Abstract

As one of the healthcare facilities, the hospital has a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of the health status of the Indonesian people. Human resource development policies are guidelines or activities carried out by organizations or agencies to develop or increase work professionalism, such as knowledge and skills improvement programs. This research is qualitative research according to the object of this study, so this type of research is included in the category of library research. Data collection techniques include identifying books, papers, articles, magazines, websites, or other information related to this study. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely qualitative analysis activities are carried out interactively and continuously until it is deemed sufficient. The study results indicate that nursing is a form of health service that is professional in meeting basic human needs that can be addressed by individuals, families, or communities in the healthy-sick range. Supervision in the context of nursing is a process of providing support for the resources nurses need to complete tasks to achieve the goals that have been set.

Abstract

Perceived Kidney Disease Self-Management Scale (PKDSMS) merupakan Instrumen digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan dalam menajemen diri terkait dengan perawatan penyakit ginjal dengan terapi hemodialisa maupun yang tidak menjalani hemodialisa. Instrument ini dinyatakan valid dan dapat diandalkan dalam mengukur efikasi diri dan mendukung pengembangan intervensi yang meningkatkan kompetensi yang dirasakan untuk meningkatkan manajemen diri pasien gagal ginjal. Metode Dalam penelitian ini kami menerjemahkan instrumen asli dalam versi bahasa Inggris ke versi bahasa Indonesia selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas pada 40 pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Hasil Nilai corrected item-total correlation dari 8 item pertanyaan yaitu 0.598 lebih dari nilai r tabel (0.312) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedelapan item pertanyaan tesebut memiliki korelasi positif yang memiliki kekuatan sedang. Hasil nilai cronbach’s alpha pada setiap item pertanyaan adalah >0.5 dan cronbach’s alpha secara keseluruhan 0.831. Kesimpulan Instrumen Perceived Kidney Disease Self-Management Scale / PKDSMS versi Indonesia memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang dapat menilai kemampuan dalam menajemen diri pasien hemodialisa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of nursing competence and supervision on nurse performance at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The study population was part of the nursing staff at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so the number of samples interested was 145 people. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = 0.137 + 0.800X1 + 0.227X2. Competence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count is 10.893 > t table 1.65 with a significance of 0.000 and nursing supervision has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count> t table or 3.817> 1.65 with a significance of 0.000
