Abstract

This paper will discuss about how coalition forms are carried out by political parties, especially islamic political parties. What is the coalition process, what are the motives of the coalition, and how the formation of the coalition formed will be discussed in this paper. During the Presidential and Vice President Elections in 2019, there were two candidate pairs competing, namely the Ir.Joko Widodo-KH.Maruf Amin and the couple Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.This paper uses a qualitative method with the type of case study. The electoral realm of the 2019 Presidential Elections became the empirical space discussed. The 2019 presidential election was supported by a large coalition of Jokowi-Maruf supporters and Prabowo-Sandi suppoters. These two pairs of candidates are supported by political parties based on the Islamic and nationally voters. From this 2019 Presidential Election, we can see the ideological movements of political parties in Indonesia. First, political parties are still oriented towards victory rather than ideology and policy. Second, the ideology of political parties is increasingly blurred. Third, the influence of the electoral system which led to the escape of the ideology of political parties.

Abstract

Kebijakan sensus penduduk secara on line diterapkan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Sensus dalam jaringan ini dilakukan pada Tahun 2020. Kebijakan sesus penduduk secara on line merupakan strategi yang dilakukan untuk menghitung jumlah penduduk secara efektif dan efesien. Sensus penduduk secara on line ini juga dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan Era 4.0 yang dilakukan berbasis informasi dan teknologi.  Pelaksanaan sensus secara on line ini mengandalkan big data yang terintegrasi. Sensus penduduk secara daring ini merupakan yang pertama di Indonesia dan mengandalkan bonus demografi. Kebijakan sensus penduduk secara on line ini juga dapat kita lihat dari respon bagaimana integrasi antara elit yakni pemerintah dan masa yakni masayarakat dalam merespon kebijakan sensus penduduk secara on line.

Abstract

This article will discuss the Indonesian people, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014-2019, Susi Pudjiastuti. Susi is a central figure who is able to steal public attention. Various academic writings have been written about the figure of Susi Pudjiastuti, most of which discuss leadership and communication strategies. This paper wants to look deeper into the strength and leadership of Islam. This paper wants to look at the power possessed by Susi, the Domination of Charisma and Islamic Leadership. Susi Pudjiastuti gave a deep picture that women in Islam do not get shackles to do politics. Women get a broad space and leadership skills that are not much different from men. This paper uses a qualitative approach to character studies. The data collection method in this paper is obtained through documentation from time media, books and other literature. Further research that can be done includes the political leadership of Islamic women in the bureaucracy, as well as differences in leadership between men and women.

Abstract

This paper will discuss how the existence of the National Awakening Party (PKB) in the 2019 election votes in Pati Regency. How the PKB vote got in the 2019 election in Pati, the existence of PKB in Pati, how PKB maintains its existence, will be discussed in this paper. The National Awakening Party (PKB) which is a pseudo-religious party born from NU led by Abdul Rahman Wahid, and declared on July 23, 1998 in Jakarta in the 2019 simultaneous elections in Pati Regency, was able to score six seats. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative research method with a case study type that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. While the technical data collection by studying documentation from books, journals, internet and other relevant sources to obtain secondary data. From the analysis using Pedersan's view with the theory of political party growth, PKB itself to get six seats in the 2019 simultaneous elections in Pati Regency was previously formed through several phases, the first is declaration, the second is authorization, the third is representation, and the last is relevance. There are several ways in which PKB maintains its existence itself, the first is by maintaining party solidarity. The second way is with strong support from the socio-religious organization Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). The third way is by the appearance of popular figures. And the last way is by having

Abstract

This paper shows that village development is an important program in community development. Of course, this development also relies on community participation. The tourism village cannot be separated from the participation of the community in it. The condition of the community will be the main factor in the interest of the ongoing process of developing a tourist village. When people are able to think properly and correctly, the management of natural resources will be better. The results of this research also show the results if the packaging of the tourist village will affect the results of the tourists who attend, because good creations and innovations will bring some good things or visitor participation will be better for the tourism manager and the surrounding community. To achieve this maximum result, one of the efforts is to use the PRA or Participatory Rural Appraisal method.This research method uses a qualitative method with the type of case study. The method of data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and observation. For future research, it can be done by deepening the PRA technique in village development.

Abstract

Seperti yang telah tercantum dalam UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 dan UU Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 yang mengamanatkan bahwa pada tahun 2024 akan diadakan pemilu secara serentak dalam satu tahun meliputi pemilu presiden, pemilu legislatif, dan pemilihan kepala daerah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai komunikasi poliik yang dilakukan oleh salah satu calon presiden yaitu Anies Baswedan menjelang pilpres 2024. Adapun pendekatan yang Penulis gunakan dalam menganalisis lebih lanjut adalah melalui pendekatan behavioral approach. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian dengan menggunakan desain kualitatif. Karena pada dasarnya, penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pengamatan mendalam terhadap pola komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh suatu aktor politik, Anies Baswedan dalam menyongsong pencalonan dirinya dalam Pilpres 2024. Data yang didapat melalui penelitian kepustakaan intensif tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan dijabarkan dalam pembahasan sebagai temuan dalam penelitian ini. Pada akhirnya dalam tulisan ini ditemukan bahwa sejauh ini, Anies Baswedan telah melakukan berbagai macam komunikasi politik guna menyongsong dirinya menjadi bakal calon presiden dalam Pilpres tahun 2024. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa di antara banyaknya komunikasi politik yang telah dilakukan Anies, terdapat tiga yang paling menonjol, yaitu melalui interaksi langsung dengan massa, jejaring aktor, dan public relations politics.

Abstract

This article will discuss the dynamics of local politics in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which is analyzed through a culturalist perspective. In this research, culturalist theory is used to analyze whether the granting of special autonomy to Yogyakarta will be able to produce a culture, politics and economy that is different from other regions (which are not given special regional autonomy). The research method used to analyze written problem formulations is a qualitative method with data analysis in the form of descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through literature studies, obtained from similar research in the form of journals, articles and online news to support research. The results of this research reveal that the dynamics of the 'Yogyakarta Special Region' through a culturalist perspective provide an explanation that culture gives rise to an influence on politics as a whole. In D. I. Yogyakarta, there is a long historical journey in fighting for their culture to be maintained to this day. Until the birth of Law Number 13 of 2012 concerning the Yogyakarta Special Region Law which grants special autonomy to the Yogyakarta Special Region to manage its own region. The recommendation of this research is the need for further research by future researchers regarding the special legislation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta from different perspectives or theories.

Abstract

This paper wants to reveal the contestation of power in Islamic mass organizations. The contestation for power that usually runs hot turns out to be cold and shady in the Muhammadiyah organization. This progressive Islamic movement uses the e-voting system in its election process. This process started with the selection of 216 leadership candidates, then narrowed down to 126 prospective candidates, 92 prospective candidates, up to 39 candidates and ended with 13 leadership. The tiered selection process from the tanwir meeting until the 13 leaders were elected was carried out through e-voting. There are several advantages of this e-voting system, it is more practical and more time and energy efficient. The e-voting process is also a process of deepening and maturing democracy in the future. Where there are no prominent factions, there are no SARA issues and there is no money politics. Furthermore, if we reflect according to Islamic political ethics, the correct practice of the Muhammadiyah Conference is. How can the values of al is, al musawah, al amanah, al musulliyah and al hurriyah be applied to all the organizing committee, participants and cheerleaders of the Muktamar Muhammadiyah, to become an added value for this Islamic mass organization. The research method we used to compile this research is a qualitative method with a case study type. The practical recommendations that we provide include that the neatly arranged system in Muhammadiyah Ormas can be implemented by other mass organizations or groups. Abstract

This research aims to provide a knowledge horizon regarding the importance of socialization in the Kudus religions election, as a form of providing understanding to novice voters and oriented towards increasing competent community participation. This research also reconstructs an understanding regarding the importance of the P5 program to equip students or novice voters to have a soul. democratic at school and in the community, and able to respond intensively to political dynamics in regional elections. This research focuses on the General Election Commission institution to look at its existence and main tasks and functions to provide political understanding for novice voters contextually in social society. The research approach is in the form of a qualitative approach, with observation, deskriptive, documentation, comparative, literature review, group discussion forums and tables as concrete forms of research validity. The results of the research show that understanding politics for beginner voters is very much needed as the main capital in determining candidate preferences by looking at track records, vision and mission and utilizing digital media as a comprehensive source of information, as well as instilling in the souls of students as beginner voters in a democratic context which is very necessary to face Holy Pilkada 2024, then in terms of socialization it is necessary to increase the participation of the community and first-time voters as evidenced by the percentage after the 2024  regional elections that voter participation is very high with a percentage of 86.57%.

Abstract

Regional head elections or Pilkada are electoral processes at the local level organized by the KPU in the region with the principles of direct, general, free, secret, honest, and fair elections. One of the central roles performed by the KPU is conducting political education. This is also what the KPU of Kudus Regency has done. One of the target points in the KPU's socialization program is first-time voters. First-time voters in the Kudus Pilkada are a central focus due to their fantastic number, according to the KPU Kudus's voter list totaling 145,140 first-time voters. This research aims to examine the steps taken by the KPU of Kudus Regency to increase voter participation. This research aims to understand the steps taken by the KPU (General Elections Commission) of Kudus Regency in increasing voter participation. The research method we used is descriptive qualitative research and data collection through observation and in-depth interviews. The findings include the role of the KPU of Kudus Regency in enhancing the political participation of first-time voters through several means, including 'KPU Kudus Goes To Campus'. Conclusion: The role performed by the KPU of Kudus Regency in increasing political participation among first-time voters is already optimal, although the delivery of material is less comprehensive. Meanwhile, the factors influencing the increase in voter participation are political party factors, political socialization with volunteers, and political awareness factors.
