Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan unsur terpenting dalam organisasi. DuBrin dkk menjelaskan bahwa sumber daya organisasi dibedakan menjadi empat hal, yaitu: sumber daya finansial, fisik, teknologi dan manusia. Dari keempat sumber daya itu, SDM merupakan sumber daya terpenting karena SDM adalah pelaku sekaligus motor bagi kelangsungan proses organisasi yang meliputi empat sumber daya itu. Ini berarti keempat sumber daya itu tak akan mampu mewujudkan kemajuan dan kesuksesan organisasi jika tidak ada SDM yang mampu dan mau mengelolanya.

Abstract

Constraints and obstacles experienced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in the academic field are not only about the lack of information about the world of work or higher education, but the ability of SMK students in preparing their careers is still relatively low, students do not yet have a clear picture of their abilities, interests, and abilities. their goal. The purpose this a research is to form the career identity of students through career guidance services. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods through Counseling Guidance Actions (PTBK). Data analysis was obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews and observations in this study, there is a significant difference between before and after being given career guidance actions to form career identities for class XII students of SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Thus, students have a change in career identity after being given career guidance services, so it can be concluded that career guidance services can be used to form an identity in students' careers.

Abstract

This research aims to explore learning motivation in terms of classical conditional theory. This research uses literature study. The result of this study is to view that the classical conditional theory sees learning motivation as the formation of habits by associating stronger and weaker stimuli, then the learning process occurs when there is interaction between individuals and the environment, and learning is making changes to individual by causing brain activity (called the unconditioned stimulus) and moving to learn (called the conditioned stimulus).

Abstract

Sudah banyak dilakukan kajian tentang dampak pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemampuan anak dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an. Namun, sampai saat ini belum ada kesimpulan yang jelas dari penelitian-penelitian tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan studi literatur yang menggabungkan informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, dokumen, media cetak dan elektronik, serta buku-buku terkait pengajaran dan sosial masyarakat, sosiologi, dan antropologi untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih lengkap mengenai dampak pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemampuan anak dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an.  Pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kemampuan anak dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Kesimpulan dari studi literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh demokratis yang memberikan dukungan, kebebasan, dan penghargaan pada anak dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Sebaliknya, pola asuh otoriter yang memberikan tekanan dan kekerasan dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada anak dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Pola asuh permisif yang kurang menetapkan aturan dan kendali pada waktu belajar dapat menurunkan motivasi dan kualitas pembelajaran anak. Oleh karena itu, orang tua perlu memperhatikan pola asuh yang diterapkan pada anak agar dapat membantu anak dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the importance of reflecting on and deeply understanding traumatic events in building resilience. Using qualitative methods, this study involved seven respondents aged 18-25 years who experienced traumatic events, with data collection methods in the form of structured interviews and observations. The results showed that resilience plays an important role in helping respondents to recover after experiencing traumatic events, with several factors such as social support, emotional intelligence, gratitude, optimism, self-acceptance, and learning from experience. Some respondents showed positive changes and attitudinal changes that encouraged them to rise and thrive. Social support, especially from family and being able to manage emotions and take lessons from traumatic experiences are key in building resilience. This study can contribute to understanding the processes and factors that support a person in overcoming crisis and trauma and developing psychological resilience.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kesinkronan self talk dan metode tafakur dalam upaya mereduksi kecemasan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literature yakni metode pengumpulan data melalui serangkaian kegiatan dengan membaca, mencatat serta mengolah data pustaka sebagai penelitian. Kecemasan sosial merupakan pikiran negatif akan ketidakpastian yang belum terjadi menjadikan individu mengalami kecemasan berlebihan hingga menimbulkan gejala fisik seperti keringat dingin, sakit kepala hingga menarik diri dari lingkungan. Maka darinya perlu adanya upaya mereduksi kecmasan sosial dengan menggunakan teknik self talk sebagai pendekatan untuk merubah pikiran negatif kepada pemikiran lebih positif. Namun peneliti merasa tidak cukup menggunakan rasional akan tetapi perlu keseimbangan antara rasional dan spiritual agar menciptakan kemandirian individu dalam melakukan problem solving.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the “gawe rapah” tradition in addressing three forms of violence—direct, structural, and cultural—and to explore its contributions to peacemaking, peacekeeping, and peacebuilding within the multicultural context of Mareje Timur Village, Lombok Island. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research utilizes direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using Galtung's conflict resolution theory. The findings reveal that the “gawe rapah” tradition effectively mitigates direct violence through dialogue, addresses structural inequalities by fostering social inclusion, and reduces cultural violence through tolerance education. Additionally, the tradition contributes to maintaining social stability (peacekeeping) and fostering long-term harmony (peacebuilding), including integration into formal education and the utilization of digital technology. This study underscores the relevance of the “gawe rapah” tradition as a conflict resolution mechanism rooted in local wisdom and highlights its potential to serve as an inclusive and sustainable model for conflict resolution in other multicultural contexts. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran tradisi “gawe rapah” dalam mengatasi tiga bentuk kekerasan—langsung, struktural, dan budaya—serta mengeksplorasi kontribusinya pada peacemaking, peacekeeping, dan peacebuilding dalam konteks masyarakat multikultural di Desa Mareje Timur, Pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori resolusi konflik Johan Galtung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi “gawe rapah” efektif dalam meredakan kekerasan langsung melalui dialog, mengatasi ketimpangan struktural dengan menciptakan inklusi sosial, dan mengurangi kekerasan budaya melalui pendidikan toleransi. Tradisi ini juga berkontribusi pada menjaga stabilitas sosial (peacekeeping) dan membangun harmoni jangka panjang (peacebuilding), termasuk melalui integrasi dalam pendidikan formal dan penggunaan teknologi digital. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa tradisi “gawe rapah” tetap relevan sebagai mekanisme resolusi konflik berbasis kearifan lokal dan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi model penyelesaian konflik yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat multikultural lainnya.

Abstract

This study examines the factors contributing to bullying in Indonesian Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and proposes solutions to address the issue. Using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies involving pesantren administrators, teachers, senior and junior students, and parents of Pondok Pesantren As-Sa'idiyyah 2, Jombang. Findings reveal that despite pesantren promoting high moral values, bullying persists in verbal, physical, and emotional forms. Key contributing factors include (1) rigid social hierarchy, (2) inadequate supervision, (3) masculinity-driven culture fostering aggression, (4) lack of education on diversity and empathy, (5) power imbalances between teachers and students, and (6) limited awareness of bullying’s long-term impact. To address this, the study recommends adopting a child-friendly boarding school model that prioritizes students’ psychological and social well-being. Proposed solutions include holistic education on justice, empathy, and diversity, along with clear, consistent anti-bullying policies. Strengthening communication among teachers, administrators, students, and parents is also essential. This study contributes to developing more inclusive and empathetic educational policies to create a bullying-free pesantren environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran filantropi isIam (zakat, infaq, sedekah dan wakaf) dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi makro di Indonesia melalui UMKM. Penulis menjelaskan pentingnya ZISWAF dalam memberdayakan masayarakat kecil khususnya yang berada pada posisi rendah. Dana ZISWAF dapat dialokasikan untuk mendukung dan memberdayakan UMKM berupa memberikan modal usaha serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kapasitas masyarakat mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode literatur atau kajian pustaka yang difokuskan pada analisis dan sintesis karya tulis dan data yang relevan dengan pembahasan penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akselerasi filantropi isIam melalui UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi makro di Indonesia memiliki dampak positif pada kehidupan sosial keagamaan, pemerataan pembangunan, pengentasan kemiskinan, mengurangi angka pengangguran, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jika dikelola dengan maksimal keberadaan ZISWAF akan memberikan dampak positif berupa dorongan yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Maka dari itulah yang harus ditekankan bahwa pemerintah harus memberikan dukungan yang lebih besar dalam memanfaatkan potensi instrumen ZISWAF di Indonesia.

Abstract

IntroductionZakat plays a fundamental role in promoting economic justice and social welfare in Muslim communities. Muhammadiyah, as one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, actively manages zakat through its philanthropic institution. Despite this, zakat compliance remains uneven, prompting the need to understand what drives individuals' intentions to pay zakat within religious organizations.ObjectivesThis study aims to analyze the behavioral intentions to pay zakat among members of the Muhammadiyah organization. It specifically examines how attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control influence the intention to pay zakat, using the Theory of Planned Behavior as the guiding framework.MethodA quantitative approach was employed with a structured online questionnaire distributed to 200 members of Muhammadiyah. The data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares method to assess the relationships between the three behavioral constructs and zakat intention.ResultsThe findings reveal that perceived behavioral control and subjective norms significantly influence the intention to pay zakat among Muhammadiyah members. Perceived behavioral control emerged as the strongest predictor, indicating that the ability and convenience to pay zakat play a critical role. Subjective norms also had a notable positive impact, suggesting that social expectations and religious community influence enhance zakat intention. Contrary to common assumptions, attitude did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention in this context. The model explained 49 percent of the variance in zakat intention, demonstrating a moderate level of predictive power.ImplicationsThese results suggest that increasing zakat compliance in Islamic organizations such as Muhammadiyah requires strategies that enhance accessibility and social reinforcement. Strengthening the influence of religious leaders, promoting collective obligations, and improving ease of payment through institutional services can foster a stronger intention to fulfill zakat.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the literature by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior to a specific religious organizational context. It provides new insights by highlighting that perceived control and normative influence are more decisive than individual attitudes in shaping zakat behavior among committed Muslim communities. This research offers a valuable reference for designing effective zakat campaigns and improving philanthropic engagement in Islamic institutions.
