Abstract

The state electricity company is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the field of electricity. The state electricity company that deals with customer service, namely the distribution section. The state electricity company is an electricity industry that has the potential for people's lives. PT. The Sidoarjo regional electricity company is one of the state electricity companies engaged in the distribution of electricity for customer service management and electricity network services. However, recently there were customer complaints regarding the withdrawal of 900 VA electricity subsidies, this withdrawal was due to policies from the government which were considered to be inadequate to obtain electricity subsidies. Teratric researchers to examine this research because the case experienced just happened and the researchers wanted to know how the process carried out by PR in completing the case. From the study, it was adjusted the results that the poorer communities could still get electricity subsidies by submitting a certificate of incapacity from the kelurahan. This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses descriptive types of research. The literature review used is a functional approach using an open system model with a "two-way symmetrical" approach from the results of this study that public relations succeeded in carrying out its role as a communication facilitator.Keywords: Communication Facilitators, Public relations, Customer

Abstract

This study aims to examine students' perceptions of the constructivism learning model in improving mahara kitabah skills at MAN 1 Indragiri Hilir. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study method. The research subjects were grade XI students who participated in learning maharah kitabah with constructivism model. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of student writing. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis technique. The results showed that students have a positive perception of constructivism learning which makes learning more interactive, collaborative, and meaningful. This learning model is proven to be able to improve students' Arabic writing skills, especially in sentence structure, vocabulary, and fluency in conveying ideas. The obstacles faced are shyness during presentation and difficulty expressing written ideas. This study recommends teachers to develop inclusive and supportive learning methods to overcome these obstacles and improve the effectiveness of mahara kitabah learning.

Abstract

Enjin roket cair ECX1000H2-3 telah dikembangkan dengan mengadopsi injektor konfigurasi baru untuk meningkatkan gaya dorong yang telah dicapai enjin sebelumnya. Injektor baru mempunyai jumlah lubang fuel dan oksidator masing-masing sebanyak 54 dan 156 dengan diameter sebesar 1 mm. Bentuk elemen injektor telah dimodifikasi untuk meningkatkan debit propelan. Uji static telah dilakukan untuk menguji kinerja sistem enjin secara keseluruhan. Hasil pengujian mencatat gaya dorong dan tekanan rata-rata sebesar 730 kgf dan 22,6 bar atau meningkat 19,7% dari hasil enjin sebelumnya, namun masih 84 % lebih rendah dari prediksi berdasarkan hasil uji injector dikarenakan kinerja sistem pengumpan yang tidak optimal. Selain itu, terjadi ledakan kecil saat penyalaan karena akumulasi propelan yang tidak terbakar akibat terbatasnya area kontak api penyalaan dengan propelan.
