Abstract

The extracurricular system at SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City which is currently running is still manual, that is, by means of every activity announcement, it is still notified or delivered in the school wall or directly on the school field and notification via WhatsApp group. The management of extracurricular activities makes the academic section of students experience internal problems which will make the process of managing extracurricular activities take a long time. The method used in making this system by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The system built on this website uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input needs on the Extracurricular Website of SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City are extracurricular data, student data, and registration data. Process requirements needed are: Login Process, Registration Process, and input, edit, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: registration activity reports. The purpose of making this Job Training is the creation of an extracurricular website for SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in developing extracurricular activities effectively.

Abstract

Zakat is maliyah ijtima'iyyah worship which has a very important, strategic, and decisive position both in terms of Islamic teachings and in terms of developing the welfare of the people. zakat, infaq, and alms that come in, and data management carried out through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. In addition, the limited budget for existing funds makes BAZNAS experience problems in managing application. One solution to this problem is the creation of an application for zakat, infaq, and alms. Making this application more leverage than writing all incoming zakat, infaq, and alms data, and managing data through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. This financial integration system was built in four stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing with the PHP programming language framework, namely Laravel and PostgreSQL database. The features in this application are zakat calculators, payments, registrations and reports. This application provides added value, namely the management of zakat, infaq, and alms data to be faster and more accurate and is expected to help the performance of BAZNAS officers in Batanghari Regency.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that passes through the Pacific Ring of Fire or commonly called the Pacific Ring of Fire. The area is an area that often occurs natural disasters such as floods, droughts and hurricanes. The National SAR Agency (Basarnas), which is an Indonesian Non-Ministerial Government Institution that carries out tasks in the field of search and rescue (Search And Rescue / SAR). Natural disasters can occur suddenly or through a process that takes place slowly. In some types of disasters such as hurricanes, it is almost impossible to accurately predict when, where, and where they will occur. The shock occurred due to a lack of vigilance and preparedness in dealing with the threat of danger, resulting in many fatalities, injuries and material losses. For this reason, efforts are urgently needed to bring about the impact of disasters. In this study, the method used in grouping the data is K-Means clustering. The result of this research is the grouping of disaster-prone and non-disaster-prone areas which are represented in the Geographical Information System (GIS). Based on the grouping using K-Means Prov. Jambi is divided into 2 disaster groups with the characteristics of disaster-prone areas and non-disaster-prone areas. The 2 groups have validated their accuracy. Cluster 1 includes the city of Jambi, which has high rainfall and causes flooding, while cluster 2 includes Kerinci, Sarolagun, Batanghari, Muaro Jambi, East Tanjung Jabung, West Tanjung Jabung, Tebo, Bungo, Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

Information System Application Reporting Departure and Arrival of Transport Equipment of the Jambi Immigration Office is a system of convenience in making reports on recording ship departures and ship arrivals at ports from things such as data recap, report entry and also ease of inspection on ships dating and departing. From where in building the system in this system development tools are used, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Context Diagrams, as well as using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MySQL as databases.

Abstract

Mega Central Finance (MCF) Group is a company under CT.Corpora. The Mega Central Finance (MCF) Group company functions as a company engaged in financing and credit, located in Muara Bulian. The purpose of this study using the "K-means" data mining method is to obtain data reports on customers who are entitled to receive loans from the Mega Central Finance (MCF) Group. Clustering includes inputting data from customers who apply for loans, then entering the registration process to enter the customer's name, the calculation process using RapidMiner. It takes several variables used in clustering, namely the variable "Amount of Loans, Term, Income, Number of Pickup Vehicles". The results of clustering obtained three clusters, namely cluster 1 there are 7 active customer data which has a very small number of clusters. Cluster 2 contains 93 passive customer data which has a cluster number with the highest number of customer data from cluster 1 and cluster 3. Cluster 3 contains 50 repeat order customer data which has a moderate number of clusters. Finally, the results from the three clusters above are obtained.

Abstract

Within the scope of the company, the system is something that is needed and implemented in it so that the company's operational activities can run well. Monitoring of the running of the system is also necessary so that every job goes according to the rules, which will affect employee performance and as evaluation material for the company to develop an even better system. As in the work on new installations at PT Telkom Access Jambi, it is often found that technicians are slow in updating their work processes in the field and sector heads are also slow in updating order status in their recaps, so this affects the number of installations (active services). less. To minimize these constraints, we need a system that can monitor and update orders so that the processing process is clear, easy and transparent.

Abstract

Efficient assessment of medical employees is crucial for delivering quality healthcare services. This research proposes a Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) employing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate top employees and outstanding medical staff in the Kei Medika startup. The system assigns weights to evaluation criteria, generating rankings for employees. System evaluation results demonstrate efficiency and consistency in assessments. This technology aids in enhancing medical service quality by identifying high-performing staff.

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a Public Broadcasting Institution which organizes radio activities that are independent, neutral and function to provide information services, education, healthy entertainment, social control and social glue as well as preserving the nation's culture for the benefit of all levels of society through the implementation of radio broadcasting that reaching the entire territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The aim of this research is to develop a system in the form of information, more precisely an information system, which aims to provide information related to RRI that can be known by the public or radio listeners on RRI. Of course, this information system is newer and its appearance can really attract public attention, more so than the previous RRI website. In the future, this information system can be used by RRI as an information system media and of course it can be further developed in the future. The collected data was analyzed using the web using the PHP programming language. PHP is a server-side language that is integrated with HTML, to create dynamic web pages, one of its functions is to receive, process and display data on a site, the data received will be processed in a database server program, then the results are displayed back on the browser screen. a site.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance is a government assistance program that provides cash for the poor. Poverty is also a factor in people's inability to meet their daily needs, causing difficulties in meeting their basic needs. For data collection, secondary data came from various literature related to direct cash assistance. Based on the data that has been explained, the findings in the implementation of direct cash assistance are not yet optimal because various kinds of problems are still found, such as discrepancies in providing direct cash assistance, which aims to assist in the calculation process according to those who are less fortunate or who deserve assistance. cash straight away. To classify recipients of this assistance, the K-Means method is used to analyze an object that is included in the class attribute in the algorithm. The K-Means method is a method that aims to group several data based on the characteristics of the data quickly and efficiently. The tool used is Rapidminer software to calculate the data accounting level.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (RME) are important records, which are recorded to describe a patient's medical status in digital or computerized form. One of the goals of this integration program is so that all RME data can be standardized using SNOMED-CT which is an international terminology standard related to clinical terms issued by SNOMED International, including a comprehensive vocabulary of medical concepts, including medical and anatomical conditions, as well as medical tests, treatments, procedures, ICD-10, ICD-9 CM and LOINC.
