Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and incentives on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method for this research uses a questionnaire addressed to all employees of the Luwu Regency Inspectorate. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. The sample used for this research was 160 people. The analytical methods used are validity, reliability, and multiple regression tests. The research results show that: 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Luwu Regency Inspectorate employees, and 2) incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Luwu Regency Inspectorate employees.

Abstract

Suding sports center built since 2004, but over the mouths there are many problems that accured in this building mainly comes to facilities and infrastructure of buildings that have been damaged. Therefor we need conduct cancening the problem by observation as well as interview techniques and the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents of the research object which in Sudiang sport center about how far the problem in infrastructure damage and GOR infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis serangga tanah di Shelter 1 Gunung Nokilalaki Desa Tongoa Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif eksploratif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2016. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik perangkap tanah (Pithfall trap) dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik corong Barlese lokasi pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada masing-masing bentuk penutupan lahan. Pengumpulan serangga tanah dilakukan pada dua bentuk penutupan lahan yaitu pada penutupan lahan hutan dan penutupan lahan berumput. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi di Shelter 1 Gunung Nokilalaki ditemukan 16 jenis serangga tanah terdiri dari 5 ordo dan 13 famili. Ordo serangga antara lain Coleoptera, Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, dan Isoptera. Famili serangga antara lain formicidae, cetoniidae, kalotermidae, pentatomidae, scarabaecidae, curcolionidae, pyrrhocoridae, gryllidae, acridae, blattidae, coccinellidae, cydnidae, galastocoridae, dan chrysomelidae.

Abstract

Spiders are predatory arthropods found in agricultural areas that have an important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. This study aims to determine the types of spiders found in tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) in Ogomolos, Mepanga District, Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted from February to March 2018. The method used is a survey methods, by direct collection of spiders in the field using pitfall traps and also direct (hand sorting) on tomato plant. The number of spiders found consisted of 5 families and 2 orders and 5 species namely Lycosa pseudoannulata, Argiope catenulate, Tetragnatha montana, Oxyopes javanus and Heliophanus sp. The species most commonly found was Oxyopes javanus from the family Arachida.
