Abstract

Teknologi saat ini sudah sangat memberikan berbagai macam pilihan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan system pengawasan, salah satunya adalah notifikasi menggunakan email mengingat hampir semua pengguna smatphone memiliki akun email. Teknologi yang kerap digunakan oleh developer dalam membangun berbagai macam system yang user friendly adalah website yang pada dasarnya mempunyai slogan connect everytime, everywhere with everyone. Penggunaan framework dalam pembuatan sebuah sistem saat ini menjadi sebuah keharusan mengingat tuntutan kecepatan, ketepatan dan juga keamanan. PHPMailer merupakan salah satu library yang menunjang proses notifikasi antara user dan juga sistem.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi dan industri menjadi sektor yang paling banyak dituntut perubahan dengan berkembangnya isu Revolusi Industri 4.0. Salah satu hal yang mendasar adalah tentang keamanan, integrasi data dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas. Sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu jawaban atas beberapa tuntutan tersebut, dengan kemampuannya menghasilkan dokumen digital yang terintegrasi dengan satu akun. Selain itu, sisi keaslian dokumen menjadi jaminan, dengan fitur autentikasi mandiri yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi, sehingga tidak semua orang dapat menduplikasinya. Memanfaatkan Qrcode yang dipadukan dengan framework Codeigniter dapat menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mampu memberikan kemudahan pada setiap penggunanya dalam berbagai hal, mulai dari mengorganisir dokumen digital dengan jaminan kemanan yang memadai, mengurangi penggunaan kertas hingga integrasi data yang dapat dijangkau.

Abstract

University and industry became the sectors most demanded for change with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 issue. One of the basic things is about security, data integration and reducing paper usage. This system can be used as one of the answers to some of these demands, with the ability to produce digital documents integrated with one account. In addition, the authenticity of documents is guaranteed, with the standalone authentication feature owned by the application, so that not everyone can duplicate it. Utilizing the Qrcode that is integrated with the Codeigniter framework can produce an application that is able to provide convenience to each of its users in a variety of things, from organizing digital documents with adequate security guarantees, reducing paper usage to integrating affordable data.

Abstract

Drug abuse is currently a very serious threat to the current generation. The current danger of drugs is so terrible that the government has to deal with drug abuse and drug addicts by means of rehabilitation. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular the Directorate of Drugs and the Jambi Regional Police, based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, regarding rehabilitation and narcotics addicts have an obligation to carry out a rehabilitation program. However, nationally, especially in Jambi Province, there is currently no reporting system on the management and control of narcotics addicts data online while based on 2021 data, the data on narcotics addicts is quite high, so it requires a system for monitoring the rehabilitation data for narcotics addicts to make it easier to monitor. its existence. In order to overcome the existing problems, the author wants to help and make it easier by designing and building an information system for the rehabilitation of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police area using the agile software development method. The purpose of building a system using this method is to assist and facilitate the management and control of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police by involving maximum involvement of stakeholders and related parties, especially the Narcotics Directorate and Jambi Regional Police so that the use of applications is more adaptive and can be developed more widely. more in responding to the challenges and changes that exist. The result of this research is that the system development is carried out using the agile software development method using six stages, namely meetings (meeting), planning (plan), design (develop), testing (test), and evaluation (evaluation). Based on the results of system testing carried out using black box testing, the system was as expected

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (RME) are important records, which are recorded to describe a patient's medical status in digital or computerized form. One of the goals of this integration program is so that all RME data can be standardized using SNOMED-CT which is an international terminology standard related to clinical terms issued by SNOMED International, including a comprehensive vocabulary of medical concepts, including medical and anatomical conditions, as well as medical tests, treatments, procedures, ICD-10, ICD-9 CM and LOINC.

Abstract

PT. XYZ (XYZ ) is a company engaged in the rental of heavy equipment. The problems faced by PT. XYZ include frequent errors in heavy equipment rental transactions, difficulties in data retrieval, challenges in dissementing information about equipment rentals, and problems in the management of equipment maintenance. The aim of this research is to design a web-based system for heavy equipment rental and maintenance schedulling system. The methodology used in the system design employs descriptive analysis with a case study approach. The system modeling tool used is the Data Flow Diagram. The prototype of this application is expected to facilitate PT. XYZ in conducting heavy equipment rental processes, easing maintenance scheduling, and generating reports. To achieve theses objective, the system will manage input data such as heavy equipment unit data, technician data, and service data. From these processes, the system will generate reports such as transcantion reports and maintenance reports

Abstract

Expert system is a computer based system using knowledge, fact, and logical technique in solving a problem which usually can be solve by the expert in a certain field. This expert system has dynamic characteristic, It means the user who has access right as expert is able to manage knowledge along with the development of recent knowledge. This expert system can help motorbike owner and mechanical fledgeling ones. Here in word pictures about damage which happens, analysing trouble, with damage and solution cause that is expoused draws so get to work righteously an expert or its pro, without remove dependency on a n expert.

Abstract

Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu dari 25 Kota di Indonesia yang dinobatkan sebagai Kota yang siap untuk menerapkan Smart City dalam Gerakan Menuju Smart City sesuai dengan penandatanganan berita acara yang dilakukan oleh Kemkominfo pada bulan Mei lalu di Ciputat. Saat ini Kota Jambi sedang mengkonsep secara garis besar mengenai beberapa sistem yang akan diterapkan di Kota Jambi. BPB-Damkar dibentuk oleh pemerintah Kota Jambi untuk bertanggung jawab selalu siaga, tanggap dan berdaya dalam penanggulangan bencana alam di Kota Jambi. Masalah klasik yang selalu timbul adalah ketiadaan integrasi data yang dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan keluaran data lengkap dan pasti mengenai kebencanaan. Pemrograman Android yang dipadukan dengan teknologi Google Maps API diharapkan mampu menjadi sebuah solusi untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk sama-sama berkontribusi sesuai hak dan kewajiban masing-masing dalam menanggulangi bencana alam di Kota Jambi sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah sistem yang menunjang Smart City di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The development of the digital world has increasingly created new spaces for researchers to deepen their knowledge and create new things. This is comparable to the challenges that were born to be conquered with the latest innovations. The digital world is closely related to data attachment. Data is a very vital need today. Many companies are aware of the importance of data willing to spend fantastic funds to produce a set of data. Of course this requires a large space to be utilized as much as possible. This research offers a solution that can be used to utilize a system in a structured, large scale and long term manner. This research produces an application that can be used by the campus in organizing documents on a large scale to facilitate anyone in accessing them. It is expected that this application can increase the awareness of all parties about the importance of archiving documents in digital form.

Abstract

Agriculture is the engine of the Indonesian economy. Based on the records of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in the second quarter of 2017, the agricultural sector continued to make a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy. According to BPS, it is seen that the amount of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP) reached Rp 3,366.8 trillion. The data seems to be a scourge when juxtaposed with the fact that the number of farmers in Indonesia is decreasing, this was concluded by BPS in February 2017 which shows that the number of farmers in Indonesia is only 36 million, meaning that only 13.95% of the total population of Indonesia. Given that Indonesia is starting a period of demographic bonus, which means young people of productive age will exceed that of others. The problem becomes more complex when farmers often get unfair prices from middlemen because regulations are not maximally set. This research offers a solution that can make young people see the world of agriculture and plantations is not an embarrassment to become a profession as well as answering farmers' unrest by providing access to fair price stability. The touch of technology makes this solution offered as an adaptive step in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This research will involve farmers, traders and middlemen as the main actors, they will be given extensive opportunities with the reach of regulations that do not side with anyone. The system offered can also be applied in all regions of Indonesia with unlimited coverage, but this research will involve several farmer groups in several regions of Jambi Province with their respective commodities. This research will produce an application that moves in a new transaction system between farmers as sellers, traders and also middlemen as buyers with fearful regulation.
