Abstract

Dengan adanya interaksi sosial setiap harinya, seharusnya siswa regular memiliki penilaian tersendiri tentang temannya yang autis yang disebut persepsi. Persepsi adalah cara orang lain mengamati atau melihat sesuatu yang dapat memengaruhi tindakan atau perilaku seseorang. Anak Autis adalah mereka yang memiliki kelebihan dalam akademis, sosialisasi, emosi atau perilaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa regular tentang anak autis terhadap sifat empati mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas 6 Sekolah Alam Bogor. Berdasarkan temuan analisis regresi linier sederhana, nilai koefesien determinasi pada hasil penelitian sebesar 13,5 %, koefesien F sebesar 6,089, dan P-value sebesar 0,018 yang lebih kecil dari ɑ = 0,025. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,025 bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang baik antara persepsi siswa tentang anak autis dan sifat empati mereka.Kata kunci: anak autis, persepsi siswa, sifat empati.EFFECT PERCEPTION OF STUDENTS ABOUT CHILDREN WITH AUTISM OF THE NATURE OF THEIR EMPHATY Abstract With the social interaction everyday, regular student should have his own assessment of Autism called perception. Perception is the way other people watching or seeing something that can affect a person action of behavior. While children with Autism is that they have an adventage in academic, social, behaviour or emotion. This research is made to determine the effect of regular student about children with Autism on the Nature their Empathy. This research is a quantitave research using descriptive analysis method. Population and sample of this research is the student Grade 6 School Nature Bogor. Based on finding of Simple Linier Regression Analysis Coefficient of Determation on the results of the study 13,5%. And the Coefficient F be 6,089 and P-value = 0,018 and smaller than ɑ = 0,025. Then concluded with a significance level of 0,025 that there is a good influence between student perception of with autism and their empathy trait.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to address issues with correspondence administration in Mekar Baru Subdistrict, which still uses physical documents, causing problems such as lost or damaged letters and difficulties in monitoring letter disposition in real time. The SiMekar mobile application was created using the Flutter framework and the Waterfall software development method as a solution. The main features of this application include incoming and outgoing letter management, digital disposition, real-time notifications, and role-based user authentication and authorisation. Interviews, observations, and documentation of administrative processes were used to collect data. The results of observations and testing show that all application functions operate in accordance with user needs, and the digitalisation of letter-writing processes using this application can enhance the speed, accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of letter management in sub-district governments. Therefore, the SiMekar application is a useful digital solution to support public administration transformation through the use of information technology.

Abstract

Podocarpus blumei is a slow-growing coniferous tree species belonging to the Podocarpaceae family, widely utilized for timber, handicrafts, and traditional medicine in Indonesia. However, its propagation remains limited due to seed dormancy and low germination rates. This study aimed to determine the most effective combination of seed dormancy-breaking techniques and wood vinegar concentrations to optimize seed germination and early seedling growth. The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design with factorial treatments involving different dormancy-breaking methods—scarification, soaking in coconut water, and hot water—and variations in planting media (soil, cocopeat, and husk charcoal). Subsequent seedling treatments involved applying wood vinegar at four concentrations (0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3%) for eleven months. Results showed that P. blumei seeds had an average moisture content of 40.14%, classifying them as recalcitrant. Among the dormancy-breaking treatments, scarification produced the highest germination rate (90%), maximum growth potential (92%), and fastest germination period (51 days) in soil–cocopeat–husk charcoal media. Application of 0.2% wood vinegar significantly increased stem diameter (0.8 mm), leaf number (19), and biomass accumulation, indicating enhanced physiological activity. In contrast, higher concentrations (≥0.3%) did not further improve seedling performance. The findings demonstrate that integrating mechanical scarification and moderate wood vinegar concentration (0.2%) effectively enhances the germination and early vigor of P. blumei seedlings. This study provides a practical propagation approach for conserving and sustainably managing Podocarpus blumei populations, contributing to improved silvicultural practices for native forest species in Indonesia.
