There are three stages of activity in analyzing qualitative data: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Employee performance is the results employees achieve in specific functions and tasks to meet job requirements. Parts of a process or activity that are done by employees affect how well they do their jobs. The result is the level at which the employee finishes the work based on the conditions that were given. Data that comes from scripts, interviews, field notes, documents, and so on is then described so that it can provide clarity on reality or reality. In collecting this data, the authors go directly to the research object to obtain valid data. The results show that the relationship between elements of organizational culture is dynamic through a reciprocal process. Organizational values manifest basic assumptions and vice versa, so this process continues towards a balance point between stability and changing elements of the corporate culture. Abstract

The services in question are health services that are fast, precise, cheap, and friendly. With the increasing safety of hospital patients, public trust in hospital services is also hoped to increase. Patient safety is a top priority to be implemented related to the issue of quality and hospital image. This kind of research is known as descriptive qualitative research, and rather than being reported in the form of statistics, the findings are described verbally and shown visually. A technique of study known as qualitative research gathers descriptive data from persons in the form of written or spoken words and data collected by watching their behavior. Understanding different data-collection tactics enable researchers to get data, assuming that the strategy displays an abstract. It is not feasible to physically materialize it into objects that can be seen, yet, it is possible to demonstrate it via their application. The results show that implementing quality services is very important in this era of competition. The higher the service quality, the more satisfied service recipients will be. Service quality in this era is an essential factor and is one of the keys to competitive advantage in marketing. Service quality can be used to measure customer satisfaction with the company. Improving the quality of health services, service quality, and patient satisfaction are indicators of service delivery success in hospitals.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between strategic human resource (HR) practices and financial performance, focusing on optimizing HR investments for sustainable economic success. The research addresses HR practices such as training, competency development, and reward systems in enhancing organizational outcomes. A systematic literature review (SLR) methodology synthesized findings from recent industry studies. This approach allowed for an integrative analysis of theoretical frameworks, including the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Agency Theory, to contextualize the impact of strategic HR practices on financial performance. The study highlights the significant influence of HR practices on organizational productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Practices like Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) enhance sustainability and improve reputation and financial outcomes. Integrating technology, such as data analytics and performance tracking systems, was identified as a crucial enabler for decision-making and resource optimization. The findings also emphasize aligning HR planning with organizational strategies to ensure coherent and effective workforce management. This research contributes to academic literature and practical applications by offering actionable strategies for optimizing HR investments. It provides a roadmap for managers to implement innovative HR practices that align with business objectives, foster sustainability, and enhance competitiveness. This study's limitations, including its reliance on secondary data, suggest avenues for future empirical research to validate and expand on these findings.
