Abstract

ABSTRACTPoverty is a social problem that is global in nature, and is a problem that is often faced by many people in Indonesia. To overcome this problem, the people in Kemloko Village, Nglegok District, Blitar are doing koi fish farming to improve their economy. This study aims to analyze the increase in the economy in Kemloko village and the factors that influence the income of koi fish farming entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using primary data, the methods used are observation and interviews. The analysis technique used goes through three stages, namely sorting out important or main things and focusing on important things in the field, then presenting the data in order to better understand the case being researched. The conclusions from this study (1) Koi fish farming activities carried out by the Kelud Koi Koi Fish Cultivation group can improve the economic level of the Kemloko village community for the better. In addition, this activity can increase the productivity of the community. (2) Land area, seeds and feed are factors that influence the level of koi fish production in Kemloko village. (3) Capital and market competition are obstacles that are often faced by the Kemloko village community when carrying out koi fish farming activities.Keywords: Economic improvement, Community economy, Productivity, Poverty

Abstract

Simpanan Qurban merupakan kegiatan menabung atau simpanan dengan akad wadiah yad dhammanah dan bersifat terencana yang diperuntukkan untuk pembelian hewan qurban. Produk simpanan qurban ini juga merupakan produk yang cukup jarang dimiliki oleh lembaga keuangan syariah lainnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas strategi pemasaran untuk produk simpanan qurban pada BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Moropelang dan BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sumberwudi Lamongan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis data kualititatif yang menjelaskan dengan secara deskriptif mengenai aktivitas strategi pemasaran Produk Simpanan qurban di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera cabang Moropelang dan Cabang Sumberwudi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kedua cabang BMT tersebut sama-sama melakukan aktivitas pemasaran produk simpanan qurban menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran atau Marketing Mix 7P terdiri atas Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process dan Physical Evidence dalam menarik minat nasabah dalam melakukan penghimpunan dana yang bertujuan untuk beribadah qurban.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Management and Work Culture on Performance Improvement in Tulip Craft. The sampling technique in this study used Cluster Sampling. The samples taken were 64 Tulip Craft employees in Tulungagung. The study results show that the Management and Work Culture variables partially or simultaneously significantly affect Performance Improvement in Tulip Craft. Abstract

Effective financial management is one of the key factors for business sustainability, especially for MSMEs. However, many MSMEs in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung face challenges in developing a sharia-based financial plan. The main problems include a lack of understanding of sharia financial principles, such as riba, gharar, and maysir, as well as limited skills in budgeting and separating personal finances from business finances. To address these issues, the community service team from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung conducted a "Sharia Financial Planning Training" program over three days on October 12, 13, and 20, 2024. The implementation method consisted of three main stages, namely participant socialization and mapping, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and reflection sessions. Through this activity, participants were provided with theoretical and practical materials on sharia-based financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing business finances according to sharia principles. Participants were able to separate personal finances from business finances, create budget plans, and develop more effective financial strategies. This activity also fostered collaboration among MSME actors and strengthened their motivation to apply sharia principles in their businesses. Moving forward, it is proposed to conduct follow-up training and intensive mentoring to strengthen the sustainable implementation of sharia financial planning.

Abstract

Proper budgeting plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME entrepreneurs face challenges in planning and managing their business budgets according to sharia principles. The main obstacles include a lack of understanding of sharia budgeting concepts, which emphasize transparency, fairness, and financial management free from riba, gharar, and maysir. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, focus group discussions, training and mentoring. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Furthermore, the sharia budgeting approach has proven effective in strengthening financial control and enhancing business resilience against economic uncertainties. To ensure the sustainable implementation of sharia budgeting, further training and in-depth mentoring for MSME entrepreneurs are recommended.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing level of business competition, one of which is beauty products. High demand for skincare products can trigger business competition where every business competes to highlight its products and continue to innovate and make the best quality products to attract consumers. This study aims to examine price, viral marketing, online customer reviews, and halal labels on purchasing decisions for Facetology skincare, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative and associative research type, primary data collected from 90 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that price and online customer reviews significantly influenced purchasing decisions, while viral marketing and halal labeling had no significant effect. But simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Facetology skincare.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelonjakan tingkat persaingan bisnis, salah satunya produk kecantikan. Permintaan yang tinggi terhadap produk perawatan kulit dapat memicu persaingan bisnis dimana setiap pelaku bisnis bersaing untuk menonjolkan produknya dan terus melakukan inovasi serta membuat produk kuliatas terbaik untuk menarik konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji harga, viral marketing, online customer review, dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Facetology, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif, data primer dikumpulkan dari 90 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan online customer review secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, sedangkan viral marketing dan label halal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Namun secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Facetology.

Abstract

Post-pandemic, the impact of the weakening global economy as well as in Indonesia, was felt by the public, plus the threat of an economic recession. The government is required to make a funding adjustment policy. One of the funding adjustment policies is changing the APBN allocation used to deal with post-pandemic socio-economic problems. The government has launched a new creative investment innovation that utilizes movable waqf as its object into state sukuk. Based on these problems, the research aims to offer a solution that is Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk in assisting government funding for Indonesia's economic recovery. The research method used is a qualitative research type of literature study with a descriptive approach as an analytical tool. The research data comes from secondary data in the form of Waqf Law, DSN-MUI Fatwa, government regulations regarding economic improvement plans and productive waqf books as well as previous research from scientific articles/journals. The results show that Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk can contribute to economic recovery through 2 sure channels; 1) Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk can assist government funding in supporting APBN funds through the development of educational facilities, health facilities, and public infrastructure. Second, Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk can at the same time provide support for economic equality in order to overcome socio-economic inequality through community empowerment from yield funds provided by the government.

Abstract

The majority of the Indonesian population, especially in East Java live in rural areas, and most are farmers. Then to the economic development of rural farmers as a unity between the agricultural sector and small industrial group aimed at empowering agroindustry. Agroindustry is the best answer, since it relates to the rear (backward linkage) and the linkage to the front (forward linkage) long. Empowerment of agroindustry in itself is not easy, a lot of problems to deal with, among others: (1) the ability of the technology used is not optimal, (2) the quality of human resources (HR), (3) coordination and synchronization institutional program, (4) creation of business climate conducive. The government has implemented fiscal policy to encourage the use of small industrial products in order to export, encouraging the growth of business-incubation as well as the development of "ancillary industries ‘' through tax relief, monetary policy to support the financing of capital investments and working capital through credit schemes specifically tailor our flexible, development financial institutions, administrative and real for the simplification of licensing procedures and investment, import-export procedures, joint development with major industry in the country and abroad, the implementation of the Small Business Act, especially in managing the trade patterns and the pattern of payments through the backup market. If these four indicators are met and determined government policy will spur the growth of the local economy, so it could eventually resolve the problems in the village.

Abstract

This study examines the combined impact of digital marketing, strategic location, brand equity, and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions in the furniture industry, specifically at Mebel Mandiri. By integrating digital transformation and behavioral economics, it provides insights into consumer decision-making dynamics. Using a quantitative associative approach, data was collected through online questionnaires from 33 respondents and analyzed with SPSS 20, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and F and T-tests. The findings reveal that digital marketing and price perception significantly influence purchasing decisions, while location and brand equity do not. Together, these variables account for 72.2% of purchasing decisions, with 27.8% influenced by other factors. This study emphasizes that digital marketing strategies and competitive pricing are critical for increasing consumer purchases. Businesses should enhance interactive and credible digital content while ensuring prices reflect product benefits. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of digital marketing and price perception in boosting SMEs' competitiveness, promoting digital transformation, and fostering fair pricing to build consumer trust. Strengthening these strategies expands market reach, enhances business resilience, and contributes to economic sustainability. The study suggests that companies invest in targeted digital campaigns and data-driven pricing strategies to attract and retain customers. By implementing these approaches, businesses can not only increase sales but also drive local economic growth, create job opportunities, and support long-term business sustainability. Ultimately, digital marketing and pricing strategies play a vital role in shaping the future of SMEs in the digital era.
