Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor for companies in achieving their goals. Several factors influence employee performance, including organizational commitment, work environment, and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT Global Loyalty Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques with the Smart-PLS application. The population size is 241 employees, and the sample size to be taken is 112 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the variables of organizational commitment, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment and work environment also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect test indicate that the job satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance and also mediates the relationship between the work environment and employee performance. This study provides practical implications for companies to always pay attention to the work environment so that employees can work safely and comfortably so that job satisfaction can increase which ultimately affects their performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development, Work Environment, and Rewards on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a mediating variable at PT Global Loyalty Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted on 105 respondents with the criteria that respondents were permanent employees at PT Global Loyalty Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and data processing using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of the study showed that the variables Career Development, Work Environment, Rewards and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Career Development, Work Environment, Rewards also have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. The results of indirect testing show that the Work Motivation variable mediates the relationship between Career Development and Employee Performance, then mediates the relationship between Work Environment and Employee Performance, and mediates the relationship between Rewards and Employee Performance. This study provides practical implications for companies to always pay attention to Career Development, Work Environment, and Awards in the company so that employees can work safely and comfortably, so that Employee Performance and Work Motivation can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and product quality on purchasing decisions mediated by purchase intention (empirical study: consumers at Kriss stores in Tangerang District). The research data was acquired from distributing questionnaires through the Google form. In taking samples, the study employed a Purposive sampling technique. This study used 150 respondents as the sample. This study applied quantitative analysis techniques and processed by SmartPLS. The test results show: 1) Price quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Service quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Price has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, 5) Service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, 6) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, 7) Purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, 8) Purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between price and decision purchase, 9) Purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between service quality and purchase decision, 10) Purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between service quality and purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress and corporate culture on turnover intention mediated by employee engagement among workers in the field of information technology in the Greater Jakarta area. The data was collected through a survey involving 310 respondents working in the information technology sector. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the relationship between these variables. The results show that neither job stress nor corporate culture has effects on turnover intention. Job stress has no effects on employee engagement while corporate culture has significant positive effect on employee engagement. Employee engagement was found to play a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between corporate culture and turnover intention, while no mediation between corporate culture and turnover intention. These findings indicate the importance of corporate culture and the establishment of a supportive company through employee engagement to reduce the intention to leave the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and leadership style on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Perum LPPNPI JATSC Branch Office. This study used a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted to 180 respondents with the criteria that respondents were employees of Perum LPPNPI JATSC Branch Office. Data was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS program version 4.0. The results showed that the variables of work environment, leadership style and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. In addition, the work environment and leadership style also have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The results of indirect influence testing show that the job satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the work environment and employee loyalty and also mediates the relationship of leadership style to employee loyalty. This research provides practical implications for companies to always pay attention to the work environment and leadership style used by their leaders so that employees can work safely and comfortably so that employee loyalty and job satisfaction can increase

Abstract

The study aimed to examine self-efficacy, work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. In this study, the technique of taking data sources by means of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample used was employees at PT APM Logistics collected through a google form online questionnaire totaling 145 respondents. This study uses Partial Least Square SEM or what is called PLS-SEM. This study uses variables of self-efficacy, discipline and culture as dependent variables, employee performance as an independent variable, and job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of this study indicate that efficacy has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of work discipline on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance

Abstract

Konsumen merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan karena konsumen merupakan penentu pertumbuhan, profitabilitas, dan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Sebagai faktor penting yang menggerakkan roda perusahaan, perusahaan berusaha untuk mempertahankan secara maksimal konsumen yang mereka miliki untuk dapat mencapai goals dan target yang telah ditetapkan organisasi atau perusahaan. Loyalty intentions konsumen sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dimana konsumen berniat membeli kembali atau sikap merekomendasikan barang atau jasa yang sudah dibeli ke konsumen yang lain. Loyalty intentions dipengaruhi oleh customer engagement konsumen, di mana customer engagement terdiri dari customer satisfaction, trust, commitment, dan customer value. Salah satu sektor perusahaan yang harus menjaga loyalty dari konsumennya adalah sektor properti Paramount Land. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka Peneliti membahas Pengaruh Customer Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment, Dan Customer Value Terhadap Loyalty Intentions Yang Dimediasi Oleh Customer Engagement Pada Konsumen Penghuni Kawasan Perumahan Paramount Land. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari internal Paramount Land. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pembeli dan penghuni yang tinggal di cluster milik PT Paramount Land di kawasan Illago, kawasan Andalucia, kawasan Malibu, di Gading Serpong. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 203 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Yount. Skala Likert digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk memberikan skor pada tiap pernyataan dalam kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan customer satisfaction, trust, commitment, dan customer value terhadap loyalty intentions yang dimediasi oleh customer engagement pada konsumen penghuni kawasan perumahan Paramount Land. Semakin tinggi nilai suatu variabel, maka nilai variabel yang dipengaruhi juga akan semakin tinggi. Hal ini juga didukung oleh hasil uji instrument dengan menggunakan uji Partial Least Square dimana hasil p value ≤ 0.05 dan t hitung ≥ 1.967 yang artinya hubungan antar variabel berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance and meaningful work on turnover intention, with the mediating role of job satisfaction among employees at PT. Spectrum UniTec. The probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach was used to obtain 246 employee samples in PT. Spectrum UniTec Tangerang. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. This empirical study reveals that work-life balance, meaningful work, and job satisfaction have a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Meanwhile, work-life balance and meaningful work have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. This empirical study also indicates that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work-life balance and meaningful work on turnover intention. This study examines work-life balance, meaningful work as predictors of turnover intention, and confirms that job satisfaction is a mediating variable between meaningful work and work-life balance on turnover intention.Companies can pay attention to and create a work environment that supports employees' work-life balance, helps employees find meaning in their work, and enhances employee job satisfaction as efforts to reduce turnover intention. This research can enhance understanding of how factors like work-life balance, meaningful work, and job satisfaction interact and influence turnover intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of School Principal's Leadership Style and School Culture on Teacher Performance Mediated by Work Motivation in XYZ School, Lampung, Indonesia. This study is quantitative research with 142 teachers’ population at XYZ School, Lampung, Indonesia. The respondent criteria include teachers who have been teaching for a minimum of 6 months, based on the teacher data available in May 2023 in XYZ School, Lampung, Indonesia, with no restrictions on gender and age. Based on the Slovin sample size calculation above, the sample size used in this study was 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to measure the relationship between variables with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that the variables of principal’s leadership style, school culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, school culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance mediated by work motivation, and school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance mediated by work motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing and marketing mix on repurchase decisions mediated by repurchase intention among consumers of Paramount Land Gading Serpong Tangerang. This is a type of quantitative research with the research population being consumers who have purchased and owned property at PT Paramount Land. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample used for respondents in this study amounted to 173 respondents. Based on Hair et al that the minimum sample size is 5-10 times the number of indicators and the author uses 5 times the indicator. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to measure the relationship between variables with the help of Smart PLS software. The research results indicate that social media marketing has a significant positive influence on repurchase decision, marketing mix has a significant positive influence on repurchase decision, social media marketing has a significant positive influence on repurchase intention, marketing mix has a significant positive influence on repurchase intention, repurchase decision has a significant positive influence on repurchase intention, social media marketing has a significant positive influence on repurchase decision mediated by repurchase intention, marketing mix has a significant positive influence on repurchase decision mediated by repurchase intention
