Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model can explain the excess return expected by investors. The population used is the LQ 45 index with large capitalization and liquid. Based on the sample in this study was used by 25 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results show that the variables in the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model have a significant effect on the excess return, which is 65.7%. Partial testing results also show that all variables in this study have a significant effect on excess return. This means that the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model in this study period can explain the expected rate of return of shares by investors.

Abstract

Selama pembelajaran online, merasa lelah dan stres terus menerus karena tugas dan tuntutan akademik lainnya, serta lingkungan belajar yang kurang kondusif seperti akses internet yang buruk, kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh orang di rumah atau tetangga, alat belajar yang tidak memadai yang dapat mengganggu fokus, semangat dan bahkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah academic burnout dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif yang berbentuk hubungan kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa Google Forms. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 220 mahasiswa Program Studi S1 ??Manajemen Universitas Widyatama tahun 2019. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, model F, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh academic burnout terhadap motivasi belajar, dan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Setiap karyawan perusahaan dituntut untuk bekerja secara efektif dan efisien serta memiliki kualitas dan kuantitas kerja yang lebih baik. Salah satu upaya manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk memainkan peran strategis dalam mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan adalah menciptakan budaya yang mendukung kinerja sumber daya manusia di dalam perusahaan dan mengurangi tingkat stres yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh parsial budaya kerja Kaizen dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gistex Garment Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 86 pegawai berstatus Pegawai Kantor sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Paket Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) Ver.24.00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja kaizen dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gistex Garment Indonesia. Selain itu, besarnya pengaruh budaya kerja kaizen dan stres kerja dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 79,9%.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) ialah faktor yang sangat berarti untuk memastikan keberhasilan perusahaan, sebab manusia ialah suatu makhluk yang memiliki pikiran, kebutuhan, perasaan,  serta harapan tertentu. Di dalam sebuah perusahaan biasanya terdapat karyawan dengan latar belakang tingkat pendidikan yang berlainan dan pengetahuan yang berlainan, baik yang baru memulai dunia kerja ataupun  yang telah berpengalaman kerja sebelumnya. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah dalam menelusuri pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan tingkat pendidikan pada etos kerja pegawai. Riset ini mempergunakan metode kuantitatif. Pada riset ini populasinya ialah semua pegawai PT. Nikkatsu Elektrik Works yang berjumlah 295 orang. Sampel pada riset ini dihitung dengan mempergunakan persamaan slovin dan hasilnya dengan jumlah 170 responden. Pengumpulan data mempergunakan kuesioner dan terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan uji coba reliabilitas dan validitas, pengujian asumsi klasik yang melingkupi pengujian normalitas, pengujian multikolinearitas, pengujian heterokedastisitas serta dilanjutkan dengan uji linearitas berganda, uji model F, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (Uji T) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS. Temuan dari riset memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi signifikan pada etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi pada etos kerja.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of tax management, marketing strategy, and after-sales service on the financial performance of automotive firms in Indonesia, with a particular emphasis on the mediating roles of managerial quality and product innovation. Utilizing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 240 industry professionals through purposive sampling. The results reveal that after-sales service and product innovation significantly enhance financial performance directly and indirectly. Product innovation is consistent and strong mediators. It also translates upstream strategic initiatives into financial outcomes. In contrast, managerial quality acts as a selective mediator shows significant impact only in the pathway from after-sales service to performance. The findings contribute to the Dynamic Capabilities framework by highlighting product innovation as a strategic internal enabler. Practically, they suggest that firms must integrate innovation and after-sales feedback systems to sustain competitive advantage. Meanwhile, managerial quality improvements should be aligned with operational domains to maximize impact. Furthermore, this study recommends a more integrated approach to tax planning, marketing strategy, service delivery, and innovation. Future research may extend the model to other sectors or use longitudinal data to establish causal relationships.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigates the Influence of parental and peer connections on Financial Literacy and saving Behavior among Indonesian youth. It examines how social agents shape financial competence and explores the mediating role of financial Literacy and the moderating role of self-control in enhancing saving habits.Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative research design was used a cross-sectional online survey. Data were collected from 350 students enrolled in applied colleges across Indonesia. Constructs such as Financial Literacy, self-control, saving Behavior, and social influences were measured using confirmed multi-item Likert scales. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Bootstrapping with 5,000 resamples was conducted to test the significance of direct, indirect, and moderating effects.Findings – The findings reveal that both parental and peer influences significantly enhance youth financial literacy, which positively affects saving Behavior. Financial Literacy mediates the relationships between social impact and saving Behavior. Self-control positively moderates the effect of financial Literacy on saving Behavior, suggesting that individuals with higher self-discipline are more likely to translate financial knowledge into saving practices.Research limitations/implications – The study’s reliance on self-reported data and a purposive sample of applied college students may limit the generalizability of the results. However, the findings emphasize the need for integrated financial education programs that involve families and peer groups, as well as behavioral training to strengthen self-regulation.Originality/value – This research contributes to the limited body of literature on youth saving Behavior in emerging economies by showing the interplay between social influences, Financial Literacy, and self-control. It offers theoretical insights based on Social Learning Theory and the Behavioral Life Cycle Theory, as well as practical recommendations for designing culturally relevant financial literacy programs for youth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of trading days and systematic risk on stock return volatility. This study is based on the phenomenon of trading day anomalies that often influence market movements, as well as the importance of understanding systematic risk in investment decision-making. This research is quantitative research with a causal design and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research object is stocks included in the LQ-45 index. The research findings indicate that trading days and systematic risk have a significant effect on stock return volatility. These findings reinforce the growing literature on trading day anomalies and stock return volatility, and provide empirical evidence of the factors that influence stock volatility in different economic and market dynamics. The practical implications of this research suggest the need for risk management strategies tailored to volatile market conditions, as well as the consideration of using derivative financial instruments, portfolio diversification to protect stock value, and enhancing resilience against market fluctuations.

Abstract

Capital expenditure is a budget expenditure for the acquisition of fixed assets and other assets that benefit more than one accounting period, including expenditures for maintenance costs that maintain or increase useful life, and increase capacity and asset quality. This study aims to examine the effect of Economic Growth, Local Original Revenue, and Balancing Funds on Capital Expenditure in District/City Regional Governments in Indonesia in 2022 both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods, using secondary data obtained through the website of the Directorate General of Financial Balance and the website of the Central Statistics Agency. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 218 District/City Regional Governments in Indonesia in 2022. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and Balancing Funds simultaneously affect Capital Expenditure. Partially, Economic Growth does not affect Capital Expenditure, while Regional Original Revenue and Balancing Fund affect Capital Expenditure.
