Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan kemampuan dan keahlian dosen kepada masyarakat sebagai wujud pemenuhan kewajiban tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat nelayan, khususnya wanita nelayan. Secara khusus, program ini dirancang sebagai program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen STIE Ekuitas terkait upaya meningkatkan perekonomian kelompok wanita nelayan “Dasawisma Teratai” melalui diversifikasi pengolahan aneka makan berbahan dasar ikan laut. Program diversifikasi ini meliputi pelatihan aneka olahan makanan dari ikan, pengemasan produk olahan dan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan sederhana. Pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada kelompok wanita nelayan “Dasawisma Teratai” RT.03 RW.06 Desa Ciwaru Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode pelaksanaan program ini yaitu pembuatan buku saku inovatif bergambar Diversifikasi Produk Berbahan dasar ikan Di Desa Ciwaru Kabupaten Sukabumi dan tutorial pembuatan produk kepada kelompok wanita nelayan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa wanita nelayan mampu mengolah ikan menjadi berbagai hasil olahan seperti baso ikan, nugget ikan dan kerupuk ikan. Mitra juga mampu mengemas dan memasarkan hasil olahan ke masyarakat sekitar yang akhirnya bisa meningkatkan pendapatan wanita nelayan.

Abstract

This research is based on the decrease in the number of consumers do transaction of buying Muslim Rabbani fashion products within the period 2013-2015. The decline in the number of consumers who do this transaction indicates the existence of a declination in the Purchasing Decision of Muslim fashion products Rabbani, so it can be formulated in this research that how consumers form buying decisions amidst increasingly tight competition of Muslim clothing products, the rise of new brands and more qualified, based on the Marketing Mix perspective. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Marketing Mix (4Ps) on Purchasing Decision on Rabbani product. This research uses descriptive and verifikatif method. Data were collected by questionnaire and interview technique. The sample used in this study is 100 men and women who respondents who wear Muslim dress in the city of Bandung. The method of analysis used in this research is Logistic Regression Analysis. The results of this research indicate that Marketing Mix (4Ps) has a significant influence, either partially or simultaneously to the purchase decision. The dimension of Marketing Mix partially that has the greatest influence is Product, while the smallest influence is shown by Place.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial ratios such as leverage, liquidity, activity, and profitability on the possibility of financial distress (financial distress). The population in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 - 2020 totaling 30 companies. The samples taken were 6 food and beverage companies using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. The number of observations that were processed and analyzed were 18 observations. Logistics Regression is the method used in this research. The results showed that the activity ratio and leverage ratio had a significant effect on predicting financial distress, while the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio had no significant effect on predicting financial distress..

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning associated with learning style variables, prior knowledge, and internet self efficacy (ISE) in the Business Mathematics course. The research method uses descriptive statistics and correlations, where the learning styles studied are visual, auditory, reading, and kinesthetic. The results and conclusions of this study are (1) the majority of respondents have a visual learning style, (2) simultaneously learning styles, prior knowledge, and internet self-efficacy affect learning outcomes in e-learning strategies, (3) partially initial knowledge and internet self efficacy does not affect learning outcomes, and (4) The effectiveness of e-learning Business Mathematics is achieved in respondents with visual learning styles, because respondents with this learning style tend to have high internet self-efficacy, even though respondents have low prior knowledge of MathematicsTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas e-learning dikaitkan dengan variabel gaya belajar, pengetahuan awal, dan internet self efficacy (ISE) pada mata kuliah Matematika Bisnis. Metode penelitian menggunakan statitika deskriptif dan korelasi, dimana gaya belajar yang diteliti adalah visual, auditory, reading, dan kinestetik. Hasil dan  kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) mayoritas responden mempunyai gaya belajar visual, (2) secara simultan gaya belajar, pengetahuan awal, dan internet self efficacy mempengaruhi hasil belajar dalam strategi e-learning, (3) secara parsial pengetahuan awal dan internet self efficacy tidak mempengaruhi hasil belajar, dan (4) Efektivitas  e-learning Matematika Bisnis tercapai pada responden dengan gaya belajar visual, karena responden dengan gaya belajar tersebut cenderung mempunyai internet self efficacy yang tinggi, walaupun responden memiliki pengetahuan awal Matematika yang rendah.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk membantu kesulitan guru dalam membangun karakter khususnya dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di PAUD Flamboyan , yang berlandaskan keimanan dan ketakwaan. PAUD Flamboyan ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan anak yang berlandaskan keimanan bagi anak-anak kurang mampu. Sekolah ini berlokasi di Jl. Atlas Dalam, Kelurahan Babakan Surabaya, Kecamatan Kiaracondong Bandung, murid yang bersekolah di tempat ini sebagian besar orangtuanya bekerja sebagai pedagang kaki lima di sepanjang jalan Kiaracondong. Solusi yang diberikan untuk membantu PAUD tersebut adalah dengan memberikan bantuan peralatan multimedia dan pelatihan penggunaan CD Interaktif pada guru, dari hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas, sehingga siswa dapat mengetahui dan menerapkan hal-hal baik sehingga terbentuk akhlak dan karakter yang baik dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari yang diharapkan dapat melekat hingga dewasa. Setelah pengabdian selesai dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Siswa menjadi aktif dalam menjawab dan mengikuti perintah di layar computer, (2) Siswa termotivasi untuk menghapal doa-doa pendek karena tampilan yang menarik (3) Siswa berani berdiskusi dengan temannya ketika hendak menjawab pertanyaan (4) Siswa berani mencoba menjawab dan tidak takut salah.

Abstract

Kebiasaan mengolah atau memilah sampah tidak serta muncul pada diri seseorang, akan tetapi diperlukan latihan dan pembiasaan secara kontinyu dalam keseharian warga termasuk diantaranyaadalah warga yang masih berusia balita atau pra SD dengan harapan kebiasaan baik ini akan terbawasepanjang hidupnya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh sekolah yaitu (1) kebiasaan siswa membuang sampahjajanan dimana saja, sehingga lingkungan sekolah menjadi kotor dan harus dibersihkan berulang kalioleh petugas kebersihan, dan (2) dikarenakan PAUD yang didirikan bersifat sosial sehingga pihaksekolah seringkali mengalami kekurangan dana untuk kegiatan operasional sehari-harinya.Solusi yangditawarkan oleh tim pengabdian untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah memberikan edukasikepada (1) anak didik tentang pentingnya memilah sampah dan manfaat pengelolaan sampah, dan (2)guru dan kepala sekolah untuk mengelola “KAS SAMPAH” sebagai alternatif untuk menambah uangkas sekolah. Hasil dari pengabdian sangat dirasakan oleh siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah yaitu (1) lingkungan sekolah menjadi bersih, (2) siswa dapat memilah sampah, dan (3) penghasilan kas sekolahbertambah. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah (1) siswa dapat diajarkan budaya hidup bersih melaluicara membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan memilah sampah ketika akan dibuang, serta (2) melalui“KAS SAMPAH” sekolah mendapatkan tambahan keuangan untuk biaya operasionalnya.

Abstract

The high rate of layoffs during the pandemic caused purchasing power to drop drastically so that people prioritized buying primary needs over secondary needs such as fashion. This condition forces fashion entrepreneurs to switch to marketing their products using digital media so that existing brand awareness remains attached to consumers' memories. Fashion products originating from within the country have always competed with foreign products, so it is necessary to research whether there is a difference in consumer purchasing decisions for domestic and foreign products during the pandemic. The study was conducted to compare purchasing decisions during the pandemic, especially domestic and foreign fashion products through digital marketing and brand awareness. The research method used is descriptive and different test, using 2 fashion products as a comparison. The population of this study are women aged 20-40 years and often make transactions through online shops. Respondents were 30 people, the research instrument was a questionnaire. Validity and reliability were used to test the feasibility of the questionnaire, homogeneity and normality tests were used to test the sample, while the Independent sample t-test was used to compare the difference in the mean of the two different samples. This study obtained the results that in terms of digital marketing, brand awareness, and the decision to purchase foreign products were better developed than domestic products.

Abstract

The savings and loans cooperative are a cooperative that has an important purpose in its reach and services, such as the Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative. Activities within the cooperative itself include managing member data as well as savings and loan transactions. In systems that are still manual, such as Microsoft Excel, there is a risk of inaccurate data and takes a long time. This manual system is still less effective because the number of members and transactions continues to grow. Therefore, an application is needed as a more effective data processing and information system for members that is easier to access. This study aims to build an android-based savings and loan application using the hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language and my structured query language (MySQL) as data storage. Based on the android application that has been made, it shows that the black box functionality of the application runs as planned, the success rate for users reaches 90%.

Abstract

Keberhasilan peserta didik dalam memahami materi pelajaran merupakan tanggungjawab daripengajar, oleh karena itu pengajar perlu mencari faktor-faktor kesulitan belajar peserta didik danmengatasinya dengan metode tertentu misalnya dengan metode pengajaran remedial. Pengajaranremedial merupakan suatu bentuk pengajaran yang bersifat menyembuhkan atau membetulkanpengajaran sebelumnya agar bisa mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Pengajaran remedial memilikiproses pengajaran dengan sifatnya yang lebih khusus karena disesuaikan dengan sifat dan kesulitanbelajar yang dihadapi peserta didik. Melalui pengajaran remedial yang intensif diharapkan motivasidan minat belajar peserta didik dapat meningkat.

Abstract

This paper reveals research findings about the effect of E-learning experiences on student learning outcomes felt for Mathematics Economics courses. This study examines perceived learning outcomes in terms of effectiveness, number and productivity of learning in the context of E-learning. The participants were undergraduate students at the School of Economis EKUITAS. The results are interpreted using quantitative and verification research approaches. The results show that the E-learning experience of students is significantly correlated with learning process, and have indirect effect on perceived learning outcomes. This study uses a learning model developed by Biggs and Moore. Specific recommendations for practitioners are also given, and their implications for educators are discussed. Finally, suggestions for further research on E-learning are provided.
