Abstract

Pengabdian  ini  berjudul  Pemberdayaan Perempuan Pada Bidang Koperasi di  Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.  Tujuan Pengabdian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui   bagaimana   memotivasi   masyarakat   ikut   berpartisipasi   dalam   koperasi   di  Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Target pengabdian ini adalah perempuan warga Kelurahan Penajam, Kecamatan Penajam, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Luaran pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat kelurahan/desa tentang koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi tentang koperasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta kurang mengerti  apa  itu  koperasi  dan  manfaat  koperasi.  Peserta  juga  belum  mengetahui  bagaimana mendirikan koperasi terutama koperasi simpan pinjam dan menjadi anggota koperasi. Peserta sangat semangat  dan  banyak  mengajukan  pertanyaan-pertanyaan  tentang  bagaimana  cara  mendirikan koperasi, apakah koperasi itu beda dengan arisan yang mereka lakukan, apa keuntungan menjadi anggota koperasi, berapa uang yang harus mereka sisihkan setiap bulan untuk koperasi dan bagaimana pembagian sisa hasil usaha (SHU).

Abstract

Abstract,One key to successful application of the concept of marketing is understanding the needs, desires and behaviors of customers. To that end,The craftsmen of purun should be able to be willing to listen to voice of the customer (voice of the customer).The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of promotion mixs to sales volume. The method used multiple linear regression with SPSS Release tools and test validity and reliability. Dependent variable in this research is sales volume of purun’s product and independent variables are the five of promotion mixssuch as advertising, sales promotion, public relationship, personal selling and direct marketing.The results showed thatsimultaneous promotion mix has influence on the value of sales with multiple linear regression are Y = 2,919 + 0,062 X1+ 0,038 X2 +0,134 X3 + 0,097X4- 0,001 X5 . At t test where, the value of t of public relationship variables (X3) is the largest among the four variables other promotional mix, which is equal to 0,134.

Abstract

Abstract,The role of woven craftsmen in the economy is a source of income for some people in Lampihong sub-district, but it can also be seen from the aspect of job potential and give positive influence to other businesses, such as raw material suppliers and shops as distributors.The subject of this research is woven craftsmen purun located in district Balangan. Some of the reasons for the selection of the subject of this research are the first woven craftsmen only apply the production management, the marketing management of financial management and accounting in a very simple way in which they run the activities with the knowledge management that they have so far that has been applied for many years and hereditary without there is additional knowledge and improvement. Both the lack of tithing and training obtained by the craftsmen woven purun so that the results of their operations so far do not show encouraging progress.Some of the problems faced by craftsmen include problems that lie in the performance of wicker craftsmen in the balangan district, namely in poor product quality, product design is less varied, marketing areas are still limited due to weak marketing strategy, financial management is still very simple and knowledge about very low accounting. Some solutions that can be offered to overcome this problem is to provide education, counseling and training to woven craftsmen purun about production management in terms of improving product quality, product design more varied, calculation of cost of production, management of raw materials and production systems more efficient. Counseling and training on marketing management is the improvement of its main marketing strategy of product improvement, promotion, pricing and expansion of marketing area. Counseling and training in the field of financial management is an improvement in financial management and in the field of accounting is about the recording of expenditures and revenues and the preparation of a simple bookkeeping.

Abstract

Abstract, This research about motivation influence in improving performance at Polsek Danau Panggang Hulu Sungai Utara. Motivation variable influencing performance consisted of the achievement (X1), confessing (X2), work that self (X3), responsibilities (X4), opportunity for the forward (X5), Wages (X6), condition physical work (X7), observation (X8), relation/link with the friend work (X9), security (X10) and organizational policy (X11). Population in this research is entire commisioned Police member at Polsek Danau Panggang is as much 26 member. Model the regresi indicate that pursuant to test F as a whole the model of signifikan with the storey level signifikansi = 5 %. This matter is shown by F signifikansi = 0,044 which its value less than 0,05 Influence which is between variable X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10 And X11 to Y is signifikan of because sig 0,044 < 0,05. Pursuant to the examination hence variable X11 (organizational policy) having an effect on compared to by bigger of other variable that is equal to 0,836 %. Where about the value represent the biggest value among other factors. This fact indicate that in biggest factor field of influence and related/relevant /its with the performance of Police member in Polsek Danau Panggang is X11 that is organizational policy.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to analysis customer satisfaction related toservices provided by PT.Central Santosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The objectof research is PT.CentralSantosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. This research found that the service has been done has been good,but based on the results of the research found problems such as slowapplication process, lack of staff at the cashier, a parking area which isstill less extensive and the slow process of completion.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed analyse the Influence of Labour Capacity of Jobholder to Position/Occupation Promotion of at PT. PLN (Persero) accurate by Area Banjarmasin. The labour capacity in the form of quality work, amount work, attitude work and reliability of either through simultan and parsial to promotion of jobholder position and also dominant variable among/between quality work the, amount work the, attitude work and reliability to promotion of jobholder position. Research population is jobholder of PT.PLN (Persero) Area Banjarmasin. Technique of withdrawal sampel use the method of purposive sampling. Sum up the sampel in this research is 53 jobholder. Research method used descriptive and verifikatif. Method analyse the data used in this research is doubled linear analysis regresi in the form of test kuesionoer that is test the validity and test the realibility and also test the hypothesizing that is test the F and test the T. The results found that the t-test the quality of work by 1,998 bigger than t table is 1,667, which means a significant effect on employment promotion. The quantity of work shows the t-count equal to 0.665 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. Work attitude shows the t-count of 1,148 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. Reliability indicates the t-count of 1,347 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. F-test results showed F count of 5,154 is greater than F of the table is 2,793.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin. Subjects in this study were as many as 40 people. According to Arikunto (1998; 120) that "If the subject is less than 100, better taken all, so the research is a population study." So the sample of this research amounted to 40 people. Collecting technique is done by means of data collection techniques used by the author in this study is by way of observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The results of this research indicate that the results of simple linear regression test showed that the discipline variable has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Logistics Division at PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin with the probability value of 0.045 variable (smaller than 0.05) The regression coefficient shows a positive value of 0.178 which can be interpreted a positive influence between discipline on the performance of employees in the Division of Logistics PT Trio Motor Honda Warehouse Banjarmasin and based on the coefficient of determination showed that the discipline affect the performance of 10.4% .The remaining 89.6% influenced by other variables or other factors such as work motivation, compensation, and others.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine whether the independent variables consisting of Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) simultaneously or partially affect the purchasing decision (Y) of Samsung smartphone consumers and find out the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The study population was students of STIE National Banjarmasin as many as 1,124 people and a sample of research using Samsung smartphones was taken as many as 92 respondents. The results of this study found that the variables Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychological (X4) together (simultaneously) had an influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung smartphones. Then from the four independent variables, only Psychological variables (X4) have a significant partial effect on Samsung smartphone Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3) have no significant partial effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) Samsung smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Corporate Image to increase customer satisfaction at PT L’Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population was all customers who purchased L’Oreal products as many as 611 customers, with a total sample of 100 people taken randomly from the population. The results showed that PT L'Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch had not run an advertising strategy optimally, still did not implement public relations well, did not provide physical and non-physical identities to its products, word of mouth communication was quite effective and had not provided non-personal stimulation .

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims analyze promotions to increase revenue for mail and package products at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin. The method used is descriptive method. The research population was customers of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in 2017, 1440 customer people. The research sample uses the Slovin formula to 100 customers. The conclusion of this research is the promotion of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in increasing its customers so far not yet promoting the promotion of services to the maximum. The services offered to customers and companies have not yet optimized their marketing steps through promotion of service product sales
