Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja Dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 100 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dimana hasil penelitiannya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. lingkungan kerja lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun lingkungan kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan khususnya pada PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. disiplin kerja lebih besar dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun disiplin kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance in the Department of Palopo City Land is influenced by personality and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to address research questions and test the hypotheses that have been developed, this study employs a quantitative methodology that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis. The 40 individuals that participated in this study were all Palopo City Land Service personnel. The saturated sample approach was the sampling strategy employed, resulting in 40 current employees serving as research participants. Primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents was used in the data collection process. Every question on the survey is assigned a Likert scale score, which ranges from 1 to 5. Use of the SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational citizenship behavior and personality

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, companies need to increase competitiveness that cannot be separated from employee contributions, the balance between personal life and work is the most important aspect in improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis that aims to answer the researcher's questions and test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. The sample in this study was 30 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Data collection was carried out using primary data. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents, each item was scored on a Likert scale where each item was scored from (1) to (5).

Abstract

Getting ready is an organized course of developing points of view, data or lead that produces abilities. Meanwhile, HR improvement is standard and accurate work to increment delegate information both ethically, cleverly, undeniably and theoretically according to work needs. The impact of delegates who have fittingly partaken in HR getting ready and improvement programs is extended laborer execution. Delegate execution is a victory factor that an association anticipates. This investigation hopes to conclude the effect of HR planning and progression on delegate execution at PT. Pos Indonesia Palopo Branch. This sort of investigation uses quantitative assessment by flowing surveys directly to 49 respondents. By utilizing full scale examination methodology. The data source in this assessment is fundamental which was gotten directly from survey respondents. The procedure uses the SPSS version 23 program. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of PT Bank BRI Palopo Branch employees is affected by workload and work stress. The methodology in this study, such as validity test, reliability test, using SPSS to conduct multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Participants in this study consisted of all employees of PT Bank BRI Palopo Branch, totaling 53 people. The research sample was determined using the saturated sample technique, where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 53 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires online through Google Form. The research findings show that workload has a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank BRI Palopo Branch, while work stress has no effect on employee performance in that place. Suggestions to routinely conduct job analysis to ensure the distribution of tasks in accordance with the capacity and competence of each employee.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide education and how to wash hands for children to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) in order to avoid the transmission of COVID-19. Hand washing educational activities are carried out by providing an explanation of the importance of washing hands with soap and rinsing with running water. The implementation of this service program is carried out so that the community can clearly understand what the purpose of washing hands properly is. Based on the results of the implementation of community service programs, it can be concluded that the educational activity "washing hands" by demonstrating 5 steps to wash hands properly and correctly so that children can know how to wash their hands properly and cleanly to avoid bacteria. , germs and viruses.Â
