Abstract

Employees are the main and most important element in the running of a company. The quality of employees is a determinant of how an employee's foundation is. In order to improve the quality of each employee, it is necessary to separate employees, between contract employees and permanent employees. the large number of employees may make the management confused in determining who should be made permanent employees. Therefore, a system is needed that can assist the government in selecting permanent employees. The system is a decision support system. A decision support system is a system where the process is carried out using a unified system with a method or more than 1 (one) method that is carried out using a computer base. SPK is used to assist certain elements in choosing or making a decision. Many methods can be used in DSS, in this study the PSI method was used. PSI is a method used in solving problems where the problem has many alternative choices of attributes. With this study, the results were that the best alternative was Dicky as an alternative B15 with a value of 0.8977, which in the end was suggested to be a permanent employee

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problems that arise in identifying Betta fish variants, especially Albino variants, which are often difficult to distinguish by ordinary people due to difficulties in distinguishing visual differences. This problem encourages the need to develop a tool that is able to automatically distinguish Betta Albino fish variants. This research presents the concept of implementing the ESP32-Cam platform as a Betta Albino fish variant detection tool. The novelty of this research lies in the use of the ESP32-Cam platform which is an innovation as a detection tool. The urgency of this research lies in the need for a tool that can help ordinary people in identifying Betta Albino fish variants easily without requiring knowledge of Betta fish species. The method used in this research is colour-based detection using the eloquent surveillance library. The image capture process is done through an ESP32-Cam camera by utilising the concept of object detection and image processing. This research also involves the application of components such as TCS 3200, LM393, and LCD 1602 I2C to support the function of the detection tool. The results show that the Betta Albino fish variant object detection device is able to identify colour differences accurately. Through the ESP32-Cam platform, this tool successfully creates an automated solution that can distinguish Betta Albino fish variants well. In conclusion, this study confirms that the use of the ESP32-Cam platform in designing the Betta Albino fish variant detection tool can be practically applied. This tool has the potential to contribute in facilitating the accurate identification of Betta Albino fish variants to the general public.

Abstract

This research designed and developed a tool to detect the authenticity of Bacan Doko. The development of this tool uses TCS3200 sensor components as a detection of color variations in stones, BH1750 sensors to measure light intensity, and LCD1602 to display information on stone detection results visually. This study aims to overcome the problem of identifying the authenticity of Bacan Doko stones which are often difficult to detect accurately by ordinary people who do not understand the world of gemology, which results in the existence of fake stones on the market. The presence of this tool provides innovation in the world of gemology by utilizing microcontroller and sensor technology to overcome the authentication problem of Bacan Doko stone accurately, and support the integrity of the gemstone market. The development of data processing algorithms is carried out to analyze and process information received from input values on sensors. The detection tool provides good results to recognize and distinguish genuine Bacan Doko stones based on the color characteristics of the sensor identification results TCS3200 taking into account the light intensity measured by the BH1750 sensor and information can be displayed clearly through the LCD screen. The development of this tool successfully proved its effectiveness in identifying the authenticity of Bacan Doko stone. This tool can be a reliable solution for traders and gemstone observers in ensuring the authenticity of Bacan Doko.

Abstract

The administrative system is very important in the world of trade and transactions, because with a good administrative system, business owners can know and control the flow of goods circulation and people around public services. Therefore, it is necessary to develop village potential trough out Microsoft Office Excel training so the community will be developed and increased the productivity of the potential in the village. Microsoft Excel is a program issued by Microsoft Office with a function as a numerical data processing program. Various kinds of data processing activities, making graphs, calculating data and others can be used in Microsoft Excel. Thus, training related to Microsoft Excel is carried out and it is hoped that this knowledge can improve abilities and support the potential that exists in Bojonggede village.

Abstract

This training aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) through the analysis of a digital-based recruitment system, with a primary focus on workflow mapping using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) as the foundation for modern information system design. The training adopts a systematic analysis approach based on information technology to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of digital transformation in improving the accuracy, speed, and transparency of recruitment. Through this activity, participants are equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical skills to analyze manual systems, identify weaknesses, and design more structured and integrated system models. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in participants' abilities to develop DFDs and ERDs according to information system development standards, thereby strengthening the readiness for implementing a more effective and accountable digital recruitment system. This digitalization is expected to accelerate the selection process, reduce administrative errors, enhance public trust in the integrity of the recruitment process, and promote the creation of an adaptive and responsive human resource management system in the digital era. The improvement of technological literacy within RRI through this training forms a crucial foundation for the successful, sustainable transformation of the organization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the best online streaming platform for Generation Alpha using a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP) methods. The criteria evaluated include free nature, flexibility, ease of use, content diversity, and privacy security. Through the AHP model, the weights of the criteria were determined and used in the WP method to rank the alternatives. The results show that YouTube is the best platform with the highest preference value, followed by Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar. The combination of AHP and WP methods allows for more objective and scalable decision-making, providing relevant recommendations for users and developers of streaming platforms. The model also has the potential to be applied in other multi-criteria evaluation contexts.

Abstract

This study analyzes the acceptance of the Zoom Meeting teleconference media by integrating the Autonomy variable into the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. The research was conducted at STT Wastukancana Purwakarta with 330 respondents consisting of active students and lecturers. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, data were collected through online questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS. The results show that all UTAUT2 constructs—Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit—significantly influence Behavioral Intention to use Zoom Meeting as a learning medium. Moreover, Autonomy has a positive and significant effect on Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, and Behavioral Intention, indicating that the higher the autonomy of users in the learning process, the greater their acceptance of teleconference technology. This study confirms that the integration of Autonomy into the UTAUT2 model strengthens the theoretical understanding of user acceptance behavior in online learning environments during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The raw material stock management process at PT. Kenari Djaja Prima was previously conducted manually, often leading to recording errors and delays in material procurement. This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system to improve the accuracy and efficiency of stock recording, monitoring, and reporting. The research applies the prototyping method with a descriptive qualitative approach, consisting of requirement analysis, UML-based design, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and evaluation through black-box testing. Preliminary results show that the developed system performs according to its intended functions and assists the purchasing and warehouse departments in managing stock data more effectively. The main contribution of this study is to provide an integrated digital solution for enhancing raw material inventory control in manufacturing environments.
