Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kesulitan belajar siswa SMA Gadjah Mada Gondomanan, Yogyakarta dan mendeskripsikan tentang langkah-langkah guru BK memberikan praktik bimbingan kelompok kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar tersebut. Tujuannya diberikan kegiatan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK yakni untuk mengurangi kesulitan belajar siswa. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kesulitan belajar siswa terlihat dari kurang minat studi siswa pada studi pelajaran, kurang usaha dalam mengulangi pelajaran, dan waktu belajar yang tidak dimanfatkan dengan sebaik mungkin. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi kesulitan belajar tersebut guru BK berusaha untuk menggunakan langkah-langkah bimbingan kelompok kepada lima siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Adapun hasil dari analisis penelitian ini adalah bahwa dengan guru BK SMA Gadjah Mada memberikan bimbingan kelompok kepada lima siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dapat mengurangi kesulitan tersebut. Dimana perubahan tersebut dapat terlihat dari cara belajar, perubahan sikap sehari-hari, dan semangat belajar yang dimiliki mereka.Kata Kunci:  bimbingan kelompok, kesulitan belajar AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the difficulties of learning forms of high school students Gadjah Mada Gondomanan, Yogyakarta and describe the steps of the BK teacher to give group guidance to students who have difficulty learning The.  The purpose of the group is to reduce learning difficulties. The result of the analysis of this research is that with the teacher of BK SMA Gadjah Mada give group guidance to five students who have difficulty learning can reduce the difficulty. Abstract

Abstract The research was conducted to determine the various obstacles experienced by counseling guidance teachers at MA AIAI and MA Bahrul Huda, Sungaiselan District. Several obstacles experienced by counseling guidance teachers make the process of implementing counseling guidance in MA has not run optimally. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The findings of the study showed several aspects that became obstacles to the implementation of counseling guidance, including: Counseling guidance teachers have limited time and still concurrently become subject teachers and perform other tasks, students who are still passive and difficult to cooperate, then obstacles to coordination with parents and internal parties, still limited facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of counseling guidance, and not yet optimal implementation of guidance and counseling management. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakuakan untuk mengetahui berbagai hambatan yang dialami oleh guru bimbingan konseling di di MA AIAI dan MA Bahrul Huda Kecamatan Sungaiselan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh guru bimbingan konseling menjadikan proses pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di MA tersebut belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa aspek yang menjadi kendala pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling antara lain: Guru bimbingan konseling memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan masih merangkap menjadi guru mata pelajaran dan melakukan tugas-tugas lainnya, siswa yang masih pasif dan sulit untuk bekerjasama, kemudian hambatan koordinasi dengan orangtua dan pihak internal, masih terbatasnya sarana dan prasranan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling, serta belum maksimal

Abstract

Abstract It is hoped that the BKI IAIN SAS Babel Study Program will become a study program that integrates religious knowledge and applicable and strategic da'wah activities to meet the service needs of the people. As well as, it becomes a skills sector to develop the needs of the people of Bangka Belitung. So the reality of alumni in Babel needs to be known. The research method uses qualitative research with data collection techniques through direct and indirect interviews using Google Form media, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that, religious instructors, guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, school principals, caregivers of students at Islamic boarding schools, Regional Representative Body (BPD), youth leaders, village government staff. KEYWORDS: Role 1, Alumni 2, BKI Study Program 3, Abstrak Program Studi BKI IAIN SAS Babel diharapkan akan menjadi prodi yang mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan aktivitas dakwah yang aplikatif dan strategis untuk memenuhi layanan kebutuhan umat. Serta, menjadi bidang keterampilan untuk mengembangkan kebutuhan masyarakat Bangka Belitung. Sehingga realitas alumni di babel perlu untuk di ketahui. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan media google form, observasi dan dokumentasi. Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine how the implementation of interpersonal communication by guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with the problems of students who experience problems of low self-esteem. The research used was descriptive qualitative by digging up information from two MTs Al-Islam Kemuja counseling guidance teachers. Data collection using interviews and observations. The results showed that counseling guidance teachers apply interpersonal communication to as an effort to deal with students' self-esteem problems. The interpersonal communication applied, by covering aspects. Openness, in this case the counseling guidance teacher applies open communication and certain strategies so that students can also open themselves to their problems for the smooth process of counseling guidance. Empathy, by showing verbal and nonverbal communication that shows the counseling guidance teacher understands the problems experienced by students. Support, providing advice and advice to problematic students. Positive feeling, giving positive messages such as motivating to be better. Equality, applying all students equally and sharing experiences if there are the same problem conditions as those experienced by counseling guidance teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the various obstacles experienced by One of the social problems Related to the public policy field Social welfare is a problem for street children. Presence of children Roads on public facilities can cause various traffic problems and urban security. The purpose of this research is to determine the role and results from individual guidance for street children through social area patrol programs by the Islands Province Village Social and Community Empowerment Service Bangka Belitung. This research uses qualitative research methods with types field research. The subjects in this research were two people The supervisors are social workers (Peksos) with social counselors (Pensos). provide individual guidance and five selected street children purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation. Then the data will be analyzed using domain model analysis Spradley. Data collection is carried out continuously through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research explain the treatment carried out for street children by social workers and social workers through the provision of ongoing individual guidance in three stages, namely, the initial stage, the middle stage and the final stage. Post provided individual guidance services there are changes in children such as, changing behavior, discovering one's potential, and establishing independence. So that it prevents children from carrying out activities on the streets, such as previously.
