Abstract

Era digital menuntut transformasi fundamental dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui integrasi teknologi digital yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi transformasi digital dalam praktik HRM di era modern, mengeksplorasi tantangan dan strategi implementasi, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi dan pengalaman karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research melalui analisis sistematis literatur akademik periode 2020-2025 dari basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, dan ProQuest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema utama implementasi teknologi dalam HRM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi artificial intelligence dalam rekrutmen meningkatkan akurasi seleksi hingga 35% dan mengurangi waktu proses hingga 50%. People analytics dalam performance management menghasilkan peningkatan produktivitas 15-20% dan mengurangi turnover rate hingga 25%. Teknologi personalisasi meningkatkan employee satisfaction score rata-rata 30%. Tantangan utama berupa resistensi perubahan mencapai 65% kasus kegagalan, yang dapat diatasi melalui pengembangan kapabilitas digital SDM dan pendekatan holistik. Transformasi digital HRM terbukti memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi, produktivitas karyawan, dan employee experience, sehingga menjadi kebutuhan strategis untuk mempertahankan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

This study analyzes the teacher's efforts in increasing student concentration in online learning and the role of parents in assisting their children's learning. The method used in this research is a survey method. The data collection technique used was interviews with teachers and parents of students at MIN 2 Serang and MIN 4 Serang. The data from the interviews were analyzed and then concluded in the form of a narrative. The study results reveal that teachers can know the concentration of their students when they learn to use video call media. In addition, parents play a role in assisting their children's learning. These findings indicate that teachers have increased students' learning concentration. It is proven effective in increasing students' learning concentration, marked by an increase in learning outcomes, and students' parents provide learning assistance to their children. The study recommends that teachers use video calls to overcome the concentration of students' learning and learning assistance for students at home by their parents.
