Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pada masa nifas ibu terjadi pengeluaran ASI, merupakan suatu proses perlepasan hormon oksitosin untuk mengalirkan air susu yang sudah diproduksi melalui saluran dalam payudara. Perawatan payudara merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang harus diperhatikan sebagai persiapan untuk menyusui nantinya, hal ini dikarenakan payudara merupakan organ esensial penghasil ASI pada bayi. Faktor kelancaran ASI selain diberikannya perawatan payudara yang berkembang salah satunya dalam memicu pengeluaran hormon oksitosin yaitu melalui pijat oksitosin yang dilakukan pada ibu masa nifas dan menyusui. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektifitas pijat oksitosin dengan perawatan payudara terhadap kelancaran pengeluaran ASI. Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest yaitu rancangan tanpa kelompok pembanding (kontrol) tetapi sudah dilakukan observasi pertama (Pretest) yang memungkinkan menguji perubahan – perubahan yang terjadi setelah adanya eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu nifas di RB Kasih Murni Kelurahan Batu IX Kota Tanjungpinang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Non Random dengan cara Consecutive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Test. Abstract

Aims: to determine the description of the level of nurse motivation in the inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Method: This study used a descriptive design with a total sampling of 44 nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Data were collected through a nurse motivation questionnaire consisting of 13 statements and analyzed using a frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that 59.09% of nurses experienced low motivation, while 40.91% had high motivation. Demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, education, and length of service, influenced the level of motivation. Discussion: Factors that influence nurse motivation include the work environment, management support, and reward systems. An unsupportive work environment and lack of appreciation from management contributed to this problem. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is an urgent need to improve nurses' motivation at Dabo Regional Hospital through effective managerial strategies. Recommendations for further research are to determine the factors that influence nurses' work stress in adult inpatient wards.

Abstract

Work Stress is a common phenomenon experienced by nurses, especially those working in adult inpatient wards. High workload, physical and emotional demands, and dynamic work environment can affect nurses' well-being and the quality of services provided. Therefore, understanding the level of nurses' Work Stress is very important to find effective solutions in managing stress in the hospital environment. Objective to describe the level of Work Stress experienced by nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital and to identify the classification of Work Stress they experience. This study used a descriptive design with a total sampling of 45 nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Data collection was carried out using the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) questionnaire, which consists of 33 items with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed descriptively to describe the frequency distribution of nurses' Work Stress. The results showed that 53.33% of nurses experienced mild Work Stress, 11.11% of nurses experienced moderate Work Stress, and 35.56% of nurses experienced severe Work Stress. Factors such as coworker support and good management play a role in reducing stress, while high workload and lack of resources contribute to severe stress. Work Stress in nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital varies, with the majority experiencing mild stress, but a significant number of nurses experiencing severe stress.
