Abstract

Pruritus vulvae is a disorder characterized by severe itching sensation of the external female genitalia. Research conducted by (Bohl, 2005) in America showed that of 160 respondents 100% never experienced Pruritus vulvae. This research aims to know the factors which affect the Predictor Genesis pruritus vulva on Coed Akper Anging Mammiri Makassar when menstruation. The design of the research used in this research is a survey of the analytic approach of Cross-Sectional Study. Sampling was done by the method of purposive sampling with the total sample as much as 91 people. Data analysis using the method of statistical analysis using computer programs. The results of the research there were obtained the influence of knowledge (p = 0,035), attitude (p = 0,035), action (p = 0,035), the availability of clean water (p = 0,009), the type of panties (p = 0.047), the frequency of dressing change (p = 0.030), and the use of sanitizers (p = 0,033) against the incidence of vulvar pruritus at Coed Mammiri Anging Akper Makassar when menstruation and no hand-washing habits influence with the incidence of vulvar pruritus in teenagers while menstruating (p = 1.000). As for the most influential variable is the availability of clean water. The conclusions of the research show that there is knowledge, attitude, action, the availability of clean water, the type of panties, pads, and change the frequency of the use of a cleaning effect on the incidence of vulvar pruritus. So it is advisable to Sorority to improve his behavior associated with vulvar hygiene especially during menstruation to prevent the occurrence of pruritus vulva.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: SISRUTE merupakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yang dapat menghubungkan data pasien dari tingkat layanan lebih rendah ke tingkat layanan lebih tinggi atau sederajat (horizontal maupun vertikal) dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses rujukan pasien. SISRUTE diharapkan adanya komunikasi dan informasi awal sebelum pasien dirujuk melalui media komunikasi (SMS, aplikasi android dan WEB), sehingga pelayanan di RS tempat rujukan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat serta berdampak pada keselamatan pasien dan kepuasan keluarga/pasien. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kualitatif dimana tahap wawancara untuk mengetahui data kualitatif dan mengetahui implementasi sistem rujukan terintegrasi (SISRUTE) di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil: Dalam menjawab sistem rujukan di Rumah Sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, pada ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, dan feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. Kesimpulan: Sistem rujukan di rumah sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. ABSTRACT Background: SISRUTE is an internet-based information technology that can link patient data from lower service levels to higher or equivalent service levels (horizontally or vertically) with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the patient referral process. SISRUTE hopes that there will be early communication and information before patients are referred through communication media (SMS, Android applications and WEB), so that services at referral hospitals can provide fast and appropriate services and have an impact on patient safety and family/patient satisfaction. Method: This study uses a qualitative method. Where is the interview stage to find out qualitative data and find out the implementation of the integrated referral system (SISRUTE) at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency. The approach used in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. Results: In responding to the referral system at the hospital, it has been carried out in accordance with the standard response time on the SISRUTE page, although it has not been implemented perfectly, the availability of human resources, SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation for the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, and communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as stated in the referral system guidelines. Conclusion: The referral system in the hospital has been carried out in accordance with the response time standards on the SISRUTE page even though it has not been perfectly implemented, the availability of human resources for SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation in the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as contained in the referral system guidelines.
