Abstract

Processing of Student Administration at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Olak Kemang Jambi City, still using manual, and there are still some weaknesses that led to the frequent occurrence of errors in the report preparation Exam Result Card, and the data that is less secured. Based on research at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Olak Kemang city of Jambi, the author tries to design an application design that can be used to facilitate the process that occurs in the data processing of student, including the development system (System Development) by utilizing the technology in data processing student at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Olak Kemang Jambi city.

Abstract

Drug abuse is currently a very serious threat to the current generation. The current danger of drugs is so terrible that the government has to deal with drug abuse and drug addicts by means of rehabilitation. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular the Directorate of Drugs and the Jambi Regional Police, based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, regarding rehabilitation and narcotics addicts have an obligation to carry out a rehabilitation program. However, nationally, especially in Jambi Province, there is currently no reporting system on the management and control of narcotics addicts data online while based on 2021 data, the data on narcotics addicts is quite high, so it requires a system for monitoring the rehabilitation data for narcotics addicts to make it easier to monitor. its existence. In order to overcome the existing problems, the author wants to help and make it easier by designing and building an information system for the rehabilitation of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police area using the agile software development method. The purpose of building a system using this method is to assist and facilitate the management and control of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police by involving maximum involvement of stakeholders and related parties, especially the Narcotics Directorate and Jambi Regional Police so that the use of applications is more adaptive and can be developed more widely. more in responding to the challenges and changes that exist. The result of this research is that the system development is carried out using the agile software development method using six stages, namely meetings (meeting), planning (plan), design (develop), testing (test), and evaluation (evaluation). Abstract

This study aims to build a Criminal Data Processing Information System at the Office of Denpom II/2 Jambi based on VB Net, the research method is basically a scientific way to obtain data with certain purposes and uses. The research objectives can be determined based on the identification and analysis of problems from the previous step with the new system, namely the criminal data processing information system at the Jambi Denpom II/2 Office, the speed in making the required reports can be increased and the delays that have occurred due to the accumulation of data and the large number of data that will be processed in a short time can be handled quickly and precisely. By using a computer-based criminal data information system program using the Visual Basic programming language, it can automatically increase efficiency and reduce human errors. The design using computers and programs for making reports in the desired information will be faster because the data has been stored in files in storage media so that there is no repetitive work and if at any time the information is needed it can be tracked back or can be done right away.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based teacher attendance application specifically designed for SD Negeri 213/IX Markanding to increase the accuracy and efficiency of recording teacher attendance. When using a manual attendance system, you often encounter various obstacles such as the possibility of recording errors, delays in data processing, and the potential for attendance fraud. This application uses geolocation technology to record teacher attendance accurately and can be accessed via laptop devices. This research uses a qualitative approach with waterfall methodology in system development. This application provides real-time attendance information to teachers and makes it easier to process and report attendance data which can be accessed at any time. Apart from that, this application also facilitates giving awards to outstanding teachers based on accurately recorded attendance data. The introduction of this application at SD Negeri 213/IX Markanding aims to increase the efficiency of attendance management, facilitate school management decision making and support more objective evaluation of teacher performance.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has brought major changes to all aspects of life, including in the field of education. Like in the Tutoring or Bimbel institution, in the Smart Home Tutoring they still use manual methods for registration and administration. The Smart Home Tutoring Institution in Jambi has difficulties because the registration process is still conventional, which means prospective students and parents must be present in person at the tutoring place. In certain situations, this step will be very difficult, especially for working parents. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to facilitate the registration and administration process at the Smart Home Tutoring

Abstract

As a dynamic and leading company in the region, CV.Hendebro need to adopt information technology Innovation, especially through the implementation of website-based financial administration applications on CV.Hendebro is considered a proactive step to meet these demands. Trough a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of the CV business. The system that will be built will only have admin page, no informationdisplayed on the landing page. On the admin page, you can process financial administration data such as incoming, outgoing transactions and financial reports. The system has two access rights, first admin and second owner. Admin can manage any data except deleting transactions. Leaders only view reports. Hendebro to increase efficiency in recording, monitoring and analyzing financial transactions, reducing the risk of manual errors.CV. Hendebro needs to overcome several main challenges in financial administration, including cash flow management, recordingtransactions, transparency of financial reports, and monitoring expenses. Implementation of applications on CV. Hendebro has had a significantpositive impact on the company's operational efficiency. The web-based library program using Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) at the High Prosecutor's Office in Jambi aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of library collection management. SLiMS is an open-source software that provides various features for library management, including cataloging, circulation, inventory, and reporting. Abstract

Image processing is an important field in object detection and calculation, especially in the field of computer vision. A problem that often arises in automatic coin counting is the inability of machines to accurately recognize and calculate coins quickly when there are variations in conditions, such as differences in size, color, lighting, and orientation of coins in the imagery. This research develops OpenCV and Python-based methods to detect and calculate the number of coins in the image. The stages of this method include pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, and object detection. Pre-processing improves image quality and reduces noise, while segmentation separates coin objects from the background. The extraction feature identifies the characteristics of the coin such as edges and colors, aiding in the object detection process. This method was tested on a dataset of coin images with various variations in size, exposure, and orientation, and the results showed an average accuracy rate of 98.08%. This research contributes to the development of automated systems for object counting in various contexts and can be the basis for further research in the field of image processing and computer vision

Abstract

Cloud Technology is increasingly becoming a prime choice among technology enthusiasts. This is due to its wide reach, security system, and relatively affordable maintenance costs. PT Sentosa Group, a long-established company that is aware of technological advancements, operates in the plantation sector and aims to develop a website capable of accommodating extensive data integration needs. A mobile application is one of the expected outcomes that can provide convenience to the company. By applying the right research methods, this initiative is expected to be completed within a short period with optimal efficiency. The use of cloud technology in this company is not new; previously, a system was already in place to manage inventory and logistics. However, with its implementation, this application can now be fully utilized by all plantation stakeholders.
