleks aktivitas kelakuan berpola dari manusia dalam masyarakat pada novel dijelaskan bahwa dalam adat budaya Minangkabau jika seorang laki-laki hendak naik ke rumah saudaranya atau kemenakannya yang perempuan, sebelum naik tangga ia harus batuk-batuk dahulu. Atau ia berdiri di halaman sebentar, sambil berkata kuat-kuat, sekadar terdengar ke atas rumah. (3) Nilai budaya dengan wujud kebudayaan sebagai benda-benda hasil karya manusia pada novel ini pada adat Minangkabau terdapat beberapa budaya berupa benda seperti bakul sirih. Bakul sirih adalah benda yang terbuat dari anyaman bamboo yang digunakan untuk tempat sirih berbentuk seperti kotak.

Abstract

Motivating students to be able to write a text message properly, the necessary technical and stimulus to steer students toward teaching materials that will be applied. Then in order to achieve students' skills in writing news text educators should further enhance their creativity in teaching. While problems in the lift in this study that is how the level of students' skills in writing news texts ranging from mastering the contents of the topic, the use of diction, EYD, sentences are good and right and use the elements - elements of stories that cover the 5W + 1H. To achieve the research objectives and facilitate researchers to carry out research, the researchers applied quantitative descriptive method, this method is related to the way researchers to describe clearly and in detail with the percentage of students writing ability level text. While data collection techniques with techniques that assignment. The population in this research were 240 students and that the research sample was set at 40 students. Then the sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The results showed that students' skills in writing news text is 69.75%, the value being included in the criteria. While the value - average based on each indicator set is as follows: the average score based on indicators appropriateness of the contents to the topic is 66.87% it is included in the medium category, the average value is based on indicators of the completeness of the news that includes 5W + 1H which is 87.5% which is included in the excellent category, the average value is based on indicators of the use of diction reached 76.87%, it can be categorized in either criteria, the average value is based on indicators of good use of the phrase correctly ie 64.37%, this being included in the criteria, the average value is based on indicators of the use of the enhanced spelling is 55%, so included in the criteria for less.

Abstract

This study was aimed to know and to describe the intrinsic elements of theme, plot, figure/character, setting, point of view, stylistic and message. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method. The data was taken from a novel entitled “Bunda, Aku Kembali” written by Mohammad Zaenudin, published by Republika, Jakarta 2008, consisted of 296 pages, consisted of 9 parts. The data analysis done in this study was analyzing the parts of novel in the form of sentences or paragraphs shown in the characteristic of the figures.The result of this study shows that the content of Mohammad Zaenudin’s Bunda, Aku Kembali has some morality values. It can be seen from some utterances shown by the acts of the figures. Therefore, based on the result of this study, this novel can be used as a reference in acts in our daily life.

Abstract

In the communication process there are 4 different but interrelated skills, the components of these language skills are listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Description writing skills need to be instilled in students. Composing in principle is telling about something that exists in the imagination. The story can be written orally or in writing. So to be able to write well, one must have the ability to write. The ability to write can be achieved through the process of learning and practicing. Based on the reality that there is an effect of using image media on the ability to write descriptive essays for class IX students at SMP PGRI 3 Bandar Lampung, there is data on the low ability to write descriptions for class IX students, it can be seen from students' essays that have not been able to create an impression of readers through their writings. Students' essays have not succeeded in bringing the reader as if they really saw the object in front of their eyes. The low writing skill is also caused by the difficulty of students expressing ideas or ideas into writing. The research method used in this research is experimental research. The results of the ANOVA calculation above show that Fcount = 18.78* which is greater than Ftable = 4.08 at a = 0.05 and Fcount at a = 0.01. The obtained value of Fcount = 31.23 which is greater than Ftable = 4.08 at a = 0.05 and Ftable = 7.31 at a = 0.01. This means Ho is rejected. Obtained 9.18 and Ttable = 6.038 for T(0.05) = 6.038 T (0.01) = 2.750 turns To > Ttable . Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is an influence of low learning independence on students who have high learning independence between the application of image media and those who do not apply image media, namely by looking at the results of To = 1.16 < T table = 6.038; Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The problem of analyzing a novel literary work is that the mastery of every reading material must be mastered in depth each verse by verse. This is done to obtain an object of study will be examined in a study of literature. The purpose of the study are to know and analyze the educational values contained in the novel My Love Is A White Hacker by Mahmud Jauhari Ali. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method to analyze the value of education contained in the novel. The principal technique used by the author to collect data is by reading, understanding, and analyzing Mahmud Jauhari Ali's novel, My Love Is A White Hacker. Step analysis of the data by reading the novel carefully, summarizing the content or meaning, re-reading the novel intensively, describe and analyze the values of education and draw conclusions of educational values contained in the novel. The results of the analysis of the educational value data of My Love Is A White Hacker's novel by Mahmud Jauhari Ali, namely the value of social education, such as help, empathy and togetherness, the value of religious education such as gratitude, truth value, moral education value such as honesty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah kemampuan menulis iklan sesuai objek siswa kelas IX Semester Genap SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif mengenai menulis iklan sesuai objek. Sampel berjumlah 30 siswa dari jumlah keseluruhan populasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam indikator Penulisan iklan sederhana mendapatkan hasil yaitu penilaian pada aspek bahasa iklan yang sederhana 63,33% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek tidak terduga 40% dengan predikat kurang, penilaian pada aspek menghibur 66,67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek sesuai dengan isi iklan 66, 67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek menarik 59,67% dengan predikat cukup, penilaian pada aspek bisa diterima 81,67% dengan predikat baik, dan total keseluruhan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis iklan layanan dalam masyarakat yaitu 63,19 dengan predikat cukup

Abstract

Dyslexia in elementary school students is often misunderstood as a general learning difficulty, when in fact it stems from disruptions in the brain's language processing system. Therefore, an in-depth exploration of dyslexia from a psycholinguistic perspective is essential. This research aims to identify, examine and provide solutions for learning approaches according to the psycholinguistic needs of dyslexic children. This study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with planning, conducting, and reporting stages for eight scientific articles indexed by Sinta in the range of 2020-2025. The findings reveal that: (1) dyslexia at the elementary level is characterized by persistent difficulties in reading, writing, and spelling despite normal intellectual abilities; (2) psycholinguistically, the disorder is rooted in deficits in phonological processing, letter recognition, and verbal working memory; and (3) effective interventions include multisensory strategies, explicit phonics instruction, and the use of visual-auditory learning media that support language acquisition. In conclusion, addressing dyslexia requires an integrative approach that simultaneously targets linguistic, neurological, and emotional dimensions.
