Abstract

The Social Service of West Sulawesi Province has duties and functions in terms of formulating technical policies in the social sector following the Regional Development Plan (RPD), namely planning, fostering, and controlling technical procedures in the social sector, developing, fostering, and controlling technical policies for the implementation of the Technical Implementing Unit (TIU), and carrying out other tasks assigned by superiors following their field of duty. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, where the data is in words and pictures, not numbers. Analysis of the data used is a descriptive-analytical method, describing the data collected in words, pictures, and not numbers. Data that comes from scripts, interviews, field notes, documents, and so on is then described so that it can provide clarity on reality or reality. In collecting this data, the authors go directly to the research object to obtain valid data. The results show that the relationship between elements of organizational culture is dynamic through a reciprocal process. Organizational values manifest basic assumptions and vice versa, so this process continues towards a balance point between stability and changing elements of the corporate culture. Performance quality is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of a job done by human resources or other resources in achieving the goals or objectives of the company properly and efficiently.

Abstract

As one of the healthcare facilities, the hospital has a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of the health status of the Indonesian people. Human resource development policies are guidelines or activities carried out by organizations or agencies to develop or increase work professionalism, such as knowledge and skills improvement programs. This research is qualitative research according to the object of this study, so this type of research is included in the category of library research. Data collection techniques include identifying books, papers, articles, magazines, websites, or other information related to this study. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely qualitative analysis activities are carried out interactively and continuously until it is deemed sufficient. The study results indicate that nursing is a form of health service that is professional in meeting basic human needs that can be addressed by individuals, families, or communities in the healthy-sick range. Supervision in the context of nursing is a process of providing support for the resources nurses need to complete tasks to achieve the goals that have been set.

Abstract

Learning innovations in schools occur in the school system, which includes existing components. Among them is the school education system, which consists of curriculum, rules, and organizational management of learning resource centers. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on the specifications or competency criteria that every teacher must have. This research is included in the category of literature research, namely first, by noting all findings regarding consumption motivation in general in each research discussion obtained in the literature and sources. In the era of digital technology disruption, the idea of learning facilitated by teachers is more related to digital technology because most students are more interested in paying attention to the essential things, so information and communication technology-based learning is needed to support the professionalism of a teacher. The performance of clinical supervision is for the improvement and development of the teaching and learning process in total, such as improving the quality of teacher teaching, fostering the growth of the teaching profession in a broad sense, including the provision of facilities that support the smooth teaching and learning process, improving the quality of teacher knowledge and skills, providing guidance and coaching.

Abstract

This study examines the inherent duality in poverty policy, analyzing the discrepancy between the goals established by policies and the actual outcomes of their execution. The study employs an analytical methodology to examine diverse poverty programs implemented in various countries, emphasizing their accomplishments and shortcomings. The paper begins by providing an overview of the historical development of poverty policy and elucidating how economic and social perspectives have influenced strategies for poverty management. The study subsequently explores the implementation of these rules, encompassing the frequently encountered issues and obstacles. Emphasis is placed on examining case studies that demonstrate effective poverty reduction measures and cases when expectations were not fulfilled. Using data and case studies, the paper examines the crucial aspects that impact the efficacy of poverty initiatives, including the political framework, economic resources, and community participation. In addition, the topic encompasses the influence of technology and innovation on developing more flexible and receptive poverty policies. Ultimately, the study thoroughly examines the interplay between theory and practice in poverty policy. This indicates that a more all-encompassing and inclusive strategy may be required to tackle poverty concerns effectively. Hence, the article's objective is to offer valuable perspectives for policymakers, practitioners, and academics concerned with addressing poverty in a constantly evolving global environment.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance, with innovation as a mediating variable at PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar. The research is based on organizational sociology and human resource management theories, which emphasize the importance of internal corporate factors in enhancing productivity and achieving business objectives. The study explores how these factors interact to influence employees' ability to contribute effectively to organizational goals. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method conducted among employees of PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using inferential statistical methods to examine the relationships among the research variables. The results indicate that organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style positively affect employee performance. Furthermore, innovation plays a significant mediating role, strengthening the relationship between these factors and employee performance. The findings suggest that organizations should foster a culture that supports innovation, provide a conducive work environment, and implement leadership styles that encourage creativity and active employee participation. By enhancing these aspects, companies can improve employee performance and overall corporate success. This study contributes to the growing body of research on employee performance management, particularly within the telecommunications industry. The practical implications emphasize the need for companies to continuously adapt their organizational strategies to remain competitive in an evolving business landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of nursing competence and supervision on nurse performance at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The study population was part of the nursing staff at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so the number of samples interested was 145 people. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = 0.137 + 0.800X1 + 0.227X2. Competence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count is 10.893 > t table 1.65 with a significance of 0.000 and nursing supervision has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count> t table or 3.817> 1.65 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the school environment on the motivation of elementary school teachers in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The population elements in this study were all elementary school teachers from Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province, totaling 390 people. Sampling used probability sampling with the stratified random sampling method so that the sample in this study amounted to 150 people. This study consists of school environment variables with indicators of adequate work facilities, a harmonious work climate, fair and supportive leaders and the dependent variable is work motivation. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = = 0.032 + 0.752X1 + 0.102X2 +0.335X3. The correlation between adequate work facilities and teacher motivation is very strong with a value of 0.831, followed by the correlation between fair and supportive leaders and teacher motivation with a correlation value of 0.742, and finally the correlation between a harmonious work climate and teacher motivation of 0.622.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Work Climate on Employee Performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Papua Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection uses a questionnaire, with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing is carried out using partial, simultaneous and dominant tests (Beta test). The research results show that Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment play a positive and significant role in improving employee performance; Work discipline plays the most dominant role in employee performance at the West Papua Province Regional Civil Service Agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh kompetensi, keterlibatan kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Universitas Carita Indonesia Manokwari yang masih tergolong baru dan menghadapi tantangan peningkatan kualitas SDM. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana ketiga variabel tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, serta mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel karyawan sebanyak 45 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, lalu dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji parsial, simultan, dan dominan. Temuan mengkonfirmasi bahwa kompetensi, keterlibatan kerja, dan etos kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan kerja ditemukan sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan arahan bagi pengelola sumber daya manusia untuk memprioritaskan pengembangan keterlibatan kerja, kompetensi, dan etos kerja dalam rangka memperbaiki kinerja secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan dasar untuk studi lanjutan dalam pengelolaan kinerja di institusi pendidikan tinggi.
