Abstract

Latar Belakang Remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan remaja yang tinggal bersama orang tuanya. Mereka mengalami banyak kendala fisik dan psikologis yang harus dihadapi. Situasi panti asuhan pasti memiliki suasana dan lingkungan yang berbeda dan hal ini membutuhkan perhatian, karena jika terjadi hambatan komunikasi maka akan berakibat pada kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri.Tujuan Penelitian Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal untuk melihat efektivitas pelatihan ini terhadap kepercayaan diri dan harga diriMetode Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen one group pretesr posttest design.  Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 orang siswa SMK di Panti Asuhan X. Hipotesis penerlitian ini ada dua yaitu 1) ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepercayaan diri dan 2) ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap harga diri. Untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan uji analisis Wilcoxson Signed Rank Test.Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri yang berarti pelatihan dari pelatihan ini terbukti efektif menngkatkan kepercayaan diri. Hasil jug amenunjukkan ada Pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap harga diri. Artinya, pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal ini juga terbukti efektif meningkatkan harga diri. Penelitian ini juga melakukan evalasi pelatihan dan follow up action plan yang akan dilaporakan dalam diskusi hasil penelitian. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh meningkatkan harga diri dan kepercayaan diri. Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal ini terbukti efektif untuk menigkatkan kepercayaan diri dan harga diri pada remaja panti asuhan.

Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction has been an important topic of focus in the organizational setting for the last few decades. This research aims to validate job satisfaction scale in medical practitioner population. The 10 items in this scale consist of 4 extrinsic facet items and 5 intrinsic facet items. This intrument was adapted into Bahasa Indonesia as suggested by Beaton, et al. (2000) and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. The study conducted among 287 participants working in the medical field. The study showed that the reliability of intrinsic facet is .811 and extrinsic facet .729. Further analysis found that there is correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. This study concluded that the job satisfaction scale used in this study is valid and reliable to be applied in medical practitioner in Indonesia. Abstrak Alat ukur kepuasan kerja telah digunakan di berbagai bidang pekerjaan termasuk kesehatan. Sayangnya di Indonesia penelitian mengenai alat ukur ini sendiri masih sangat terbatas, terutama mengenai konstruk kepuasan kerja dengan subjek khusus tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi skala kepuasan kerja untuk tenaga kesehatan dari Hills, Joyce dan Humphreys (2012) ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Proses penerjemahan berdasarkan langkah-langkah yang disarankan oleh Beaton, dkk. (2000). Alat ukur kepuasan kerja yang digunakan terbagi menjadi dua berdasarkan sumbernya, yaitu ekstrinsik dan intrinsik, dengan total 10 aitem. Peserta yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 287 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji reliabilitas didapatkan koefisien alfa sebesar .811 untuk kepuasan kerja yang bersifat intrinsik dan .729 untuk kepuasan kerja yang bersifat ekstrinsik. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dengan teknik faktor analisis dan uji reliabilitas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat ukur ini cukup valid dan reliabel untuk diterapkan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis tambahan yang dilakukan, ditemukan hubungan antara sumber kepuasan kerja yang bersifat intrinsik dan ekstrinsik

Abstract

This study aimed to see whether the Fear of Covid-19 and work engagement affect depression, anxiety, and stress of resident doctors. Pandemic situation of Covid-19 is not over yet with viral mutations from Covid-19 Delta to Omicron variants. Residents doctors were obliged to help in treatment even though their main duty was focusing on their study. As the Covid-19 is a deadly situation and should be handled with many safety protocols, this situation can be anxious for both the patient and the medical staff (including the residents) who work daily in hospital. This study focused on 877 public hospital residents Fear of Covid-19, depression, anxiety and stress. Regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used as statistical tools. The results showed that both Fear of Covid-19 and work engagement affect depression, anxiety, and stress. This article also details the impact of each aspect measured in this study.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic affects every aspect of human life, including economic aspect. The government urged the implementation of social restriction policy, and as consequences, public activities are limited. According to Credit Union’s board members, there is an increase of loans rate since the social restriction begin. It is inevitable since essential needs are increasing and at the same time the financial conditions are unstable. All of the members in Credit Union Pangudi Luhur Kasih Semarang need to manage their financial issues properly regardless of their age especially in this pandemic time. Thus, this community service program aims to give better understandings to the members about the importance of self-management and financial literation by webinar.  Webinar was divided into three sections according to the audiences characteristics, members who had already married (n=100), close to pension age (n=334), and young member or singles (n=169). Based on the analyses, there is significant differences between pre-test and post-test score after conducting the webinar.

Abstract

Compliance with health protocols plays an important role in minimizing the spread of Covid-19. However, Indonesia is still facing a robust challenge including non-compliance to persuasive recommendations or messages (psychological reactance) and belief in conspiracy theories. Issues related to conspiracy theories and theories had obscured the message for the people to keep their behavior safe from the virus. The Extended Parallel Process Model (EPPM) is a theory that explains how people would obey the messages they received, particularly health messages. Perception of threats and efficacy contribute significantly to the effectiveness of the message people received. In this article, we discussed four psychological conditions that possess the chance to affect society's threats and efficacy to comply with health protocols. These conditions were viewed from social, clinical, and industrial-organizational psychology perspectives. Four solutions to cope with non-compliance tendencies were also proposed. We suggest that these solutions should be applied to strengthen the tendency for people to obey health protocols.
