Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of murabahah income and musharaka income and its effect on profitability (ROA). Factors tested in this study are murabahah and musyarakah income as independent variables and profitability is the dependent variable. The subject of this study is Bank BNI Syariah. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification methods. The population used is secondary data on the financial statements of Bank BNI Syariah for the 2012-2016 period. And the sample is murabahah income, musharaka income and profitability (ROA). This method of analysis is multiple linear regression. At a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data uses statistical package for social science (SPSS) versus 25. The results showed that partially obtained murabahah income value of 1.062 with a significance of 0.303 which means that murabahah income (X1) has a positive and influential relationship, but not significant to profitability. Whereas musyarakah income obtained a value of -0.081 with a significant level of 0.936, which means that musharaka income has a negative but not significant effect on profitability. While murabahah and musyarakah income simultaneously but not significant to profitability (ROA) simultaneously.

Abstract

One way the government supports the development of UMKM is by making it easier for UMKM players to obtain capital loan assistance. In implementing this easy financing, the government assigned various banks to distribute it, including BRI Syariah. The aim of this research is to review (1) the growth of people's business credit (KUR) during the 2019-2023 period, (2) return on assets (ROA), and (3) analyze the effect of KUR financing on ROA. Descriptive and verification methods are the methods used in this research, where the data used is secondary data from BRI Syariah financial reports for the 2019-2023 period, as well as primary data through literature study and documentation. The classical assumption test, linear regression, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination are statistical tools used to analyze the influence between variables, after previously carrying out the classical assumption test. The results of this research show that People's Business Credit has a positive and significant relationship with Profitability (ROA). The correlation coefficient value of 0.654 shows a strong relationship and the influence of KUR on ROA is 42.8%.  This research concludes that (1) the development of KUR financing over the past 5 (five) years experienced a fluctuating graph, (2) in line with point 1, ROA growth from 2019-2023 also experienced ups and downs, so (3) KUR financing has a relationship and positive influence on ROA.

Abstract

Dobujack is a small home industry business engaged in the distribution of clothing (confection) located at Jalan Purwakarta No. 147, Antapani District, Bandung City. The main problem faced by Dobujack is increasing sales through attractive promotions, packaging, and online digital marketing promotions. To overcome these problems, the solutions offered are assistance in making packaging designs, increasing knowledge about digital-based promotions, and making attractive packaging designs. Activities in this community service are divided into several months: the first month is a preliminary survey, the second is a discussion of mentoring, the third is training, the fourth is mentoring, and the fifth is preparing a service report. The target to be achieved is that partners can understand and create attractive packaging to upload on social media. Keywords: Packaging, Promotion knowledge ABSTRAK Dobujack merupakan usaha industri kecil rumahan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi pakaian (konfeksi) yang berlokasi di Jalan Purwakarta No. 147, Kecamatan Antapani, Kota Bandung. Masalah utama yang dihadapi Dobujack adalah meningkatkan penjualan melalui promosi yang menarik, kemasan, dan promosi pemasaran digital online. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pendampingan pembuatan desain kemasan, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang promosi berbasis digital, dan pembuatan desain kemasan yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi beberapa bulan yaitu bulan pertama survei pendahuluan, bulan kedua diskusi pendampingan, ketiga pelatihan, keempat pendampingan, dan kelima pembuatan laporan pengabdian. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra dapat memahami dan membuat kemasan yang menarik untuk diunggah di media sosial. Kata kunci: Kemasan, Pengetahuan promosi

Abstract

Currently, mobile banking technology has been widely used by banks to provide convenience to customers in carrying out financial transactions. The use of information technology by banks shows that banks can provide the best service. With the number of BSI customers amounting to 19.65 million, it would be impossible if BSI did not utilize information technology to implement good banking governance. However, BSI Mobile, used by customers, still often experiences problems so customers do not feel calm and safe when using mobile banking. This research aims to determine customer perceptions when using BSI Mobile in every transaction. The research results show that two constructs do not have a significant effect, namely the speed and security variables so user expectations regarding high-security factors and adequate speed cannot be met by BSI mobile banking, so these two variables have not met user satisfaction. In contrast, the other two variables have a significant influence, namely the accuracy and trust variables on behavioral intention. The accuracy and trust variables can meet user expectations that BSI mobile banking can provide accurate and highly trustworthy information so that users plan to use BSI mobile banking in their financial transactions in the future or even users always use BSI mobile banking in all their financial transactions.

Abstract

Bank Syariah functions as a financial intermediary institution, carrying out its operational activities by collecting funds from the public and then channeling them back in the form of financing and conducting service activities. This study aims to determine the development of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operational Effeciency Ratio (BOPO) and Return On Assets (ROA) at BNI Syariah 2013-2017. The method used is descriptive verification method. The data used are secondary data from 2013-2017 financial statements for the quarterly with data collection techniques in a study to the library. The design of hypothesis testing uses classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test. From the test results it can be concluded that both NPF partially influences ROA but not significantly. As for the BOPO also partially influences but not significantly on ROA. Simultaneously it can be seen that the calculated f value of 2.727 with a significant level of 0.094. Where the significance level is greater than 0.05, while the calculated f value of 2.727 is greater than 3.59, it can be concluded that there is a significant but not significant relationship between the NPF (X1) and BOPO (X2) variables simultaneously against (ROA) (Y). Abstract

One of the government's policies to strengthen domestic Islamic financial institutions is by implementing a merger of three Islamic commercial banks, which are state-owned subsidiaries, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNI Syariah, where BRI Syariah will be the surviving entity or entity that receives this merger. However, this policy could create new problems or challenges for merged banks, such as in the areas of human resources, capital, and market share. This study aims to determine the prospects and challenges of post-merger Islamic banking. The descriptive research approach was utilized. The documentation study data collecting approach was employed in this investigation. From 2013 to 2017, the data was derived from the quarterly financial reports of Bank BNI Syariah, PT. Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk, and Bank Mandiri Syariah. This study's findings include market share, Third-party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), other ratios, and the number of employees.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) di Bank Muamalat Indonesia, pertumbuhan risiko pembiayaan (NPF), dan sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut berdampak pada profitabilitas (ROA) perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif dan verifikatif. Selain metode pengumpulan data primer yang meliputi kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi, digunakan pula data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan laporan masyarakat atas penerapan GCG. Uji asumsi tradisional, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, dan uji-F semuanya digunakan dalam konstruksi hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian risiko pembiayaan (NPF) dan sebagian GCG keduanya memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap profitabilitas. Namun, tidak satu pun faktor yang memiliki dampak signifikan, yakni ROA. Hubungan yang kuat ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,872, dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 76,1, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak diteliti.Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, to analyze the development of financing risk (NPF) and to analyze how much influence the implementation of GCG and financing risk (NPF) has on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and published reports on the implementation of GCG with data collection techniques by literature study and documentation. The design of the hypothesis used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that partially GCG has a significant effect and financing risk (NPF) partially has no significant effect, while simultaneously has a significant effect on profitability (ROA). The correlation coefficient value of 0.872 indicates a strong relationship, and the value of the coefficient of determination is 76.1 while the remaining 23.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

Business competition is very tight, marked by many companies that cannot survive long, so that efforts and strategies are needed from business actors, many of which are not optimal in implementing marketing strategies and producing products to meet the needs and desires of customers. Likewise, many MSMEs are unable to survive due to inability and limited resources and knowledge. They are able to produce and sell goods without having adequate knowledge about the advantages of their products, as well as the target market they are targeting, and do not even understand at all whether the products they make and sell are in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers, in their minds the important thing is that the goods they produce and sell are bought by consumers. Mola as one of the healthy food producers in the city of Bandung is also still not optimal in carrying out these activities so that the growth of its products remains, even tends to decline, even though the strategies they implement are quite good by utilizing social media and marketplaces. Community service is intended to provide increased knowledge to business actors so that they are able to grow and develop. The methods in implementing community service include, first, the preparation stage, namely by conducting direct reviews and interviews to obtain various information related to the problem, second, the socialization stage, namely by conveying the achievements and direction of the activity and third, the implementation stage, namely compiling a marketing strategy design and value proposition canvas. The results of this activity are that the perpetrators are able to understand the material and contribute to helping develop a marketing strategy in order to be able to compete.  Keywords: positioning, segmenting, targeting, value proposition canvas   Abstrak Persaingan bisnis sangat ketat ditandai dengan banyak perusahaan yang tidak bisa bertahan lama sehingga diperlukan usaha dan strategi dari para pelaku bisnis, banyak yang belum optimal dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran dan menghasilkan produk dalam memenuhi apa yang diperlukan dan kehendak pelanggan. Demikian juga banyak UMKM yang tidak mampu bertahan hidup karena ketidakmampuan dan keterbatasan sumber daya serta pengetahuan. Mereka mampu memproduksi dan menjual barang tanpa memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai keunggulan produk mereka, serta pasar sasaran yang mereka targetkan, bahkan tidak paham sama sekali apakah produk yang mereka buat dan jual sesuai dengan kehendak dan keperluan konsumen, dalam pikiran mereka yang penting barang yang mereka produksi dan jual dibeli oleh konsumen. Mola sebagai salah satu produsen makanan sehat di kota Bandung juga masih belum optimal dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut sehingga pertumbuhan produknya tetap, bahkan cenderung menurun, meskipun strategi yang mereka terapkan sudah cukup baik dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan marketplace. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditujukan untuk memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan kepada pelaku bisnis agar mampu tumbuh dan berkembang. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain pertama, tahap persiapan yaitu dengan melakukan peninjauan langsung dan wawancara agar memperoleh berbagai informasi terkait permasalahan, kedua, tahap sosialisasi yaitu dengan menyampaikan capaian dan arah dari kegiatan dan ketiga tahap pelaksanaan yaitu menyusun desain strategi pemasaran serta value proposition canvas. Hasil kegiatan ini pelaku usaha mampu memahami materi serta berkontribusi dalam membantu menyusun strategi pemasaran agar mamapu bersaing. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di usaha tanaman hias yang merupakan produk dari jenis usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang terdiri dari 12 (Dua belas) pedagang tanaman hias dengan kepemilikan yang berbeda-beda, dan dengan jarak yang saling berdekatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan  kegiatan pemasaran yang optimal dan berdaya saing serta pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana dalam membantu menjalankan usahanya. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengusaha tanaman hias, diantaranya pemasaran yang belum optimal, bukti transaksi yang belum memadai, terbatasnya modal serta sulitnya akses kepada lembaga keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan permasalahan tersebut diawali dengan survei ke lokasi, tahap pelaksanaan memberikan pendampingan dalam pemasaran ke konsumen melalui pelatihan pemasaran yang efektif dan pendampingan dalam pencatatan transaksi yang ada di tempat tanaman hias, tahap terakhir yaitu tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengusaha tanaman hias dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran kepada konsumen dan pencatatan keuangan yang benar dan sesuai standar akuntansi.Kata kunci: Implementasi Pemasaran; Pencatatan Penjualan Sederhana; UMKM Implementasi Marketing And Simple Sales Recording on UMKM Ornamental Plants Arcamanik Sub-District Bandung ABSTRACTThis community service is carried out in the ornamental plant business which is a product of small and medium micro enterprises (UMKM) consisting of 12 (Twelve) ornamental plant traders with different ownership, and with close proximity to each other. This activity aims to realize optimal and competitive marketing activities as well as simple financial recording in helping to run its business. Problems experienced by ornamental plant entrepreneurs, such as optimal marketing, inadequate transaction evidence, limited capital and difficult access to financial institutions. The method used in solving the problem begins with a surveyto the location, the implementation stage provides a psideline in marketing to consumers through effective marketing training and assistance in recording transactions that are in place of ornamental plants, the last stage of which is the monitoring and evaluation stage. This activity is expected to assist ornamental plant entrepreneurs in carrying out marketing activities to consumers and correct financial recording and in accordance with accounting standards.Keywords: Marketing Implementation; Simple Sales Recording; UMKM

Abstract

Produk yang dihasilkan Hijabgrak antara lain kerudung, gamis, busana muslim dan T. shirt. Produk ini dihasilkan oleh karyawan bagian produksi yang berjumlah 15 orang, dan dibantu oleh staf administrasi sebanyak 5 orang. Usaha ini hampir saja tutup ketika dihadapkan pada masa pandemic, karena bagian produksi tidak bisa menghasilkan barang dan juga tidak bisa berjualan. Pelajaran yang dapat diambil dari masa pandemic tersebut adalah pemilik usaha memberanikan diri untuk melakukan penjualan secara online melalui market place. Hasil dari uji coba tersebut mendapatkan respon dari pasar yang positif sehingga termotivasi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang lebih terintegrasi dalam hal pemasaran dan penjualan. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan survey kelapangan langsung mengunjungi objek PKM sebagai pendahuluan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Hijabgrak, melakukan diskusi, menyusun rencana, memberikan pelatihan sederhana, konseling dan pengarahan terkait dengan kebutuhan Hijabgrak. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut di atas, maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan arahan tentang strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Dalam upaya penguatan merk maka pihak Hijabgrak untuk melakukan promosi secara intensif dengan memilih biaya yang terjangkau tetapi dapat menjaring pasar. Dengan demikian pendapatan usaha dapat meningkat dan merk dapat tertanam dibenak konsumen.
