Abstract

CV Duta Barito Banjarmasin is a company that was initially engaged in selling raw rattan products and now sells finished products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV Duta Barito Banjarmasin. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, where the sample in this study are employees in the production section, totaling 30 people. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis method was carried out on the results of the questionnaire answers using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The results of the study were from the work discipline variable that affected employee work performance, where discipline was evidence of a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him, so that it would also have a positive impact. against the company. Where from the calculation shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and less than 0.05, which means that work discipline increases, employee performance will also increase with an influence value of 60.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the promotional mix in increasing Honda motorcycle sales at PT. Trio Motor Martadinata. The promotional mix comprises five main elements: advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, and direct marketing. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 111 respondents who are dealer customers. The results of the study indicate that all elements of the promotional mix have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. In particular, advertising and sales promotion have proven effective in attracting consumer attention, while personal selling also contributes positively to purchasing decisions. However, public relations and direct marketing activities need to be improved to strengthen the company's image and consumer engagement. Thus, this study recommends that PT. Trio Motor Martadinata strengthens existing promotional strategies, improves training for sales staff, and is more active in social activities and utilizing digital media to achieve better marketing goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on the purchasing decision of Comforta Spring Bed at PT Massindo Solaris Nusantara Banjarmasin. The background of the research is based on the increasingly fierce competition in the spring bed industry and the changing consumer behavior, with customers becoming more critical in selecting products. This research uses a quantitative approach involving 50 consumers who have a Comforta Spring Bed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using amultiple linear regression. The results show that product quality, price, and promotion have a significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on purchasing decisions. These three variables explain 91.2% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions. The findings emphasize the importance for companies to improve product quality continuously, offer competitive prices, and carry out effective and sustainable promotions to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for GT Man brand T-shirts. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive with a sample of 50 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. via the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research show that product quality (performance, reliability, features, durability, suitability and design) partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase GT Man T-shirts, namely performance obtained by the value Tcount > Ttable (1.722 > 1.681), reliability Tcount > Ttable (2.776 > 1.681), features obtained Tcount > Ttable (2.181 > 1.681), durability obtained Tcount > Ttable (1.823 > 1.681), suitability obtained Tcount > Ttable (2.239 > 1.681), and design The value obtained is Tcount > Ttable (2.953 > 1.681). Simultaneously, product quality (performance, reliability, features, durability, suitability and design) has a significant influence on the decision to purchase GT Man T-shirts with a value of Fcount > Ftable (10.237 > 2.31).

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the inventory management information system at the CV Madju Djaja Banjarmasin company. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this research are interviews. Data analysis uses Web-based programming, namely PHP Version 5.1.1 and MySQL database Version 5.0.18. The results of research using an inventory management information system, it can make it easier for company employees to process goods data such as inputting incoming and outgoing goods via computer and by using this system it can make it easier for the warehouse stock section to make monthly stock reports. Control and supervision of inventory can be carried out directly by the director because the information system can be accessed on the internet by entering a username and password which are only known by the company director and the warehouse stock section. So that there is no interference from other unrelated parties and can minimize the risks that occur.
