Abstract

Latar Belakang Remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan remaja yang tinggal bersama orang tuanya. Mereka mengalami banyak kendala fisik dan psikologis yang harus dihadapi. Situasi panti asuhan pasti memiliki suasana dan lingkungan yang berbeda dan hal ini membutuhkan perhatian, karena jika terjadi hambatan komunikasi maka akan berakibat pada kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri.Tujuan Penelitian Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal untuk melihat efektivitas pelatihan ini terhadap kepercayaan diri dan harga diriMetode Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen one group pretesr posttest design.  Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 orang siswa SMK di Panti Asuhan X. Hipotesis penerlitian ini ada dua yaitu 1) ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepercayaan diri dan 2) ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap harga diri. Untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan uji analisis Wilcoxson Signed Rank Test.Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri yang berarti pelatihan dari pelatihan ini terbukti efektif menngkatkan kepercayaan diri. Hasil jug amenunjukkan ada Pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap harga diri. Artinya, pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal ini juga terbukti efektif meningkatkan harga diri. Penelitian ini juga melakukan evalasi pelatihan dan follow up action plan yang akan dilaporakan dalam diskusi hasil penelitian. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh meningkatkan harga diri dan kepercayaan diri. Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal ini terbukti efektif untuk menigkatkan kepercayaan diri dan harga diri pada remaja panti asuhan.

Abstract

Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale Form L-M test is widely used in Indonesia to assess the academic capacity of elementary school students. However, its predictive power upon academic achievements has not been examined. This research represents a preliminary attempt at closing this gap. Stanford-Binet scores obtained 1 to 3 years earlier were used to explain variations in three subject marks of 156 an Elementary School from the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades. Simple regression analysis shows that 4.3% to 25.4% of the variance can be explained by Stanford-Binet scores, indicating a low to moderate predictive power. The results suggest a limited predictive power of the Stanford-Binet Form L-M test for applications in the assessment of the academic capacity of elementary school children.

Abstract

Freshly graduated students are expected to get a job soon, but the competition in the job-seeking world is getting tougher because the number of fresh-graduate continues to increase from year to year. The first stage of employee selection is administrative selection, which can be done from Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter sent by applicants. Considering that this first stage is crucial for determining the next stage, CV and CL must be made seriously and with consideration. This training aims to provide provisions in the form of strategies for making CV and CL for students who have just graduated from college. The training was attended by 27 students who are currently taking thesis courses and those who have finished their thesis trial using the online method using cyber.unika.ac.id. The training participants had a positive reaction to this training. In addition, their skills in making CV and CL have also improved, seen from the CV and CL results that were collected by the participants after the training ended.

Abstract

There are still many young people who do not know Credit Union (CU) well, so they are reluctant to become CU members. This program aims to make the younger generation know CU more deeply so that the desire arises to join CU and plan their future well. This program uses an experiential learning approach in the form of a digital infographic competition. The result showed that the experiential learning method used in this program has a positive effect on participants' knowledge and attitude about CU. In addition, this program was also quite successful in attracting the interest and attention of Instagram social media users, as indicated by a large number of likes on the contestants' social media.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, seseorang dituntut untuk memiliki bekal yang memadai, seperti prestasi belajar dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi dan pengalaman aktif berorganisasi untuk mampu bersaing dengan SDM (sumber daya manusia) lain. Namun, pada pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang diketahui terdapat indikasi permasalahan terkait hal-hal tersebut sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang perwakilan anggota tiap organisasi kemahasiswaan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Peneliti menggunakan alat ukur yang dibuat secara mandiri yang terdiri dari 38 pernyataan. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Keaktifan organisasi dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar; (2) Keaktifan organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar; dan (3) Motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapatkan beberapa temuan baru dan unik dalam penelitian ini yang berbeda dari temuan-temuan sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Regresi linier berganda, quota sampling, unit kegiatan mahasiswa
