Abstract

Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur pengeluaran rumah tangga nelayan pancing yang dikaitkan dengan kemiskinannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kabila Bone, Kabupaten Bone Bolango mulai bulan Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai dengan sampel 32  rumah tangga nelayan sebagai responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling  sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian menggunakan daftar pertanyaan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis dengan menghitung pengeluaran rumah tangga dan mengaitkannya dengan pendekatan garis kemiskinan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk bahan makanan sebesar Rp 1.196.875,-/bln atau sebesar 61,63%, dengan rata-rata pengeluaran pangan perkapita adalah Rp 436,254,-/bln. sedangkan rata-rata pengeluaran rumah tangga non makanan sebesar Rp 745.313,-/bln atau sebesar 38, 37%.. Sementara itu rata-rata total pengeluaran rumah tangga perbulan adalah sebesar Rp 1.942.188,-/bln  dengan rata-rata total pengeluaran rumah tangga perkapita sebesar Rp 720.644,-/bln. Terkait dengan garis kemiskinan yang ditinjau dari  kriteria garis kemiskinan yang ditetapkan oleh Sajogyo, maka di Kecamatan Kabila Bone tidak terdapat rumah tangga nelayan pancing yang berada di kategori rumah tangga paling miskin, untuk kategori rumah tangga miskin sekali terdapat sebanyak 9,38%, untuk kategori rumah tangga miskin sebanyak 21,88% dan yang termasuk bukan kategori rumah tangga miskin adalah sebesar 68,75%. Abstract

The study aimed at discovering (i) the description of the implementation of sibaliparri’ values in funding school management, particularly the facility and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Campalagian, (ii) the supporting and inhibiting factors on the implementation of sibaliparri’ values at SMAN 1 Campalagian. This study was a qualitative research with a case study approach at the level of school’s organization. The study provided in-depth description on the implementation of sibaliparri’ values in funding school management at SMAN 1 Campalagian in Polewali Mandar district. The data sources of the study were determined purposively. Data were collected through interview and observation and validated by conducting triangulation and member check. The result of the study revelead that (i) the implementation of sibaliparri’ values in funding school management at SMAN 1 Campalagian was conducted well, which covered 3 functions of funding management: firstly, the school funding plan produced school development plan and school’s revenue and expanditure budget plan. Secondly, the finance implementation stage. Thirdly, the evaluation stage. Those three stage involving stakeholders, namely the principal, board of teachers, staff, committe, and society, (ii) the factors which influenced the implementation of sibaliparri’ values in funding school management were the internal factors such as enthuasiasm from the students in conducting the program by working together, brotherhood, and sincere; whereas, the weakness were lack of aids from the government in providing the facility and infrastructure. The external factors were the opportunity and challenges. The opportunity in this case was the value which instilled strongly to the people of Mandar in general.

Abstract

This research designed and developed a tool to detect the authenticity of Bacan Doko. The development of this tool uses TCS3200 sensor components as a detection of color variations in stones, BH1750 sensors to measure light intensity, and LCD1602 to display information on stone detection results visually. This study aims to overcome the problem of identifying the authenticity of Bacan Doko stones which are often difficult to detect accurately by ordinary people who do not understand the world of gemology, which results in the existence of fake stones on the market. The presence of this tool provides innovation in the world of gemology by utilizing microcontroller and sensor technology to overcome the authentication problem of Bacan Doko stone accurately, and support the integrity of the gemstone market. The development of data processing algorithms is carried out to analyze and process information received from input values on sensors. The detection tool provides good results to recognize and distinguish genuine Bacan Doko stones based on the color characteristics of the sensor identification results TCS3200 taking into account the light intensity measured by the BH1750 sensor and information can be displayed clearly through the LCD screen. The development of this tool successfully proved its effectiveness in identifying the authenticity of Bacan Doko stone. This tool can be a reliable solution for traders and gemstone observers in ensuring the authenticity of Bacan Doko.

Abstract

In the medical world, supervision of intravenous devices is a priority and the main one to ensure proper and measurable fluid delivery to patients. This research focuses on the development of a crystalloid infusion drip monitoring device using a microcontroller. The background of this research arises from the need for a device that is able to monitor drip infusions automatically, reduce the workload of medical personnel and increase patient safety. The methods used in this study include designing, manufacturing, and testing on tools. Photodiode sensors are selected as the main component in detecting drops of crystalloid liquid. This tool is designed to optimize other supporting sensors to be integrated as instruction modules in counting infusion fluid drops. The application of microcontroller technology in affordable infusion monitoring devices has not been widely adopted in medical practice. This research is driven by the need for reliable monitoring tools in a fast-paced medical environment and requires precision. The results of this study showed that the developed tool succeeded in optimizing the function of the photodiode sensor in counting drops of 99% crystalloid liquid produced accurately. This tool is able to operate in accordance with its original purpose, namely as a monitoring tool as well as a reminder for patient safety. The conclusion is that this microcontroller-based crystalloid infusion drip monitoring device is an innovation and good practice in the medical field. This tool not only increases efficiency in infusion monitoring but also provides additional safety for patients.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the best online streaming platform for Generation Alpha using a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP) methods. The criteria evaluated include free nature, flexibility, ease of use, content diversity, and privacy security. Through the AHP model, the weights of the criteria were determined and used in the WP method to rank the alternatives. The results show that YouTube is the best platform with the highest preference value, followed by Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar. The combination of AHP and WP methods allows for more objective and scalable decision-making, providing relevant recommendations for users and developers of streaming platforms. The model also has the potential to be applied in other multi-criteria evaluation contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di perairan Selatan Gorontalo tepatnya di daerah sekitar Teluk Gorontalo. Secara geografis Perairan Teluk Gorontalo merupakan bagian dari Teluk Tomini yang merupakan jalur migrasi ikan pelagis. Alat tangkap payang banyak tersebar di sekitar perairan Teluk Gorontalo dengan kapasitas mesin kurang dari 5 gross tonnage (GT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan ukuran  ikan pelagis yang tertangkap pada alat tangkap payang serta mengetahui sebaran alat tangkap payang selama empat musim penangkapan di Perairan Teluk Gorontalo. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey, fokus pengambilan data diantaranya jenis ikan dan ukuran hasil tangkapan serta lokasi penangkapan ikan pelagis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat keberagaman jenis ikan yang tertangkap pada alat tangkap payang diantaranya; ikan kuwe (Caranx sp), ikan lemuru (Sardinella sp), ikan kembung perempuan (Rastrelliger brachysoma), ikan kembung laki-laki (Rastrelliger kanagurta), ikan semar/tamako (Mene meculata), ikan layur (Trichiurus lepturus), dan ikan layang ekor merah (Decapterus sp). Jenis ikan yang dominan tertangkap pada Musim Barat berupa jenis ikan layur,  Musim Peralihan Barat-Timur dominan jenis ikan semar sedangkan pada Musim Timur dan Peralihan Timur-Barat dominan udang-udangan serta ikan layur. Sebaran alat tangkap payang selama empat musim penangkapan berada pada wilayah Teluk Gorontalo atau berada di bagian Muara Sungai Bone yang relatif berdekatan. This research was conducted in the Southern Waters of Gorontalo, precisely in the Gorontalo Bay area. Geographically, Gorontalo Bay is part of the Tomini Bay, which is the migration route for pelagic fish. Seine net is widely scattered around the waters of Gorontalo Bay with an engine capacity of less than 5 Gross Tonnage (GT). This study aims to determine the type and size of pelagic fish caught Seine net and to determine the distribution of Seine net during the four fishing Monsoons in the waters of Gorontalo Bay. Using survey research methods, the focus of data collection includes fish size, fish species and pelagic fishing locations. Based on the results of the analysis, there are various types of fish caught in the payang fishing gear including; giant trevally fish (Caranx sp), sardinella lemuru (Sardinella sp), short mackerel (Rastrelliger brachysoma),indiane mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta), moonfish (Mene meculata), sword fish (Trichiurus lepturus), and fis float (Decapterus sp). Caught in the west Monsoon is giant sword fish, in the West-East transitional Monsoon it is the dominant moonfish, while in the East and East-West transitional Monsoon crustaceans and sword fish are dominant in the Gorontalo Bay area or located at the mouth of the Bone River which is relatively close together.
