<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Saat ini khususnya Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air telah banyak melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur atau sarana dan prasarana sumber daya air di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Maka untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan Penilaian Kinerja Prasarana Pengendali Sedimen dalam Kegiatan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan guna menjaga kinerja Prasarana Pengendali Sedimen. Selain memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Wilayah Sungai tersebut, juga memberikan kerugian jika prasarana tersebut tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat analisis yang terkait dengan masalah tersebut, dengan mengidentifikasi masalah kerusakan check dam yang terdapat di Kabupaten Kediri khususnya pada Kecamatan Puncu Desa Puncu. Tahapan awal pada audit check dam adalah mengumpulkan data eksisting. Tahap selanjutnya ialah melakukan survei lokasi dan menginventarisasi setiap item Check Dam. Berdasarkan dari hasil survei inventarisasi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis terhadap kinerja bangunan. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka dapat direncanakan kegiatan O&P yang akan dilakukan. Tahap terakhir dalam studi ini yaitu analisis AKNOP Check Dam 01 dan Check Dam 02 pada Kali Serinjing. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kinerja bangunan dan perhitungan Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan pada Check Dam Kali Serinjing, didapatkan jumlah biaya yang dibutuhkan pada check dam 01 adalah sebesar Rp. 117.308.000,00. Dan pada check dam 02 sebesar Rp. 107.000.000.
