Abstract

Banyaknya kasus Tuberkulosis (TBC) di TTS dan mengingat peran kader sekarang sangat diperlukan dalam layanan primer terutama dalam preventif dan promotive maka tim Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang melakukan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dan masyarakat dalam deteksi dini TBC. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pencegaha dan deteksi dini TBC pada kader dan masyarakat di Desa Oinlasi Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS). Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Oinlasi Oktober 2024 dengan peserta 30 kader posyandu dan kader TBC serta masyarakat. Kegiatan meliputi 3 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode kegiatan adalah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi skrining TBC pada peserta yang hadir. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui diskusi dan tanya jawab di akhir sesi penyuluhan serta dengan melihat kemauan peserta saat melakukan skrining TBC denagn X-Ray Portable. Penyuluhan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu dan masyarakat dalam Pencegahan dan Deteksi Dini Kasus TBC dilakukan atas kolaborasi Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang, Kecamatan Mollo Selatan, Puskesmas Siso, dan Desa Oinlasi. Kegiatan dilakukan di kantor Desa Oinlasi yang dihadiri oleh pihak dari Camat Mollo Selatan, Kepala dan staf Puskesmas Siso, dan Kepala Desa dan staf Desa Oinlasi, serta kader kesehatan dan masyarakat. Sesi penyuluhan disampaikan oleh Kepala Puskesmas, Kepala Desa dan Tim Dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang. Tidak lupa juga Camat Mollo Selatan ikut melakukan dukungan dan penguatan kepada kader dan masyarakat dalam pencegahan Tuberkulosis. Kolaborasi kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan kader dalam melakukan pencegahan TBC dan skrining awal TBC. Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu melalui tanya jawab dan diskusi setelah sesi penyuluhan maka didapat bahwa kader dan masyarakat mampu menjawab dengan baik pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh pemateri, dan lebih terbuka dalam menyampaikan permasalahann yang dihadapi dalam pencegahan dan deteksi awal Tuberkulosis.

Abstract

Introduction: the disease of tuberculosis is still a major problem faced by most of the people of the world especially in developing countries. Prevalence of pulmonary TUBERCULOSIS in the community because of the alleged risk of transmission still remains large, especially the transmission because the same house contact with Pulmonary TB sufferers. The research aims to find out the factors that influence infection of TB in children 0-18 years who are in contact with sufferers of the same House. Methods: this research is quantitative research with cross sectional design performed in Clinics Waingapu, East Sumba. By taking a sample of children aged 0-18 years the same House with Pulmonary TB sufferer BTA (+) amounted to 55. Data collection is done with the interview, observation and measurement of the nutritional status of the child and a density of residence. Results: the level of knowledge of respondents with the chi square analysis Asymp. Sign. (2-sided) = 0,043 Ha α = 0,043 < < 0.05, family behavior when coughing by 0,016 = Ha = α < 0,016 < 0.05, nutritional status of families 0,020 = Ha = 0,020 < 0.05 family residences and a density of toddlers with 0,004 = α = 0,004 Ha < < 0.05. Conclusion: preventive behavioral factors of tuberculosis, nutritional status and a density of residential as a factor that influences the occurrence of TB infection in children who are in contact with sufferers in the same House Clinics Waingapu.

Abstract

Introduction: Learning motivation plays an important role in the learning process because the learning process requires the interaction and active participation of the learners to succeed. Method: Researchers use Descriptive research with the number of samples as many as 75 students determined by Purposive Sampling data collected using questionnaires and analyzed univariately. Results: motivation to learn students based on intrinsic motivation employee class (good interest 84%, less than 16%, discipline of both 88%, approximately 12%) and regular classes (interest either 96%, less than 4%, discipline of both 98%, less than 2%) And extrinsic motivation of employee class (good family 100%, good friend 88%, less 12%, lecturer good 100%, and environment good 96%, less 4%). Regular class (good family 98%, less 2%, good friend 98%, less 2%, lecturer good 98%, less 2%, and good environment 100%). Conclusion: Student learning motivation is divided into 2 namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation consists of interest and discipline whereas extrinsic motivation consists of the support of family, friends, lecturers and the environment. Both types of motivation between employee class and regular class are both in the range/category either.
